Abstract

Formation and development are based on the principles of non-discrimination, the best interests of the child, life, life development and continuity, respect for the child's views and good management. Motivation for the creation of schools that are safe and enjoyable for students because they are free from violence between students and violence committed by educators and education staff. Children's rights are rights that must be recognized and protected by the State referring to the principles of justice including the right to be heard, the right to be respected, the right to be protected. In cases involving children, both perpetrators and victims must have their rights protected based on existing regulations. In Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, it is explained in Article 1 Paragraph 2 that Child Protection is all activities to guarantee and protect children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity and protection and protection from violence and discrimination

Abstract

This research discusses the role and interaction of ethnic Chinese with local communities in Pematang Siantar City, North Sumatra. Ethnic Chinese have been present since the 16th century as Dutch traders and contract workers, growing to become an integral part of the local community. Despite conflicts at some points in time, many positive examples show that cross-cultural collaboration results in benefits for both parties. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The results show that ethnic Chinese have made significant contributions to the city's economy, culture and education, creating a rich cultural diversity. Cultural blending occurs through socialization, cultural acculturation, vocabulary, language, culinary, and cultural celebrations. The local government is active in facilitating culture and the promotion of inter-ethnic social harmony. This research is expected to be a source of information about the contribution of Chinese culture to the social and cultural life of local communities in Pematang Siantar City.

Abstract

Selain berkedudukan sebagai salah satu sumber daya alam, tanah juga berkedudukan sebagai aset atau bahan investasi. Keperluan tanah yang sangat urgent ini sangat memerlukan bukti autentik yaitu sertipikat tanah, sebagai bukti yang kuat untuk mencegah terjadinya sengketa. Semakin pesatnya perkembangan zaman sehingga sertipikat tanah manual akan dirubah menjadi sertipikat tanah elektronik. Yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penulisan ini ialah bagaimana kepastian hukum sertipikat tanah elektronik sebagai bukti kepemilikan hak atas tanah di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah yuridis-normatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Hasil penelitian ini ialah bahwa sertipikat tanah elektronik akan diterbitkan jikalau dimohonkan oleh pemohon untuk mengganti sertipikat tanah manual menjadi sertipikat tanah elektronik, dan pelaksanaannya pun harus terus disosialisasikan agar semakin banyak pihak mengetahuinya dan keamanan data dalam sertipikat itu pun dapat tetap terjaga

Abstract

This study is aimed at identifying and analyzing the needs of ESP learning material in learning English at diploma midwifery students. To find out the correct reference, needs analysis is urged to be done to obtain information about what the students really need to support their learning process at the present time or in the future career. This study was conducted by using qualitative approach and descriptive method. The samples were students from Midwifery Study Program of Sari Mulia University Banjarmasin who are currently taking English subject and the sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. Meanwhile, a questionnaire as the instrument for this study was arranged in closed-ended form. The data analysis was descriptive analysis in the form of number and percentage. The study revealed that the needs of nursing students on English subject are very diverse and it can be concluded that they need English not only for their current needs as they can communicate in English to support their education in nursing field, but also for their future professional career. Therefore, it is recommended that ESP English teachers or other related parties should accommodate the needs of these students. In addition, it is suggested to always conduct needs analysis since the needs of ESP learners are constantly changing

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using learning using the Discovery Learning method for students in class X-MIPA 2 Budi Satria Bandar Selamat in Indonesian language subjects. Apart from that, this research also aims to analyze student learning outcomes before and after implementing learning using the Discovery Learning method. The variables in this research consist of learning using the Discovery Learning method as the independent variable and student learning outcomes as the dependent variable. The data analysis methods used include descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The research results show that before implementing learning using the Discovery Learning method, the average student learning outcome was 70. After implementing this model, the average student learning outcome increased to 78.46. This indicates an increase in the average student score of 8.46. These results provide evidence that the use of learning using the Discovery Learning method has a positive impact on students' ability to write expository texts

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada aspek bentuk hegemoni, religiusitas, dan seksualitas dalam film Qorin (2022). Analisis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan interdisipliner teori wacana kritis Norman Fairclough dan teori semiotika Roland Barthes. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini ialah: (1) Bagaimana bentuk hegemoni, religiusitas, dan seksualitas oleh budaya penguasa dalam film Qorin kajian wacana kritis Norman Fairclough; (2) Bagaimana hubungan praktik kekuasaan dalam film Qorin terhadap representasi budaya penguasa masa kini di Indonesia kajian semiotika Roland Barthes; dan (3) Bagaimana dampak kepemimpinan budaya penguasa terhadap kemajuan perempuan dan keberhasilan pendidikan di Indonesia dalam film Qorin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Data dan sumber data diperoleh melalui teknik studi dokumen. Teknik analisis meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis secara menyeluruh, unsur kebahasaan dan simbolisasi mengenai problematika praktik kuasa dalam film Qorin. Untuk kemudian dikaitkan dengan berbagai kasus penguasa yang relevan terjadi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tokoh utama laki-laki dalam film Qorin bernama Ustadz Jaelani. Seorang pemimpin sekaligus mursyid di sebuah pondok pesantren yang didedikasikan khusus untuk santri putri. Ustadz Jaelani merupakan tokoh seorang mursyid yang merefleksikan tiga bentuk praktik kuasa dalam film Qorin. Kepemimpinan yang menganut praktik hegemoni, religiusitas, dan seksulitas untuk menguasai sistem kekuasaan di pondok pesantren secara brutal dan menyesatkan. Dikatakan secara brutal, karena Ustadz Jaelani tidak segan-segan melakukan tindak pelecehan terhadap santri putri di pesantren. Demi mengembangkan kepatuhan dan memperoleh tubuh para santri putri, Ustadz Jaelani menerapkan ritual kesesatan mistis dengan menyembah jin Qorin. Dampaknya, menempatkan perempuan pada posisi ketidakberdayaan dan menghambat keberhasilan dalam ranah kependidikan

