Abstract

To date, it has been established that the causes of male infertility are very diverse. Among the causes of male infertility are considered ejaculatory, sexual, anatomical changes in the structure of the genital organs, endocrine disorders, inflammatory processes, immunological factors, various disorders of spermatogenesis, environmental factors, and much more. In the structure of the causes of infertile marriage, male infertility occupies up to 40%, and it should be given the same close attention as female infertility. It is known that genetic factors cause at least 30-50% of all cases of severe forms of infertility in men. Spermatogenesis is a complex biological process that depends on a precisely controlled cascade of activation and deactivation of certain genes. The result of the work of these genes is the process of maturation of spermatozoa from progenitor cells (spermatogonia). In humans, more than 2000 genes are involved in this process. Due to genetic disorders, various forms of infertility in their etiology and severity can occur: from minor violations of spermatogenesis to complete dysfunction of the gonads. Among the gene factors associated with azoospermia, mutations/variants of the CFTR gene are the most common. They can cause cystic fibrosis (CF) and CBAVD syndrome (congenital bilateral aplasia of vas deferens), resulting in bilateral aplasia and obstruction of the vas deferens. The study of the features of immunological reactivity in male infertility has not only a pronounced theoretical, but also practical interest. Of particular note is the lack of information about the state of the cytokine profile and its relationship with the parameters of immunity in infertility in men, as well as the impact of these disorders on the processes of spermatogenesis.

Abstract

Preterm birth (PR) is the main problem of perinatology in the world. Premature births are not only a medical but also a social problem, which is primarily due to their consequences for children - perinatal morbidity and mortality in premature newborns is 35-40 times higher than in full-term ones. A number of pregnancy complications are associated with vitamin D deficiency: termination of pregnancy in the I and II trimesters, the development of placental insufficiency, preeclampsia, disorders of the contractile activity of the uterus, and an increased risk of caesarean section. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin. Receptors for it are found in many tissues, such as the intestines, muscles, cells of the pancreas, prostate and ovaries, which explains the variety of clinical manifestations of vitamin D deficiency. According to a number of studies, it has been found that vitamin D promotes chorion vascularization, controls the secretion of various placental hormones , participate in the formation of the teeth and bones of the baby. Vitamin D deficiency leads to impaired calcium-phosphorus metabolism during pregnancy and increases the risk of fractures. Deficiency also affects the adaptation of the newborn, its development. In children with a lack of vitamin D in the body, rickets develops as a result of a violation of the mineralization of bone tissue. It is one of the most common diseases in infants and young children, and it also occurs in many children under the age of one.

Abstract

Everyone must produce garbage and gradually the garbage will accumulate. Therefore, it is necessary to provide clear information for people who have minimal education on waste management. This bias starts from the students. MI Muhammadiyah Kedungbanteng has several problems related to inorganic waste, including: (1) the lack of teacher skills in the use of inorganic waste in schools and (2) the unavailability of inorganic waste processing programs. This is what underlies the activities of the Institutional Community Partnership Program (PKaMI) implemented at the MI. The objectives of PKaMI activities include: (1) increasing the ability of teachers to utilize inorganic waste and (2) implementing inorganic waste management programs in schools. The results obtained from this program are that teachers begin to have knowledge of inorganic waste management and have an understanding of how to implement waste management programs in the school curriculum.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to (1) provide knowledge and understanding of elementary school teachers about the Quizizzapplication (2) provide training to elementary school teachers in making assessments using the Quizizzapplication and implementing learning using google meetings, (3) providing training on the Quizizzapplication for students to elementary school teachers. In training the delivery of material and practice using an andragogy approach. Participants consisted of teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 5 Porong totaling 14 people. The delivery of material and practice in this training is carried out through workshop activities. The workshop was held in two meetings, the first was the delivery of the Quizizzapplication in general. The second is the practice of creating an account for teachers, setting language, creating quizzes and materials, how to do quizzes, how to give homework and Quizizz's interaction with google meetings. And how to create accounts for students, how students join classes, and how students take quizzes. With this training, the understanding and knowledge of teachers has increased as evidenced by the evaluation results. Teachers have been able to create quizzes and implement them in learning by using google meetings, and teachers understand how to apply Quizizzfor students.

