<![CDATA[Pertumbuhan laba adalah peningkatan presentase keuntungan bisnis. Perubahan profit yang baik menunjukan bahwa keadaan keuangan perusahaan baik, serta meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan dapat membaik seiring meningkatnya profit perusahaan. Penelitian ini memiliki maksud untuk memahami hal apa yang mempengaruhi Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini memakai Solvabilitas (DER), Aktivitas (TATO), terhadap Pertumbuhan laba Sampelyang digunakan yaitu 11 tahun mulai dari tahun 2012-2022. Penentuan sampel memakai teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang dipakai ialah Uji asumsi klasik (Uji normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heterokedastitas, Uji autokerasi), Regresi linear berganda (Koefisien Korelasi, Koefisien Determinasi ) Uji hipotesis ( Uji T dan Uji F ). Hasil observasi menerangkan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Total Asset Turnover tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Debt to Equity Ratio dan Total Asset Turnover secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero)]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam Keputusan Penggunaan, Turbo Marketing menjadi sebuah alasan utama dalam menetukan keputusan untuk menggunakan suatu layananan, Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Turbo Marketing terhadap keputusan Penggunaan Grab food di kota bima, Jenis penelitian yaitu Asosiatif, Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh konsumen yang pernah mengunakan layanan grab food yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui pasti (Unknown Population) jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. <![CDATA[The phenomenon of fraud in financial reports has become a global issue that affects market integrity and investor confidence. This study aims to identify fraudulent practices in PT Asabri (Persero)'s cash flow reports with a focus on cash flow shenanigans techniques. The research method uses forensic analysis and investigative audits of Asabri's financial reports from 2012 to 2017. The research results show indications of cash flow manipulation through the cash flow shenanigans no. 1, 2, and 3. This study highlights the importance of understanding and monitoring transparent and accurate accounting practices in public companies. Irregularities in financial statements not only harm investors, but can also create overall market instability. This study also highlights the need for tighter supervision and regulation of public financial reporting, especially in the state-owned pension and insurance sectors. Overall, the findings of this article can not only increase awareness of the risks of fraud in financial reporting, but can also serve as a guide for regulators and practitioners in efforts to prevent and detect similar practices in the future.]]>

<![CDATA[The population in this study were PT.KI8 service users. The sample size was 96 respondents. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires, this researcher measured using a Likert scale with answers that had a gradation of very positive to very negative, the data collected would be processed using computational calculations from the SPSS program. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality,timeliness of delivery and facilities simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT.KI8 Solo Branch using quantitative research. The variables of this research are Service Quality (X1), Timeliness of Delivery (X2) and Facilities (X2), on Customer Satisfaction (Y). The influence test method used is a statistical analysis method consisting of multiple linear regression tests, namely determination analysis, significant testing, hypotheses consisting of the T test and F test. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that (1) the service quality variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction ( 2) the on-time variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) the facility variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) service quality, timeliness and facilities together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and security simultaneously on customer interest (Study at Bank Mandiri KCP Solo Slamet Riyadi). This type of quantitative research with a survey method approach, sampling techniques using purposive sampling, and calculated using the Slovin formula, so that a research sample of 222 customers was obtained. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using multiple linear regression. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and security have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on customer interest. The results show that effort expectations are the most important aspect in supporting customer interest, so the ease and convenience of operating e-banking must be improved.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam menjalankan operasional perusahaannya perbankan perlu menjaga kinerjanya dalam memenuhi kewajibannya terhadap investor. Dengan adanya kinerja yang baik maka dapat memberikan citra yang baik terhadap perusahaan untuk dapat memberikan ketertarikan bagiinvestor untuk tetap menanamkan modalnya dalam perusahaan. Hal ini juga mampu meningkatkan tingkat kepercayaan investor terhadap perusahaan. Penilitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh komponen Good Corporate Governance (GCG)yaitu kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, dan ukuran dewan direksi terhadap profitabilitas yang diproksikan melalui dalam Return on Aset(ROA). Dalam kepemilikan institusional akan dapat menciptakan pengawasan yang lebih dalam memantau kinerja perusahaan karena dapat mewakili sumber kekuasaan. Kepemilikan saham oleh manajer yang disebut kepemilikan manajerial dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk menyatukan tujuan antara pemilik dan pengelola perusahaan. Ketika manajer memiliki kepemilikan saham yang signifikan, mereka akan termotivasi untukmembuat keputusan yang menguntungkan bagi perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Dalam kaitannya dengan ukuran dewan direksi, jumlah anggotadireksiyang semakin besar akanmemberikan pengawasan yang efektif tanpa menghambat proses pengambilan keputusan.Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi perusahaan perbankan di BEI pada tahun 2020-2023, sampel riset mengunakan metode purposive samplingdengan menggunakan alat analisis WarpPLS8.0. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa kepemilikan institusional dan ukuran dewan direksi memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas yang diproksikan dalam ROA dengan tingkat signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,04 dan 0,01. Dalam variabel kepemilikan manajerial menunjukkan hasil tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the influence of digital transformation and market orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs, with competitive advantage as an intermediary, in MSMEs in Semarang Regency. The sample of this study consists of 70 MSMEs selected through purposive sampling, based on the following criteria: MSMEs that use digital marketing, have been operating for at least 2 years, and are willing to complete the questionnaire. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that digital transformation and market orientation significantly enhance the competitive advantage of MSMEs. Additionally, digital transformation, market orientation, and competitive advantage have a positive and significant impact on the marketing performance of MSMEs. Competitive advantage is proven to mediate the influence of digital transformation and market orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs.]]>

<![CDATA[Sport is a basic need to maintain good physical condition and health, and plays an important role in national development. Law Number 11 of 2022 concerning Sports emphasizes the importance of educational sports, performance sports and recreational sports. One form of recreational sport that is popular in Payakumbuh City is Aerobiks, which is not only popular for fitness but also as a recreational activity. This research aims to analyze the influence of people's motivation to exercise Aerobiks in Payakumbuh City, with a focus on instructor competence, awareness of healthy living, and sports facilities. The population in this research is the people of Payakumbuh City. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data in the form of a questionnaire with a total research sample of 60 respondents taken based on sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis of various Partial Least Square (PLS) variants. Measurement model or outer model, structural model test or inner model, and hypothesis testing with the help of Smart-PLS 4.0 software as a testing tool. The results of this research show that instructor competence and facilities have a significant effect on people's motivation to exercise Aerobiks in Payakumbuh City. Meanwhile, awareness of healthy living has no effect on people's motivation to exercise Aerobiks in Payakumbuh City.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective to be achieved from this research is to find out how financial performance is assessed using financial reports carried out by the CU Damai Sejahtera Savings and Loans Cooperative. The aim to be achieved from this research is to find out how financial performance is assessed using financial reports carried out. This research uses quantitative research methods. Quantitative research methods are methods that use number calculations which will later be used to make decisions in solving a problem. Here, researchers use quantitative research methods because this research explores the phenomenon of Financial Report Analysis as a Basis for Financial Performance Assessment (Case Study: CU Damai Sejahtera Savings and Loans Cooperative). In taking this research, researchers used the Saturated Sampling Technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique that uses all members of the population as samples. Therefore, this research uses the entire population as a sample, namely the financial reports of the CU Damai Sejahtera Savings and Loans Cooperative for 3 years, namely 2020-2022. Based on research results in 2020, the financial performance of the CU Damai Sejahtera Savings and Loans Cooperative based on the Return On Assets (ROA) ratio in 2020-2022 is quite healthy. Based on the Net Profit Margin (NPM) ratio, the financial performance of the CU Damai Sejahtera Savings and Loans Cooperative in 2020-2021 shows healthy criteria and in 2022 shows very healthy criteria. Based on the Return On Equity (ROE) ratio, the financial performance of the CU Damai Sejahtera Savings and Loans Cooperative in 2020-2022 shows fairly healthy criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to fine out how Islamic Business Ethics is applied to buying and selling transaction in Prumdam market, Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study is to explore the understanding and application of Islamic Business Ethics among traders in Traditional markets. The main issue raised was the lack of understanding of traders regarding the principles of Islamic Business Ethics and the challenges they face. The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, involving structured interviews with traders who had at least five years of experience in the Prumdam Morning Market. The results of the study show that some of the traders have understood the importance of honesty and Amanah in transactions, however there are some traders who are not effective in communicating the quality of the goods they sell, which reflects the lack of awareness of Islamic Business Ethics principles. Therefore, there is a need for better education and socialization to traders about Ethical values which are the foundation in doing business.]]>
