Abstract

With the rapid development of digital technology, especially in the payment field, digital payment services using QR codes are becoming more popular. The Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS), introduced by Bank Indonesia and the Association of Indonesian Payment Systems (ASPI) on August 17, 2019, will serve as the national QR code standard and facilitate payments across Indonesia. QRIS allows you to apply for payments to a variety of institutions, bank or non-bank. This study involved 370 of his students from a population of 6,128, used structural equation modeling (SEM) for analysis, and showed a robust fit with his GFI value above 0,917. The results show that the TAM variables (perceived ease of use, usefulness, enjoyment, and financial literacy) significantly influence his interest in implementing QRIS, which increases his 5% is supported by a probability value less than or equal to.

Abstract

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is the therapy of inhaling 100% pure oxygen in a hyperbaric chamber of more than 1 absolute atmosphere. Currently, the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy is increasingly widespread, not only for decompression sickness and diving problems. But it has been used for clinical therapy, cosmetics, and geriatric care. The American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has also confirmed various clinical indications, especially those related to metabolic syndromes such as Diabetes Mellitus (DM) and Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFU). Then how is the use of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for kidney disease? Through this literature review, it is hoped that information will be obtained regarding the effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on kidney function, both benefits and side effects, especially in kidney disease due to metabolic syndrome (MetS).

Abstract

Hypertension was characterized by persistently high blood pressure in the systemic arteries.  This typed of researched was descriptive retrospective with consecutive sampling used inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis used the Skewness and Kurtosis Normality Test and Chi Square Test with p<0,05.  The results of the studied showed that 42 people was found with a population percentage of 67,7% who was known to had hyperuricemia with hypertension. There was a significant relationship between the incidence of hyperuricemia and the incidence of hypertension with a valued of p=0,003 (p<0,05).  The odds ratio (OR) valued in this study was 8,17, meaning that patients with hyperuricemia had an 8,17 times greater chance of suffering from hypertension compared to patients without hyperuricemia. It was recommended that further research use case control studies or cohort studies to find out which variables are the cause and effect between hyperuricemia and hypertension.

Abstract

The dynamics of threats and challenges facing Indonesia in the Southeast Asia and Pacific region continue to develop. Among them is the rivalry between two great powers competing for hegemony over the Asia Pacific accompanied by local and regional threats carried out by non-state actors. This research is an analysis aimed at explaining the basic concept of a strategy introduced by President Jokowi, namely the World Maritime Axis, then testing the extent to which this concept is able to overcome existing threats and challenges, so whether this strategy is worthy of being maintained or not. The research was carried out through literature studies until February 2024. The results show that the World Maritime Axis strategy is worth continuing, and even needs to be supported by the DPR to strengthen its legality in the form of a law.

Abstract

Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), containing glycerol or subjected to hydrolysis, constitutes approximately 90-99% of the oil, primarily consisting of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), with oleic acid comprising up to 80% of the total oil. This study aims to examine the influence of oleic acid in olive oil on reducing systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP). The intervention spanned 15 days, where the treatment group received EVOO, and the control group received a placebo (water), each administered twice a day at a dosage of 15 ml. Before the intervention, blood pressure was assessed with the Mann-Whitney test, while after intervention, measurements were analyzed using the Independent T-Test. Additional 15 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil for 15 days results in significant decrease of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure compared to water only.