Abstract

Leadership performance in the family business is the main focus of management as the main controller of business decisions. Leadership competence and managerial skills become a combination whose framework will lead the company to achieve the company's performance goals and bring the company's sustainability. Centralized leadership in the family herbal business and intensive communication are able to build job satisfaction for employees so that closeness is established and reduces the tendency of turnover. However, leadership in the herbal family business also has a tendency to be resistant to change and the disconnection of knowledge sharing from previous successors is an obstacle in innovation. The problem of herbal industry production which tends to fluctuate, requires a compensation system that is able to maintain employee motivation and performance. Variable pay systems in the form of bonuses and incentives are additional income as well as rewards for employee performance. This study aims to provide an overview of the role of leadership in the herbal family business and provide a novelty discourse and synthesis of leadership theory and managerial skills. Managerial leadership is expected to provide an overview of the importance of planning leaders to have managerial skills. Thus the contribution and competence of leaders through managerial leadership will be able to provide job satisfaction for employees. Managerial leadership consisting of leading self and others, providing strategic, Delivering Result, Technical Skill and Conceptual Skill will help facilitate the optimization of leader performance and communication.

Abstract

Garbage is a problem for the community and the government. Moreover, according to data from KLH (2021) more than 50% of the total garbage in the community are household waste, because majority of the waste is remnants of daily activities. In addition to having an environmental impact, waste aesthetically reduces beauty and affects health with the appearance and smell it causes. To minimize the impact of waste, there must be some kind of activities to manage waste such as reducing and handling the produced waste. The problem faced by PKK women in Kajartengguli Village is how to manage and handle household waste which is increasing day by day, especially non-organic waste that cannot be decomposed. Which, all this time, the garbage was burned. This situation causes the environment to become less clean and tends to be underestimated. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and socialization to the community about waste and its management to provide benefits such as increasing income by managing non-organic waste. The method is to conduct socialization related to waste and its use, provide counseling and assistance in managing non-organic waste into products that can be sold. This outreach and counseling was carried out through PKK Women in Kajartengguli Village by bringing in expert from the waste management staff of the Sidoarjo Regency Environmental Agency. The results of this activities showed that PKK women responded well in dealing with the waste generated. In addition, the level of understanding of the 3Rs, namely reduce, reuse and recycle has increased.

