Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of layout, price dan food delivery service on purchasing decisions in the bumdes culinary place in wunut village. This Research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature review approach that involves collecting information through various sources relating to library data collection methods or research extracted through various library information. In addition, researchers also made observations through quesionnaires distributed online and filled in via Google Form by the research subjects, potencil buyers. The resulf of the study show that layout, price and food delivery service influence purchasing decision on the bumdes culinary place in wunut village. The main aspect highlighted in this article is how there three variables can influence purchasing decisions and increase the number of visitors. Next, the discussion will be classified into several sub-discussions. First, will analyze the efficiency of the layout of the culinary bumdes. Second, the effect of price and food delivery service on purchasing decision at the culinary bumdes in wunut village.

Abstract

Garbage problem is a common thing in every area. Both the problem of disposal, management, and recycling of these materials. In Wedoroklurak Village the problem of organic waste is still quite available every day after household waste only because it is collected at the TPS and there has been no attempt to utilize it. This problem needs to be considered because high piles of garbage can cause unpleasant odors and are a source of disease. In addition, if it is burned, soil contamination due to burning makes the land not become a suburb. This community service work program from Umsida has a vision to increase the awareness of the people of Wedoroklurak Village regarding the importance of managing household waste into something useful and dangerous for the environment if there is no proper handling. The mission to raise awareness is carried out by utilizing household waste such as vegetables, fruits, and food scraps into liquid organic fertilizer that can be used to fertilize soil and plants. This program was carried out on February 9 – March 10, 2022 which is part of the environmental program of the Umsida 2022 community service team. This program produces fertilizer from household waste by utilizing agricultural EM4 bioactivator which helps speed up the fermentation process. In addition, other materials used such as dry leaves and rice washing water are also important points in making POC from household waste. The method used is experimental, in which organic household waste such as stale rice, fruit, vegetables, and egg shells are collected and then chopped. Furthermore, rice washing water and activator (EM-4) with a volume of 300 ml and drying brown sugar were added, then allowed to stand for 3 to 4 weeks in an aerobic way.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide assistance regarding the use of digital marketing and provide information about the process of licensing the legalization of halal products for UMKM actors in the Pagerngumbuk village. The method we chose to carry out this research activity was to provide knowledge about the importance of using digital technology to market products in the modern era and provide information about the process of legalizing halal products for UMKM actors in the village of Pagerngumbuk. In this study we used descriptive qualitative research methods. This activity was carried out in the form of socialization to the Pagerngumbuk village community about the use of digital technology to market products in the modern era and providing information about the process of legalizing halal products for UMKM actors in the Pagerngumbuk village. With this activity, it is hoped that the Pagerngumbuk village community, especially for UMKM actors, can get knowledge and information about the use of digital technology and the process of legalizing halal products. The results we got after socializing UMKM assistance showed that increasing consumer access to micro-enterprises had an impact on increasing the turnover of UMKM actors. The use of digital technology has created new markets for products and added new creative innovations for UMKM business players.

Abstract

Drying is the heating process of food so that it reaches the water content of a certain material. This study aims to determine the drying rate and drying efficiency of wet crackers by using a dryer that is varied with variations in temperature and air velocity. The drying rate is the rate at which the water content of the specimen is reduced. In the drying rate test, it is obtained from the rate of reduction of the mass of the specimen due to evaporation of the water content in the specimen. The test was carried out in stages by adjusting the temperature to 60oC, 70oC, and 80oC with the air speed of the blower at 700 rpm, 1150 rpm, and 1600 rpm continuously. The test results show that the drying rate and drying efficiency are the most optimal as follows: a temperature of 80oC at a blower speed of 700 rpm produces a drying rate of 11.67 mg/min.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 19 (Covid 19) caused by infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (Sars Cov-2). In its development, this virus has several variants due to mutations, including the Omicron (B.1.1.529) and delta (B.1.617.2) variants of concern, one of the keys to infection with this virus is the angiotensin receptor enzyme 2 (ACE-2). This study aimed to explore the potential of Phyllanthus niruri plant insilico. The active plant components were explored from the KNackSAcK family, then selected using Lipinski criteria using SWISS ADME, docking using HEX 8.0. The results of the analysis showed that 5 of the 21 compounds met Lipinski's criteria, i.e Hypophyllanthin, Hinokinin, 4-Methoxynorsecurinine, Nirtetralin, & Lintetralin. Nirtetralin & 4-Methoxynorsecurinine were able to change the binding conformation of RBD-ACE2 in the Omicron variant, while Hinokinin was able to change the binding conformation of RBD-ACE2 in the delta variant. These results were different from the first discovered sars cov 2, in which Hinokinin, 4-Methoxynorsecurinine, & Nirtetralin were able to change the conformation of RBD-ACE2.

