Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were school principals, teachers and students of class V and students of class VI in 2021. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The technique of checking the validity of the data is by using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results showed that the leadership style used by the principal at SDN 98/II Muara Bungo, Pasar Muara Bungo District, Bungo Regency tended to be a Transformational leadership style, in which decisions were always made in meetings, discussions and deliberations with staff and teachers. The principal always accepts opinions, criticisms and suggestions from subordinates well, gracefully and sincerely and actively participates in every activity in the school. The principal always develops and prioritizes a sense of unity and oneness such as togetherness and cohesiveness.

Abstract

Stunting as national and global issue needs full attention from parents and healthcare teams. One of the precautions is to monitor children’s growth and nutritional status. The aim of this study is to discover the factors that related to children’s growth and nutritional status to prevent stunting from happening. This is a cross-sectional study with quantitative design and the sample is recruited by purposive sampling technique. Informed consent is obtained from participants and questionnaire from Parongpong Community Health Center is utilized. Thirty-six children become participants with acknowledgement from their parents. Most children are boys, have normal height, also adequate nutrition. Most parents have elementary school education, household income ranged from ±US$64 to ±US$128, owning health insurance, eating at least three times a day, and have balance nutrition in meals. Parental education level becomes the factor of children’s growth and nutritional status in this study. Parental education level is vital to support children’s growth and nutritional status. The other factors may be irrelevant or affected by environment, household ability, and cultural factors in the setting.

Abstract

Gangguan jiwa merupakan respon maladaptif individu yang berupa sekumpulan reaksi psikotis dengan ciri-ciri pengunduran diri dari kehidupan sosial, gangguan emosional dan afektif yang kadang kala disertai dengan delusi serta tingkah laku yang negative/ merusak. Pasien dengan harga diri rendah cenderung mengurung diri dan menyendiri, kebiasaan itulah yang memicu munculnya masalah lain diantaranya isolasi social. Peran perawat dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan memerlukan suatu perangkat instruksi atau langkah-langkah. Hal ini bertujuan agar penyelenggaraan pelayanan keperawatan memenuhi standar keperawatan. Tujuan penulis adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada ny. i dengan gangguan konsep diri: harga diri rendah. Tindakan dengan memberikan implementasi pada klien yaitu membantu klien untuk mengidentifikasi situasi atau perasaan yang mungkin perilaku menyakiti diri, melakukan kontrak dengan klien, mengajarkan dan kuatkan klien untuk melakukan tingkah laku koping yang efektif, memberikan pengobatan dengan cara yang tepat untuk menurunkan cemas, menstabilkan alam perasaan dan menurunkan stimulasi diri. Intervensi terus dilakukan sesuai dengan keadan pasien.

Abstract

Well 11 is a production well in the K-U field that has a decreased pressure so it requires an artificial lift levitation method so it can help produce fluids to the surface. The use of Electrical Submersible Pump method has an actual flow rate 665 bpd less than flow rate of curve IPR in a mount of 915 bpd. After the evaluation of variation value pump setting depth, the redesign pump discharged with a different psd variation. After redesign the depth of the pump, it obtained 5500 psd ft with the amount of stage 343, the type of the pump from IND-750 with operation frequency 60Hz produce flow rate 905 bpd.

Abstract

Labour is part of the company's responsibility for welfare in both social, political, cultural and economic aspects. In the working world, businessmen and workers are always in contact, both directly and indirectly. However, there is not uncommon difference of opinion between the two sides due to differences in intent and background. So, it is not uncommon for conflicts between the two, including at PT. Gojek Indonesia. PT Gojek Indonesia is an Indonesian technology company that serves the transportation sector through motorcycle taxi services. As a large company, PT. Gojek Indonesia has many employees and also has many partners who support this company. However, there are many conditions in the field that need to be improved in the management of PT. Gojek Indonesia. This writing itself is basically aimed at analysing conflict management carried out by PT. Gojek Indonesia in the conflict that occurred with the Gojek Driver Partners. To find data, authors use secondary data through literature studies both through journals, news, and so on as a source of data. In addition, the author found that PT. Gojek Indonesia was able to handle this conflict well which was proven through a solution or middle ground that was carried out as a form of conflict resolution.

