Abstract

The purpose of this research is the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning IBS Al Hamra Dau Malang. Qualitative approach with a single case study design; researchers as instruments; data sources include caretakers of Islamic boarding schools, heads of foundations, administrators, ustadz and students of Islamic boarding schools; data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Learning planning for IBS Al Hamra Dau Malang in principle is equipped with a Learning Implementation Plan. The teaching and learning process is carried out every Monday-Friday, the ustadz conveys the subject matter using the classical material delivery method in four halaqoh, and ends with a deposit. Learning evaluation uses formative evaluation, namely an assessment in the form of a test carried out after one subject has been memorized by students and summative evaluation.

Abstract

Educational institutions, both existing and newly established, require organizational change/development studies that are relevant to maintaining their existence. There is cross-role (interplay) between individuals as part of society and organizations, organizations as part of society, and society itself as a formation of various 'organizational backgrounds. So that changes in society demand organizational changes, including educational organizations. Change will not occur unless the need for change is critical. Organizational change is a change related to development, as well as improvements, and adjustments that include the structure, technology, work methods, and management system of an organization. the study of problematic Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia divides into three perspectives: ontological, epistemological, and axiological. In this reality, it becomes important to examine the urgency of organizational change management of Islamic educational institutions as a comprehensive study so that they are able to answer the challenges of the times and make the best possible utilization of their organizational potential. In this research, the author uses a content analysis approach model. This study's data sources include journals, papers, and books about literacy about change management, organizational behavior, and Islamic educational institutions

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the role of the accreditation system in increasing productivity in schools. The school accreditation system serves as a guide in providing a comprehensive assessment of the eligibility of a program in educational institutions which can provide ranking feasibility and provide information about the eligibility of schools/madrasas which are implemented based on the National Education Standards. This research method is to use a literature review study. The type of research used is descriptive. Researchers collected data by conducting a study of theories relevant to the discussion, namely the role of the accreditation system in increasing productivity in educational institutions. This study conducts a critical review of the results of previous studies to be compared with the latest studies to obtain new research results that are supported by theories that can be adopted from books, documents, papers, or published research results. The results in this study indicate that the school accreditation system is very important in increasing the productivity of institutions by carrying out various efforts including providing assistance on the effectiveness of the performance of school principals, staff teachers in carrying out management processes in educational institutions. With the existence of a school accreditation system, it is hoped that educational institutions will continue to make improvements to school management in order to achieve the ideal quality level of educational institutions in accordance with national education standards.

Abstract

The distance education model has made a significant contribution to the history of distance education in Indonesia, despite the quality of the results, it is still the basis of controversial debates in this country. The significance of the contribution can be seen from the perspective of the number of students who live in rural areas and those who have financial problems can experience adequate education through distance education. The method in this paper is a literature study which is library research. Literature research is a series of activities related to library data collection methods. Literature study is also a theoretical study, references and other scientific literature related to culture, values and norms related to the social situation under study. From a historical perspective, distance education is seen from three phases of development; the introductory phase, from the 1950s to 1983, the socialization phase from 1984 to 1993, and the innovation phase from 1994 to the present. Correspondence studies and Palapa satellites were categorized as instructional delivery systems in the introductory phase, radio communication systems in the socialization phase, and cassettes, slide tape programs, videos, television, Nusantara 21 electronic communication systems, and video conferencing technology used to deliver instructional messages in this phase. innovation. Although various models of distance education such as study correspondence, Palapa satellite, radio communication systems, audio cassettes, slide programs, tapes, videos, television, electronic communication systems, and video conferencing technology have been applied in many subject matter.Keywords. Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy supports student-centered learning and emphasizes student freedom and responsibility in learning. The purpose of this study is to explain the theoretical basis of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, which places students at the center of learning, the role of prophetic education in shaping educational awareness in students, and Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka from the perspective of prophetic education. The research uses qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. Sources of research data are taken from journals, papers, and other literature on the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy, which is student-centered learning; prophetic education in shaping educational awareness in students; and the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka policy seen from the perspective of prophetic education. The study results show that through the student-centered learning approach, students have a more authentic learning experience. This experience must be supported by the internalization of monotheistic values to form a solid educational awareness. Prophetic education can guide students in integrating humanization, liberation, and transcendence into independent learning. Personal experience, educational awareness, and prophetic education create an effective synergy to create a quality academic climate.