Abstract

Program kemitraan dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan sekolah SD yang melakukan budaya gerakan literasi sekolah dasar. Sebagai Mitra pertama yaitu SDN Sidomulyo dan sebagai Mitra kedua adalah MI Mathlaul Ulum. Kedua sekolah ini memiliki persamaan yaitu sama-sama SD yang sedang melaksanakan program “sekolah berbudaya Literasi positif gadget” untuk mengaktifkan budaya membaca dan menulis sejak dini di sekolahnya masing-masing. Kedua sekolah tersebut memiliki alasan tersendiri saat memilih menerima pelatihan program Pembelajaran Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC) Untuk Mendukung Gerakan Nasional Transformation of Hybrid Learning Education Strategy Towards the Post-Covid 19 Pandemic Era (One Account For Various Activities Learn # Aplikasi Belajar.id), ada sisi positif di sekolah mitra ini salah satunya adalah tersedianya komponen fasilitas pendukung pembelajaran E-Learning. Menurut penelitian yang dilakukan Robbert Henry, kompenen pembelajaran Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC) E-Learning adalah pencampuran dua unsur pembelajaran yakni, pembelajaran di kelas (konvensional/clasroom lesson) dengan pembelajaran secara Interaksi online. (2017:03). Sehingga dari pernyataan tersebut program Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC) Untuk Mendukung Gerakan Nasional Transformation of Hybrid Learning Education Strategy Towards the Post-Covid 19 Pandemic Era (One Account For Various Activities Learn # Aplikasi Belajar.id) ,mampu untuk meningkatkan dan menjadikan peserta didik di sekolah menjadi pribadi yang memiliki karakter berpikir kritis serta responsive. Namun, kedua sekolah tersebut juga memiliki beberapa persamaan, yang dapat di katakan sebagai sebuah masalah, yaitu hampir 87% guru di masing masing sekolah mitra tidak memahami mengenai konsep menyusun Pembelajaran Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC) Artificial Intelligence platform Indonesia Government E- Learning “Rumah Belajar, sehingga belum ada guru yang berkompetensi untuk menyusun Pembelajaran Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC) Blanded Learning untuk pada pada kelas atas yaitu kelas 4, 5 dan kelas 6 khususnya yang akan mengikuti Ujian Akhir Nasional Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC) online. Padahal Kondisi sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang ada saat ini sangat memungkinkan adanya suatu aktifitas yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan sistem pembelajaran inovatif Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC) Digital Literacy School, hal ini bisa dilihat dari fasilitas pendukung di sana, misalnya sudah optimalnya keberadaan sebuah Laboratorium Komputer sekolah yang sudah dilengkapi dengan jaringan internet, namun hal tersebut tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh guru. Maka Solusi nantinya adalah dengan memberikan Pelatihan Program Pembelajaran Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC) Untuk Mendukung Gerakan Nasional Transformation of Hybrid Learning Education Strategy Towards the Post- Covid 19 Pandemic Era (One Account For Various Activities Learn # Aplikasi Belajar.id) , Program pelatihan ini nantinya sangat membantu sekali karena seperti yang kita tahu, bahwa ke lima mata pelajaran tersebut didalamnya memiliki banyak konsep yang harus dipahami dan dihafal oleh siswa, dalam hal ini sebisa mungkin lima mata pelajaran tersebut bisa memberikan sebuah pengalaman belajar kepada siswa. Oleh karena itu. Sebuah solusi sudah ditawarkan dan akan dilaksanakan sebagai sebuah solusi konkrit yang dapat dilaksanakan, yang berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi guru sekolah dasar berbudaya literasi tersebut. Maka Rencana luaran dari PKM ini adalah sebuah produk yang berupa sistem Program Pembelajaran Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC).Untuk Mendukung Gerakan Nasional Transformation of Hybrid Learning Education Strategy Towards the Post-Covid 19 Pandemic Era (One Account For Various Activities Learn # Aplikasi Belajar.id) , yang terimplementasi pada pada pada kelas atas yaitu kelas 4, 5 dan kelas 6 khususnya yang akan mengikuti Ujian Akhir Nasional Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC) online di SD mitra 1 dan 2, yang didesain kreatif sehingga memberikan sebuah kualitas yang maksimal dan memiliki nilai yang baik dalam segi manfaat dan fungsi sebagai sebuah media pembelajaran Pendidikan inovatife Platform Aplikasi Belajar.id Berbasis Interactive class (IC) digital untuk membangun budaya literasi sekolah dan “Menjawab Keterampilan Pembelajaran Abad 21 The 21st century learning skills”.

