Abstract

This research is a pre-experimental research which aims to determine whether there is or not the use of napier rods has a significant effect o the students' ability in understanding the multiplication concept. The research design used was one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all of the 3th Grade Studentat SD Negeri 21 Panyula with the sample of 29 students selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a test to determine the ability of understanding in the multiplication concept before and after using the napier rod prop. The data analysis techniques used were a descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the average students' ability in understanding the multiplication concept before and after using Napier rod props was of 57.14 and 83.34, respectively. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis using the paired samples t test, tcount = 13.701 and ttable = 1.701. Because tcount > ttable, so there was a significant difference in students' understanding of the multiplication concept before and after using Napier rod props in the 3th Grade at SD Negeri 21 Panyula. Conclusion: the use of napier rod props had a significant effect on the ability in understanding the multiplication concept of the 3th Grade at SD Negeri 21 Panyula, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency

Abstract

Education at the elementary level has an important role in shaping students' creativity, which is the key to success in facing future challenges. One factor that can influence student creativity is the education management system implemented in elementary schools. This research aims to evaluate the effect of the education management system in elementary schools on increasing student creativity. The research method used is an evaluation study with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to elementary school students to measure their perceptions of the education management system implemented in schools. Apart from that, academic score data was also obtained to measure students' creativity levels. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between the education management system in elementary schools and increasing student creativity. Schools that implement an inclusive education management system, provide space for students' creative expression, and encourage project-based learning tend to have higher levels of student creativity. Based on these findings, it is recommended that elementary schools continue to improve the implementation of educational management systems that support the development of student creativity. This can be done through training for teachers in designing learning that promotes creativity, the use of innovative educational technology, and collaboration between schools, parents and communities to create learning environments that stimulate student creativity

Abstract

Indonesia is a state of law. In the rule of law, the maintenance of nationality is governed by a constitution of law. The Constitution is the foundation of a country's legal system, which includes the protection of human rights. The constitution forms the framework that regulates the distribution of power between the institutions of the state, ensuring a balance of power essential to preventing abuse of power. Through constitutional mechanisms, the state not only affirms its sovereignty, but also ensures that the government runs fairly and democratically, and respects and protects the rights of its citizens. The Constitution guarantees the rights of the people, such as the right to associate, assemble and express opinions. Research methods involve literature analysis, case studies, as well as the application of normative methods. The results show that if you want to understand constitutionalism correctly, its history must be considered. Constitutionalism has developed historically. The Constitution demonstrates the sovereignty of the people and limits the power of the state. In accordance with constitutional provisions, the State must respect, fulfil, and protect human rights. Therefore, the role of the constitution in guaranteeing the sovereignty of the State and the rights of the citizens is very significant in ensuring the survival and well-being of the state

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis tantangan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan studi literatur. Pembahasan mencakup pengertian, faktor-faktor, indikator, dan tantangan yang memengaruhi mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman tentang fenomena yang berkaitan dengan mutu pendidikan. Faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan meliputi kualitas guru, sarana dan prasarana, kurikulum, serta manajemen pendidikan. Indikator proses, output, outcome, dan dampak merupakankategori penting dalam mengevaluasi mutu pendidikan pada tingkat SD. Selain itu, tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi biaya pendidikan tinggi, perbedaan kualitas pendidikan antar wilayah, serta tantangan dalam mengimplementasikan perubahan kurikulum. Diharapkan, artikel ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi para pembaca untuk merancang strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di tingkat dasar.

Abstract

Masifnya perkembangan industri secara global telah menghadirkan suatu tuntutan bagi setiap negara untuk memperkuat perlindungan hukum atas hasil intelektual masyarakatnya. Dari Sebagian besar hasil intelektual tersebut, desain industri menjadi salah satu HKI yang sangat rentan atas tindakan eksploitasi tanpa izin. Oleh sebab itu, Undang-Undang No 31 Tahun 2000 tentang Desain Industri harus bisa memperkuat perlindunganya. Hanya saja, hambatan dan tantangan yang dihadapi justru bersal dari kelemahan undang-undang itu sendiri. Akibatnya, perlindungan hukum atas desain industri menjadi kurang efektif dan terkesan banyak celah untuk timbulnya sengketa. Dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian yuridis normative, penulis menemukan bahawasanya Undang-undang No 31 tahun 2000 tentang desain industri kurang memberikan penjelasan atas frasa yang digunakan. Adanya dualisme dalam pemeriksaan substantif pada permohonan desain industri pun turut menjadi celah bagi keberlangsungan hak hak dari pencipta itu sendiri, terlebih lagi dengan belum adaptifnya undang undang terhadap Perkembangan global juga semakin membuat perlindungan hukum terhadap desain industri menjadi kurang optimal

