Abstract

Islamic higher education in Indonesia is very fast. However, this fame must be balanced not only in quantity, but in quality. The aim of the research is to find out the strategy for developing Islamic higher education in the 5.0 era. This study uses a methodological literature review with a descriptive approach to find sources and explore this research. The results of this investigation show that: 1) Improving the quality of education must go beyond institutional standards. 2) Interesting educational innovations. 3) Good organizational management by leaders.

Abstract

The complex challenges of the world of education affect education policies in various countries. The era of globalization, where competition is getting tougher and everything is all technology, demands that the world of education produce quality human resources and have good skills. Not only have good skills but also good morals in accordance with the values and norms that apply in Indonesia. The development of the world in the current era of globalization is a challenge or opportunity for the world of education to be able to adapt and respond to increasingly complex problems. Economic pressures in life, people's demands for justice and democracy, as well as the strong cultural values that have been eroded by hedonistic, pragmatic, materialistic, and secularistic currents, are signs of the tendency for education to exist in the current era of globalization. This study uses a research library, which is a research object whose object is searched for with various library information such as books, scientific journals, magazines, newspapers, and documents. This study aims to find out what the challenges are in the world of education and their implications for policy changes. The educational curriculum needs to be adapted to the needs and demands of the times. It should be noted that in curriculum development, technology and digitization in learning can improve access and quality of education. There need to be policies that support the use of technology, including adequate infrastructure and training for teachers. In facing the challenges of the world of education, directed and sustainable policy changes are very important to achieve the goal of education that is inclusive, quality, and relevant to the needs of the times.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure, test and analyze the effect of training and work motivation on the performance of lecturers at IAIN Madura. The researcher used a quantitative approach with associative research type through a survey based on a questionnaire instrument to 66 samples (lecturers) and analyzed through multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The results show that: first, education and training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at IAIN Madura with a score of T_hitung= 2,666>T_table= 1,998 at sig level. 0.010T_table = 1,998 at the sig level. 0.009 F_table = 3.14 at the sig level. 0.002

Abstract

Integrated education is a concept of education management by combining several curriculum structures into an educational institution with to achieving the goals, visions and missions set and approved by members of the educational institution. This is done as an effort to answer the challenges of the 4.0 era which is increasingly complex and it is not enough to master one particular field or group of lessons so that it is a necessity student always survive in this modern era. This research aims to find out and explain to public about the concept of integration education applied by the Ya'qubiyah Junior High School located in Wajak District, Malang Regency. This research is a qualitative research with case research in order to find phenomena that actually occur in the research location so that this research concludes that the institution combines the national curriculum with the pesantren curriculum and separates the management of curriculum management into three main parts to maximize the development and management of an integrated curriculum and there is a special policy that requires students to master the two sciences that characterize the institution.

Abstract

Extracurricular management supports the optimization of national education goals. The urgency of extracurricular management, apart from streamlining talent interest training, also plays a role in realizing educational goals, namely developing student creativity. Moreover, Indonesia's creativity index (GCI) is still low. So the management of robotic extracurriculars has relevance in welcoming the era of society 5.0, namely creating creative human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of robotic extracurricular activities in developing the creativity of students in the 5.0 social era at SDIT Ahmad Yani Malang. Retrieval of data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation study Data analysis involves condensing data, presenting data, and verifying data. Checking the validity of the data with a credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The research conducted at SDIT Ahmad Yani Malang used a qualitative research approach with a case study type of research. The results of the research conducted show that (1) the planning of robotic extracurricular activities to develop the creativity of students in the 5.0 social era at SDIT Ahmad Yani Malang has been running effectively. This is marked by the preparations that have been made in such a way as to develop creativity through an early semester meeting and MOU cooperation with robotics. (2) The implementation of robotic extracurricular activities has been running effectively with the use of PjBL, STEM, demonstrations, and fun learning strategies. (3) The evaluation of robotic extracurricular activities also runs effectively with ongoing monitoring. Besides that, checking the effectiveness of robotic extracurricular management uses the 5M elements (people, methods, materials, machines, and money). While the output of student creativity is shown from the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the differences, advantages, disadvantages, and impacts caused by curriculum policies and explore the four main curriculum policies, namely Competency-Based Curriculum (KBK), Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), Curriculum 2013 (K13), and the Independent Curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research, in order to evaluate curriculum policies based on relevant aspects such as educational goals, learning approaches, curriculum content, and evaluation methods. We also explore the historical context and ideology behind each of these curriculum policies. The results of our analysis show that each curriculum policy has different characteristics and objectives. KBK, as the first curriculum policy after the education reform, emphasizes competency development and holistic understanding of students. KTSP, despite its flexibility, faces challenges in its implementation due to a lack of national guidelines and uniformity. K13, which was adopted with the aim of improving the previous curriculum, emphasized fulfilling Graduate Competency Standards (SKL) and improving basic competencies. Meanwhile, the Independent Curriculum offers a more open approach and gives schools flexibility in designing curricula according to local needs and characteristics. In conclusion, curriculum policy in Indonesia reflects a continuous effort to improve the education system. However, each policy has advantages and disadvantages that need to be considered. In facing global challenges and preparing young people for the future, it is important to continue to critically analyze curriculum policies, improve existing weaknesses, and integrate elements that can increase educational effectiveness.