Abstract

Twitter has become a widely used social media. The amount of data held has led to research such as sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis has a problem when there are sarcasm sentences, the polarity of the sentiment that should be negative, becomes positive sentiment due to the use of sarcasm sentences. The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of three machine learning methods, namely Support Vector Machine, Randome Forest, and K-Nearest Neighbor to detect sarcasm sentences on Twitter social media. These three methods were chosen because they have a good performance in text classification. The dataset used is taken from Indonesian language twitter with crawling technique. From the results of the study, it was found that the Support Vector Machine method had the best performance with a recall value of 0.97, precision 0.98 and f1-score 0.98.

Abstract

Malnutrition and stunting are health problems in children and toddlers that are being intensively carried out by the current government. Toddler age is the age most vulnerable to malnutrition. Lack of appetite in children is one of the factors that can trigger malnutrition and stunting. Acupressure or giving stimulation at a certain point is one of the efforts to increase appetite in children and toddlers, but the science of acupressure is not widely known by ordinary people. Meanwhile, effort is an effort that is quite effective in increasing children's appetite because it can be done independently by parents. In Kedungkendo village, there are under-fives with malnutrition and stunting with a number of 14 toddlers out of a total of 258 toddlers (5.4%). The purpose of the community service program is to increase community knowledge and skills as an effort to increase children's appetite which can be done independently by conducting socialization and acupressure massage training.The method of implementing this community service activity is through the stages of a situation analysis survey, collaboration with the village government, village midwives and posyandu cadres, then planning activities for solutions to problems experienced by partners. The team made media for the implementation of the activity in the form of PPT materials, leaflets and posters for acupressure to increase appetite in toddlers. The results of community service activities are an increase in knowledge and cadres about acupressure massage, as many as 25 cadres before the knowledge activity about acupressure 15 people (60%) were not good enough to have good knowledge and 10 people (40%) had good knowledge to have very good knowledge. Abstract

Tourism is the sector most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This condition occurs all over the world with different scales and dimensions. With the existence of Sapta Pesona, which are seven conditions that need to be realized and promoted in people's daily lives, it can increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of tourism. This refers to the support and role of the community as hosts to create an environment and atmosphere that can encourage the growth and development of the tourism industry through the realization of the seven elements. Kebaron Village is one of the villages with a guava plantation destination in Sidoarjo, with a very abundant guava product. Various types of guava are planted on an area of ​​5.5 hectares in this village of Kebaron Sidoarjo, and there are around 1,200 guava trees. The obstacle experienced by guava picking tourism in Kebaron village is the decrease in visitors since the Covid-19 pandemic which took place from early 2020, it is necessary to increase and renew the garden area by adding some supporting infrastructure. Based on the analysis conducted with partners, there are several problems that need to be addressed immediatel.

Abstract

At the end of 2021, the Indonesian economy began to stabilize because the Covid 19 pandemic had begun to decline. All activities such as school can be carried out offline or face to face. In addition, organizations in the village have also begun to actively regroup as before, one of which is the PKK organization in the village of Watesnegoro. Most of the PKK women in this village rely on income from their husbands' wages. Meanwhile, as housewives at this time, they are required to be creative and smart to adapt in the present. Based on these problems as a form of student responsibility in carrying out Real Work Lectures, namely by doing community service in the form of holding training on making sweet potato balls snack creations. Implementation time of activities with a period of 5 days. After the training, this community service activity is expected to increase the knowledge and skills of PKK mothers. The result of this community service is that PKK women are able to carry out and increase the role of the group of housewives through innovation in the use of sweet potato raw materials into processed sweet potato balls in order to maintain food security and improve the household economy. So it is hoped that from a small scope, namely the family, it will have a big impact on the surrounding community. This is because the role of a mother is very important in the family. In addition, PKK women are able to make sweet potato balls to meet their own needs even as a business opportunity.

Abstract

Pengabdian dilakukan pada salah satu UMKM di desa tambakrejo. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode obervasi analisis kebutuhan UMKM, branding, dan pemasaran melalui instagram. Temuan kendala yang ditemukan adalah belum tersedianya kualitas olahan kol yang perlu ditingkatkan, kurangnya branding dan kurangnya pemasaran secara E-Commerce. Pengabdian yang dilakukan ini sangat diperlukan oleh UMKM Desa Tambakrejo, dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas produk olahan kol, yang sudah menjadi andalan bagi UMKM tersebut. Inovasi yang dilakukan dengan melakukan pengembangan varian produk seperti crispy kol, rica-rica kol, dan serundeng kol dengan kualitas rasa yang lebih baik. Inovasi yang dilakukan memberikan peningkatan kemampuan bagi masyarakat Desa Tambakrejo. Kegiatan lain yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini adalah membuat branding yang menarik untuk meningkatkan minat konsumen. Tidak hanya itu saja kami juga memasarkan lewat sosial media terutama instagram. Dengan adanya media sosial produk tersebut dengan mudah untuk dipasarkan. Berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dengan menjaga konsistensi kualitas.