Abstract

Seiring dengan maraknya individu ikut berkontribusi mencalonkan diri sebagai calon legislatif (Caleg) dalam kontestasi politik pemilihan umum (Pemilu) 2024 telah memberi dampak yang signifikan terhadap wibawa atau ikon religius yang menjadi panutan kaumnya dalam masyarakat. Sikap dan perbuatan para pemuka adat yang menghadiri hampir setiap kegiatan Caleg menimbulkan persepsi negatif terhadap pemuka adat terkait. Kedudukan pemuka adat yang semula menjadi panutan mulai tergugat karena sikap dan perilaku yang ambiguitas terhadap Caleg yang akan diusung dalam kaumnya. Metodologi penelitian dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok. Pertama, metode mengumpulkan data menggunakan wawancara secara mendalam (In depth interview) terhadap beberapa informan. Kedua, metode pemilihan informan menggunakan kaedah Snowball di mana informan pertama sebagai informan kunci. Informan pertama akan memberikan rekomendasi kepada pengkaji tentang siapa informan kedua, dan selanjutnya sampai ke informan terakhir. Informan terdiri dari 6 informan. 2 informan berasal dari kaum ibu sebagai bundo kanduang, 2 infoman berasal dari kemenakan dan 1 informan berasal dari pemuka agama dan 1 informan berasal dari calon legislatif. Analisis kajian menggunakan kualitatif karena menggunakan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi. Hasil temuan kajian mendapati bahwa salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya persepsi negatif oleh masyarakat terhadap pemuka adat karena sikap ketidakjelasan pilihan kandidat Caleg yang akan dipilih pemuka adat.

Abstract

Sex education in general is a way (system) or means (tool) to educate, direct or lead other people to behave in good and correct sexual behavior. Sex education is very important to prevent various deviations. This sex education will be more successful if it is accompanied by religious values ​​in sex education. In Islam, sex education is very important and is one of the focuses of education and religious teachings in terms of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith.This article discusses sex education from the perspective of the Koran and Hadith. In Islam, sex education is fundamental and important. Education will direct sexual desire according to Islamic rules to make it one of the main teachings. In the Qur'an, many verses touch on sex, including the protection of eyesight and the protection of the genitals of the opposite sex. As in Surah An-Nur verse 31, And say to the women who believe, that they must guard their eyes, and guard their private parts, and do not reveal their ornaments (genitals), except those that are (normally) visible. And let them cover their headscarves over their chests, and do not reveal their jewels, except to their husbands, or their fathers, or their husbands' fathers, or their sons, or their husbands' sons, or their brothers. , or the sons of their brothers, or the sons of their sisters, or the women of their (fellow Muslims), or the servants they have, or the servants of (old) men who have no desire (for women) or children who don't understand about women's private parts. And let them not stamp their feet so that the jewelry they are hiding will be discovered. And repent all of you to Allah, O believers, so that you will be lucky. The aim of Islamic sex education for teenagers is to provide an understanding of the importance of taking care of their body and psychology. The main thing is to get the right knowledge and be able to prevent adultery which is clearly prohibited by religion and other sexual deviations such as same-sex sexual relations. In other words, sex education can prevent casual sex from occurring

Abstract

Online learning has become an important part of the education system today, especially in facing the challenges faced by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, to ensure the effectiveness and quality of online learning, ongoing evaluation needs to be carried out. This research aims to evaluate the quality of online learning through the education management system in elementary schools. The research method used is an evaluation study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through direct observation of the implementation of online learning, interviews with teachers and students, as well as analysis of documents related to the education management system. The participants in this research were teachers and students from several elementary schools that implemented online learning. The research results show that there are various factors that influence the quality of online learning, including the availability of technological infrastructure, teacher competence in managing online learning, parental involvement, and support from the school. An effective education management system also plays an important role in facilitating the implementation of quality online learning. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools continue to evaluate and update the education management system, increase training and support for teachers in managing online learning, and actively involve parents in supporting online learning. In addition, the government and related institutions need to provide greater support in providing adequate technological infrastructure and affordable internet access for all students

Abstract

Information technology-based education has become the main focus in efforts to improve the quality of learning at various levels of education, including elementary schools. This research aims to evaluate the influence of information technology-based educational management in elementary schools on student learning motivation. The research method used is an evaluation study with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to elementary school students to measure their perceptions of information technology-based educational management implemented in schools. Apart from that, data regarding the level of student motivation to learn was also obtained through questionnaires. The results of the research show that there is a positive relationship between information technology-based educational management in elementary schools and student learning motivation. Schools that implement educational management that utilizes information technology effectively tend to have higher levels of student learning motivation. Based on these findings, it is recommended that elementary schools continue to improve the implementation of information technology-based educational management. This can be done through training for teachers in utilizing information technology to support learning, developing interactive online learning platforms, as well as providing technical and psychosocial support to students and teachers