Abstract

abstract: This study focuses on the effectiveness of education management strategies in primary schools that implement School-Based Management (SBM) in DKI Jakarta Province. The background of this study is based on the need to improve the quality of education amid the challenges of globalization and technological advances. It aims to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of MBS can improve the effectiveness of education in primary schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a sample of several primary schools in DKI Jakarta selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that the involvement of the school community and the principal's managerial skills play an important role in the effectiveness of the implementation of SBM. Positive impacts are seen in the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes, as well as the development of teacher professionalism and parental involvement. The contribution of this study lies in a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the success of SBM in primary schools. The resulting recommendations are expected to guide decision-makers in the education sector to optimize the MBS-based education management strategy in DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need to understand and address the problems of conflict, deviant behavior, and bullying cases in the elementary school environment, as well as to implement effective classroom management strategies and create an inclusive learning environment. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the successful implementation of classroom management, educational programs, and the establishment of an inclusive environment in the context of elementary schools. This research method uses literature studies to collect and analyze information from articles, books, and previous research related to the implementation of management strategies in the context of education, with the aim of concluding and presenting data on management strategies that can improve the quality of education. The results of the study show that effective classroom management is very important in creating an inclusive learning environment in elementary schools. Intervention programs such as the Bullying Prevention Program have proven their effectiveness in reducing bullying incidences, while inclusive education has a role to play in reducing the level of discrimination and building more tolerant student character. The implication is that a multicultural approach to education management not only minimizes bullying incidents, but also creates a safe and supportive school environment for all students

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) memegang peranan krusial dalam pendidikan, khususnya di tingkat sekolah dasar. Kualitas pendidikan tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh metode pembelajaran dan materi pelajaran, tetapi juga oleh kualitas dan profesionalisme guru. Pengelolaan SDM yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mendukung perkembangan profesional serta kesejahteraan guru. Namun, di era modern ini, manajemen SDM di pendidikan guru sekolah dasar dihadapkan dengan berbagai tantangan. Tantangan tersebut meliputi kualifikasi dan kompetensi guru, keterbatasan sumber daya dan fasilitas, pengelolaan karir dan pengembangan profesional guru, serta integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Meskipun terdapat berbagai tantangan, terdapat pula peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan manajemen SDM di pendidikan guru sekolah dasar. Peningkatan investasi pemerintah dalam pendidikan, kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan guru, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kolaborasi antar guru, dan penerapan praktik terbaik dalam manajemen SDM merupakan beberapa peluang yang dapat dioptimalkan. Dengan memahami tantangan dan peluang yang ada, sekolah dapat mengembangkan strategi yang efektif untuk mengelola SDM mereka dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bagi seluruh siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to investigate how Management of Islamic Education (MPI) can improve the quality of learning in the digital era by optimizing the use of technology in learning and ensuring the application of positive values in the use of digital technology for the character of the younger generation. This is expected to make a significant contribution in the development of relevant and effective MPI to improve the quality of Islamic education in accordance with the demands of the times. The research method used is a literature study, where data is obtained through critical and in-depth analysis of various literature sources such as books, journals, and previous research to support research propositions and ideas. The results show that the use of technology in learning increases the accessibility, flexibility and interactivity of learning. Appropriate education management strategies, such as digital competency development for educators and partnerships between stakeholders, are needed to improve the effectiveness of learning in the digital era with concrete steps such as the provision of relevant infrastructure and curriculum.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pengelolaan pendidikan menawarkan peluang baru untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas dan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran teknologi digital dalam transformasi manajemen pendidikan, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan strategi yang diperlukan untuk keberhasilan implementasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa teknologi digital memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan proses manajemen pendidikan. Namun penerapan teknologi digital dalam manajemen pendidikan juga menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti infrastruktur yang belum memadai dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang terampil. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, diperlukan strategi yang komprehensif, termasuk pengembangan infrastruktur yang kuat, pelatihan sumber daya manusia, dan upaya menumbuhkan budaya yang terbuka terhadap perubahan dan inovasi.