Abstract

Tingkat Critical Thinking Ability siswa SD di perkotaan khususnya di Kabupaten Sidoarjo masih terbilang minim, yaitu hanya sebesar 18-22 % dari rata-rata siswa di dalam kelas yang mampu berfikir kritis saat PBM berlangsung hasil responden guru yang dilakukan oleh peneliti via google form angket 2021, hal ini terjadi karena rendahnya keterampilan siswa dalam hal bertanya, menanggapi, mempresentasikan serta berdialog sesama siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran serta masih sulit nya dalam menyampaikan pendapat atau opsi jawaban kepada guru pada saat pembelajaran maupun saat diskusi dan belum mampu memahami konsep abstrak pada pembelajaran Tematik (data hasil penelitian Pandu Hermawan Tahun 2018). Sedangkan kedepan tantangan di Era – Post. Pandemic Covid 19 mewajibkan setiap individu memiliki keterampilan berfikir kritis dalam berbagai bidang yang multidisipliner. Dilapangan ditemukan kembali sebuah data dari permasalahan pada sisi rendahnya ketrampilan proses Critical Thinking Ability siswa SD Watutulis 2 kelas II yaitu sebesar 68% siswa di kelas II mengalami kesulitan dalam proses berfikir kritis saat PBM dari total 26 siswa didalam kelas, data ini berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti yang dilakukan pada tanggal 6 Desember 2021 . Maka dari Latar belakang permasalahan diatas diperlukan suatu cara untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan Critical Thinking Ability siswa SD melalui pengembangan Media Smart Board berbasis Interactive Hybrid Classroom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan Media Smart Board berbasis Interactive Hybrid Classroom untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Critical Thinking Ability siswa SD kelas II pada mata pelajaran TEMATIK. (2) Mendekripsikan hasil pengembangan pengembangan Media Smart Board berbasis Interactive Hybrid Classroom untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Critical Thinking Ability siswa SD kelas II pada mata pelajaran TEMATIK. Pengembangan Media Smart Board berbasis Interactive Hybrid Classroomberbasis Critical Thinking Ability akan dilakukan sampai tahap desain / uji coba dengan sebuah hipotesis bahwa pengembangan Media Smart Board berbasis Interactive Hybrid Classroom berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Critical Thinking Ability siswa SD Watutulis 2 kelas II. Prototipe produk yang dihasilkan yaitu sebuah Media Smart Board berbasis Interactive Hybrid Classroom yang telah disusun satu paket dengan Modul , RPP dan silabusnya serta manual guide-nya dimana media ini memiliki berbagai jenis permainan games fun learning yang mampu menarik motifasi siswa agar mampu berdialog dan berinteraksi dengan sesama temannya dalam proses pembelajaran dalam pemikiran yang berlangsung kritis. Pendekatan Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), dengan dilakukan penyederhanaan langkah, dari sepuluh langkah (Borg & Gall, 2003 :571), menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu: studi pendahuluan, pengembangan, dan validasi. Selanjutnya peneliti mengadaptasi berdasarkan pada ketentuan dan kebutuhan dalam Pengembangan Media Smart Board berbasis Interactive Hybrid Classroomberbasis Critical Thinking Ability. Adapun rencana didalam penelitian ini nantinya adalah adanya peningkatan ketrampilan Critical Thinking Ability siswa SD kelas II pada saat proses pembelajaran melalui penggunaan Media Smart Board berbasis Interactive Hybrid Classroom berbasis Critical Thinking Ability yang dikembangkan melalui petunjuk yang ada pada media. Diharapkan nantinya penggunaan Media Smart Board berbasis Interactive Hybrid Classroom ini menarik motifasi siswa agar mampu berdialog dan berinteraksi dengan sesama temannya dalam proses pembelajaran dalam pemikiran yang berlangsung kritis, sehingga siswa akan memahami keseluruhan materi Tematik yang disampaikan. Sehingga nantinya media tersebut dapat menjawab tantangan pengembangan dunia pendidikan SD dalam memasuki Era – Post. Pandemic Covid 19 hal ini pun sejalan dan sinergi pada pencapaian renstra UMSIDA yang telah dinyatakan dalam road map penelitian social humaniora LPPM Umsida yaitu pada point 8 tentang pengembangan inovasi pendidikan dan budaya Literasi.

Abstract

A child has the characteristics of growing and developing. Children's growth can be seen from the increase in weight and height, while development can be monitored from fine motor skills, gross motor skills, speech and language skills, socialization and independence of children. Early detection of development is very important so that babies and toddlers who experience delays can immediately get treatment and stimulation. The purpose of community service activities is to increase the knowledge and skills of cadres to detect the development of infants and toddlers. Based on the results of surveys and interviews in Ketimang village, routine posyandu activities are weighed for monitoring child growth, but this has not been accompanied by development monitoring by cadres, due to lack of knowledge of cadres about detecting child development, besides the duties and activities of village midwives are very tight so there is no opportunity. to train cadres and carry out routine development detection at posyandu. The solution offered is to conduct cadre training to detect child development according to the agreement carried out on February 12, 2022 at the home of the posyandu cadre head. The implementation method starts with conducting surveys, preparing the Developmental Pre-Screening Questionnaire (KPSP) media, and implementing training and evaluating activities. The results of the activity, this community service was attended by 17 posyandu cadres, before training 10 cadres (58.9%) had less knowledge about developmental detection, after training they became well-informed and 7 cadres (41.1%) had good knowledge after training they became well-informed. very good knowledge. This shows that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of cadres in detecting the development of infants under five.