Abstract

Education is currently in a new state after Covid-19, which has brought changes to education. Especially in the competence of teachers whose development is highly demanded to face the normal era. This study aims to reveal the role of school principals in improving the ability of teachers, so that teacher commitment can be maintained through a school quality culture. This study uses a library research research method by using documentation data collection techniques from several references and the analysis is carried out using descriptive analysis methods. The results obtained that school principals can carry out strategies to increase teacher commitment in the normal era through attention to improving the quality of learning, fulfilling infrastructure, increasing teacher professionalism, forming work teams, giving authority to regulate good learning flows to teachers, establishing collaboration with outside parties, providing rewards to teachers, to evaluations that build teacher commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan visualisasi mengenai kontribusi pemerintah dalam mengembangkan pendidikan Islam. Tentunya ada beberapa lembaga yang dikembangkan cikal bakalnya ada pada Pesantren kemudian muncul madrasah dan menyetarakanya seperti sekolah umum. Penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian lapangan dari hasil pustaka mengenai kebijakan pemerintah daerah maupun pusat, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan pondok pesantren di Jawa Timur yang berlaku di Indonesia.Landasan hukum yang berjalan dan berkembang di pondok pesantren jawa timur. Lembaga pondok pesantren merupakan sebuah tempat pembelajaran agama Islam yang memiliki nilai histori tinggi, dan juga memiliki kontribusi dalam historis Negara ini, tentunya dalam melestarikan adanya pesantren perlu adanya perhatian khusus, dan dalam tulisan ini memiliki konsen terhadap dasar hukum dan landasan kepengurusan dalam memerhatikan mutu seiring perkembangan zaman. Pondok pesantren adalah sebuah instansi yang diakui dan dinaungi oleh kementerian agama republik indonesia , yang berorientasi terhadap pendalaman Ilmu Agama, dipimpin oleh seorang Kyai dan peserta didiknya yang disebut dengan Santri. Perkembangan pondok pesantren dari Tradisional bertrasformasi menjadi pesantren Modern, baik dari bahasa, gaya berpakaian, pendidikan, dan orientasinya. Pesantren dalam menjaga tradisi dengan tetap mengkaji kitab klasik dengan metode sorogan/bandongan, dengan selalu mengutamakan kesederhanaan dalam proses pendidikan.Kata Kunci:  Peran Pemerintah, kebijakan, Pondok Pesantren.

Abstract

Seeing the current technological developments continue to experience a drastic increase. In the digital era that is happening now, some human activities involve electronics in helping their workers, this automatically creates a new lifestyle. Digitalization cannot be denied and has a big role in facilitating humans. So that today's technology is a human bridge to enter the digital era civilization. Digital organization is a process carried out by organizations to overcome challenges in the current era and a solution to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic which requires that all activities outside the home be reduced so that digitalization is very helpful for managing all aspects of activities within the organization, as well as institutions This digital era education is to support the implementation of educational institution activities such as online teaching and learning so that activities in educational institutions can continue even though the Covid-19 pandemic is affected.

Abstract

One aspect that can be seen from the achievement of educational goals in Indonesia is the educators. If Islamic schools have competent educators, it will have implications for the intelligence of the nation with good intellectual abilities. This research aims to analyze the extent of the role of teacher competency standard policies so that the nation's goals can be achieved, therefore the creation of educator standards and education personnel in Islamic educational institutions. The research method used is a literature study by collecting various sources and literature related to the laws used by Islamic educational institutions in accordance with the problems studied. From the results of the analysis, 4 competency standards were obtained that are mandatory by educators, namely (1) social competence, (2) pedagogic competence, (3) professional competence, and (4) personality competence.
