Abstract

Indonesia, with a Muslim majority population of 87.4% and a growing trend of halal lifestyle, presents a significant opportunity for the growth of Islamic financing companies. However, the market share of Islamic financing companies remains stagnant at 5-6%, despite a significant increase in public awareness of halal products. This study aims to develop product and distribution channel innovations to enhance the competitiveness of Islamic financing companies. The research focuses on refinancing products based on the al-bai’ contract within the framework of musyarakah mutanaqishah (MMQ), which are flexible and relevant to the needs of millennials and MSMEs. Additionally, the study proposes innovations in distribution channels through the integration of financing simulations into corporate websites and mobile applications. The research methodology employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using primary data from DSN-MUI fatwas and secondary data from OJK reports. The findings indicate that Islamic refinancing innovation with al-bai’ in the MMQ framework can provide a practical solution to current limitations of Islamic products while supporting broader Islamic financial inclusion. Digital distribution channels will enhance accessibility and convenience for target markets. Implementing these recommendations is expected to expand the market share of Islamic financing companies and address the evolving needs of society

Abstract

Society frequently perceives women as vulnerable and subordinate to regulations. In the traditional environment of Saudi Arabia, women experience restricted mobility and social engagement. The notable distinction from other nations is in the enforcement of regulations and cultural practices that discriminate based on gender and uphold male guardianship laws. Consequently, the cultural environment is perceived as hostile towards women. Furthermore, Saudi Arabia's global reputation on gender equality is very negative. Saudi Arabia seems to have misunderstood perspectives on women's human rights in its policy-making. The interpretation of the Koran and hadith must be scrutinized if it is unjust to women. Saudi ladies are beginning to perceive a promising future for him. Crown Prince Muhammad exerted significant efforts to implement substantial reforms. Diverse reforms, including gender equality, were implemented to portray a moderate and amicable Islam. Saudi women have transformed their societal presence, beginning to embrace their rights and responsibilities in the public domain

Abstract

This quantitative study examines the influence of Microlearning Content and Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) Platform on English proficiency among participants in the Ministry of Information and Communications (Bakti Kominfo) English for Tourism Program. Drawing upon a comprehensive review of literature, the research elucidates the evolving landscape of language education, emphasizing the emergence of innovative methodologies such as microlearning and MALL. Through regression coefficient analysis, the study empirically demonstrates the individual influences of Microlearning Content and MALL Platform on English proficiency. Results indicate that Microlearning Content significantly influences English proficiency, with a relative contribution of 46.3%. Similarly, MALL Platform exhibits a substantial impact on English proficiency, contributing 43.0% to language learning outcomes. Furthermore, the combined influence of Microlearning Content and MALL Platform was found to significantly affect English proficiency, contributing to 55.2% of language proficiency variation. These findings underscore the importance of integrating technology-enhanced learning approaches to foster English language proficiency in non-formal education settings. The research offers insights for educators, policymakers, and practitioners to design effective language programs that leverage microlearning and MALL platforms to meet the evolving needs of language learners in the digital age

Abstract

When there is world economic instability, innovation and change and adaptation are needed. In an era of rapidly changing global trade, countries with high HDI have a better ability to adapt to market and technological changes, which is important to remain competitive. The aim of this research is to determine the role of HDI and Demography in global trade. The article can also explain the factors that need to be considered in facing global trade in the future. The method used is the literature review method. The steps taken are identifying problems, collecting sources, extracting sources, selecting sources, analyzing sources and drawing conclusions. The important role of human development and demographic indices is labor productivity, the need for innovation and creativity in the quality of education. Labor availability also determines the readiness and supply of various needs and products. A large young population can provide sufficient labor to support the growth of industry and commerce. Countries with growing populations usually have larger labor forces, allowing them to increase production capacity.