Abstract

Student achievement is a benchmark that an educational institution can be categorized as having superior quality. Educational institutions that have superior quality cannot be realized if they are not supported by good management. For this reason, it is necessary to apply management in order to improve the quality of education, so as to encourage increased student achievement. There are important indicators in education quality management, namely raw input, process and output, the need for educational institutions to pay attention to these 3 aspects so that the quality of education can be realized. Raw input related to the process of accepting new students, or recruitment is the beginning in determining the quality of prospective students who will take part in the learning process. Some of the stages in raw input are the most important part, this section includes determining the criteria for prospective students, which at its peak is the class division stage, which must be really adjusted to the level of ability of students. In addition to learning, the process is at the heart of improving quality, how an educational institution can process it into products that are ready to be marketed in society. Process is a determinant, that is where educational institutions have superior quality. Output is the result obtained through the educational process. Basically, there are important indicators that educational institutions can be said to have superior quality, among others, these indicators include academic and non-academic achievements, as well as the level of community satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to describe various classroom management approaches and the steps to implement them in the classroom. This research uses a literature study research method by processing primary data sourced from various reference articles and books. The results of this study are related to the understanding of the classroom management approach which is a teacher's perspective on classroom management activities to make the class more effective. The types of approaches include the authoritarian approach, intimidating approach, permissive approach, behavior change approach, and cookbook approach. From these various approaches, researchers suggest that educators use various classroom management approaches according to their needs and not only use one classroom management approach.

Abstract

The article discusses effective management strategies to overcome challenges in Islamic education management The importance of learning models in education to produce effective learning experiences, especially in developing skills. Project-based learning models are emerging as an innovative solution, helping students be creative, critical, and collaborative, and develop higher-order thinking skills. The research method used is a qualitative literature review by collecting data from various sources, such as books, journals, theses, and other scientific works. The integration of the Rahmatan Lil Alamin profile has a positive impact on student character development, spiritual and material balance, tolerance, openness, student empowerment, development of life skills, psychological and emotional well-being, respect for the environment, participation in society, and the formation of Islamic identity. Thus, project-based PAI learning becomes an effective tool in shaping student character according to the concept of rahmatan lil alamin. It is hoped that this implementation can create a generation that will bring grace to the entire universe.

Abstract

Management of hidden curriculum is the stage of hidden curriculum management in an educational institution. Each of these stages has its role in creating character during the learning process contained in HC in accordance with the objectives of educational institutions in this case at the Integrative TPQ of Roudhotul Ulum. This research aims to know and investigate hidden curriculum management, effectiveness and impact on learning at Integrative TPQ of Roudhotul Ulum. The research methods used are qualitative with a case study approach, and data collection techniques based on interview results, observations and documentation from the field. The results of this research are HC management processes consisting of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The effectiveness of HC on learning is evidenced by the ease of teachers in understanding the character of learners and the impact in the form of improving the quality of learning and improving the spirit of learning and the character of students.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find out the impact of the elimination of national examinations according to junior high school students during the covid-19 pandemic in Batu. This type of research is descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. Data analysis in this study uses source triangulation. Data analysis is taken by reducing data, summarizing all data results, and presented in narrative form and then concluded. The number of research subjects was 6 junior high school students in Batu, as well as data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews. Data analysis in this study is in the form of presentation of data in a short description. The results of data analysis showed that in the implementation of national examinations there is a positive impact that students are encouraged to actively study and negative impacts that students experience psychological and mental pressures because they have to master the learning materials to be tested. Students' graduation is seen from the national test scores to apply to the intended school. This happens so that a policy arises that is the elimination of national examinations.Keywords: Policies, National Examinations, Students, Covid-19 Pandemic Period.