Abstract

This research was conducted because it has the aim of understanding and knowing the implementation techniques in the KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) company strategy. The research was conducted using the SWOT analysis method, with the aim of knowing the four elements, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in PT Fast Food Indonesia. Data collection techniques are used to show the advantages and disadvantages of KFC companies. And the results show that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. This means that the management of the KFC company has implemented the right strategy in running the business. This of course must be maintained and continuously improved by the management so that this company can still compete with new companies in the same field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengetahui penggunaan varietas benih, pemanenan dan penyediaan benih dalam mendukung kegiatan Food Estate di Kabupaten Kapuas apakah sudah sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Kegiatan Food Estate Ekstensifikasi Kabupaten di Kapuas dimulai pada tahun 2020 dan merupakan salah satu program dari Kementrian Pertanian untuk mengembangkan produksi pangan secara terintegrasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Food Estate Ekstensifikasi yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Kapuas meliputi 7 (tujuh) wilayah kecamatan dan 47 desa antara lain Kecamatan Basarang, Kapuas Murung, Pulau Petak, Dadahup, Bataguh, Kapuas Barat dan Mantagai dengan total luasan 12.769, 28 Hektar luas bukaan baru.Berdasarkan data hasil wawancara dengan responden dan analisis data secara deskriptif bahwa penggunaan varietas benih sudah sesuai dengan standard, dan juga telah menggunakan varietas benih bermutu dan bersertifikat dengan harga yang sesuai dengan kelas benihnya. Pemanenan benih padi di lokasi Food Estate yang berkaitan dengan prosedur pemanenan, syarat panen , pengolahan benih, pengemasan penyimpanan benih, proses sertifikasi didapatkan hasil rata-rata responden menyatakan sudah sesuai dengan tahapan dan prosedur panen benih Penyediaan benih berdasarkan data yang didapatkan dari responden sesuai dengan prosedur meliputi pengangkutan/distribusi,pengemasan, ketersediaan label benih bersertifikat, perlakuan benih selama penyimpanan sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Penggunaan varietas benih di lokasi food estate Kabupaten Kapuas sebagian besar responden menyatakan penggunaan varietas benih sudah sesuai dengan standard dan harga yang telah ditetapkan. varietas benih.

Abstract

Data from the Central Social Security Agency for 2021 shows the number of work accidents in the forestry sector is 20.7%. If a person's perception of risk is bad, then the behavior that arises tends to ignore the risk exposure. There were 16 work accidents at PT Tiga Mustika Agung in 2020. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the perception of occupational safety and health in workers at PT Tiga Mustika Agung. The research design was cross sectional. The study was conducted at PT Tiga Mustika Agung on January 24 to 30, 2022. The research population was all 100 employees at PT Tiga Mustika Agung, while the research sample was 50 employees at PT Tiga Mustika Agung. Samples were taken by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by chi-square test. The results showed that 46.0% of respondents had poor OHS perceptions, 54.0% of respondents had poor knowledge, 46.0% of respondents had poor attitudes and 38.0% of respondents had poor motivation. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p=0.020) and attitude (p=0.005) with perceptions of occupational safety and health. There is no relationship between motivation and perceptions of occupational safety and health (p-value=0.888). It is expected that the company will provide training to workers on occupational safety and health and provide personal protective equipment to workers and supervise the use of personal protective equipment.

Abstract

Manajemen dan pengembangan talenta ialah strategi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan sebagai upaya mengembangkan sumber daya manusia tersebut, dan juga fungsi manajemen dan pengembangan talenta sebagai indikator utama keberhasilan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan, khususnya dalam ranah pengelolaan dan pengembangan SDM yang baik dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset utama dalam suatu organisasi perusahaan karena SDM merupakan pelaku aktif dan menjadi penggerak utama dalam aktivitas organisasi perusahaan yang meliputi perencana, pelaku dan penentu terwujudnya cita-cita organisasi. Di sisi lain, perancangan dan pengembangan karier setiap anggota organisasi atau perusahaan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berhubungan mengenai kelangsungan hidup pegawai, sehingga manajer dalam posisi ini memegang peranan penting dalam organisasi. Dalam penelitian kali ini, penulis mengambil Perbankan X yang didirikan pada tahun 1955. Sejak tanggal 12 Oktober 1956 Bank X sendiri mulai beroperasi di bidang perbankan. Perusahaan ini mempunyai jenjang karier yang jelas dan berdampak pada perencanaan karier karyawan, adapun struktur yang lebih jelas telah dijabarkan pada makalah ini.

Abstract

This research is themed Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises of Grocery Sellers in Improving the Welfare of the Community of Pemangket Village, North Kuripan District, West Lombok Regency. The aims of this study were (1) to find out how the prospects for small and medium businesses selling basic necessities in Pemangket Village, North Kuripan District, West Lombok Regency, and (2) to find out how the strategies of small and medium businesses selling basic necessities in Pemangket Village, North Kuripan District, West Lombok Regency in improving public welfare. This research method uses a qualitative approach to data collection techniques through observation, interviews (interviews) and documentation. Based on the results of the study, (1) the prospects for small and medium businesses selling basic necessities play an active role in improving the welfare of the community, namely where the average community as the owner of a basic food stall business says that this business is able to provide more income than doing this business, even though the level of welfare is only part business owners who have just reached this level in the sense of business owners who have been doing this business for a long time. (2) The strategy for developing a basic food seller business in improving people's welfare, namely (a) processing the products owned, (b) conducting consistent promotions or advertisements, (c) providing affordable and competitive prices, and providing maximum service to consumers or customers, (d) establishing harmonious relationships with internal and external parties of the company. (e) Try hard, earnest and willing to learn.
