Abstract

Merebaknya pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan terbatasnya ruang gerak di segala aspek. Pembatasan ini menyebabkan banyak perkuliahan harus dilaksanakan secara online. Dalam prakteknya, hal ini menyebabkan kesulitan dikarenakan mahasiswa tidak selalu bisa mengakses kelas online karena satu atau dua hal teknis dan semacamnya. Beranjak dari hal tersebut, penulis tergugah untuk membantu banyak mahasiswa khususnya pada tingkat pertama untuk dapat mengakses pembelajaran dengan lebih mudah. Penggunaan platform youtube sudah sejak lama dimanfaatkan untuk berbagi hiburan, berita, dan banyak informasi lainnya. Demikian pula untuk keperluan pendidikan, terdapat banyak sumber pengajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan, baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Penulis mengambil materi pembelajaran untuk kuliah Matematika Dasar, terkhusus dari referensi Buku Kalkulus Jilid 2 yang ditulis oleh Varberg, Purcell dan Rigdon. Materi tersebut kemudian disusun ke dalam video pembahasan yang dapat diakses kapanpun, di mana pun dan oleh siapapun. Konsep pembelajaran asinkronus sejalan dengan pandangan konstruktivisme yang menekankan bahwa seorang pembelajar dituntut untuk bisa mengkonstruksi ide baru dari ide yang sudah ada. Oleh karena itulah subjek dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah mahasiswa yang sebelumnya tentu sudah memiliki konsepsi konkret yang baik dan tinggal meneruskannya pada konsepsi abstrak sesuai dengan tuntutan di tingkat universitas. Abstract

Adolescence is a period of human development where there is a change in both biological, psychological and social. Changes that occur in adolescent girls are characterized by menarche (first menstruation), changes in the chest, growth of pubic hair and also pelvic enlargement. In general, physical health problems in adolescents are often ignored so that it has an impact on physical health in adolescents. Lack of knowledge of personal hygiene can be a factor inhibiting the health of personal hygiene in adolescents. There are several parts of health that need attention by adolescents in the implementation of personal hygiene such as maintaining dental and oral health, skin and facial health, reproductive organ health, daily clothing and care for hair and nails and feet. The purpose of this community service is so that teenagers can know and carry out personal hygiene so that they avoid various health problems. The method used is a lecture by providing counseling about personal hygiene to students to improve their health status and be free from various health problems that often occur in adolescents. The target achieved in the service is to increase students' knowledge about personal hygiene which will later change students' attitudes in performing personal hygiene. Students are expected to take part in counseling activities seriously in order to produce good knowledge and attitudes so that they can change behavior to perform personal hygiene.

Abstract

Free sex behavior is contrary to national culture. However, in fact, based on several research data, it shows that the free sex behavior of teenagers in Indonesia is quite worrying. In Indonesia, there are about 4.5% of boys and 0.7% of girls aged 15-19 years who claim to have had premarital sex. This community service activity is in the form of providing health education through counseling teenagers about free sex behavior. The results obtained from this community activity before the counseling was carried out, the majority of participants' knowledge was in the sufficient category, namely 46%, participants with less knowledge were 37% and only 17% of participants had good knowledge about free sex behavior. Health education about free sex was carried out with the help of power point media, during the activity the participants seemed interested in listening to the counseling given. The conclusion that can be drawn from this community service activity is that the participants are active and enthusiastic to take part in the counseling activities provided and are able to answer the questions given. The results of the evaluation showed that the participants understood the material presented, this indicated an increase in the participants' knowledge about free sex behavior.

Abstract

Applying PHBS (Clean and Healthy Living Behavior) should become a daily habit. It seems simple, but the reality is that many people are still unaware of the importance of PHBS to their health, their families, and the health of those around them. At home, PHBS  includes exclusive breastfeeding, delivery by a health care provider (midwife or doctor), scheduled immunizations, regular monitoring of infant and child growth and development, clinics, health centers, or child care. including Poyandu until she was 6 years old. Adopting a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) for everyone is no easy task, but it is a long process. Everyone lives in their own order and influences and interacts with each other in this order. Monitoring, evaluating and measuring the progress of an order is easier than an individual. Developing a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) therefore takes place through a methodical approach: the arrangement of homes, schools, public places, workplaces and health care facilities. PHBS in the Household is an attempt to make household members aware and willing to lead clean and healthy lives, and to play an active role in the wellness movement of their communities.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts. Community Health Centers known as Puskesmas are First Level Health Facilities (FKTP) which are responsible for public health in their working areas in one or part of the sub-district area. In the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 75 of 2014 concerning Community Health Centers it is stated that the Puskesmas has the function of organizing the first level of Community Health Efforts (UKM) and Individual Health Efforts (UKP). The lack of public understanding of the role of the puskesmas causes a conflict on the status of the community's health status. the inhibiting factor for community health center services is the lack of education and health information for the community on healthy lifestyles, the results of mini workshops that are not published to the surrounding community. public health. The method used is a lecture by providing counseling about the role of Puskesmas for the community to improve health status and be free from various health problems that often occur in the community. The target achieved in community service is to increase public knowledge about the function of the puskesmas which will later change people's attitudes in making changes in health status.

Abstract

Health center accreditation standards are one of the assessments of the medical record file storage system. The medical record file storage system at the Medan Johor Health Center is very important because it helps officers in retrieving and returning files on the medical record file storage rack. The socialization of the medical record file storage system based on this accreditation standard was carried out at the Medan Johor Health Center as a form of updating knowledge and implementing standardized medical record file storage. The purpose of this community service is to help the Medan Johor Health Center in preparing all the files and necessities to follow the Second Edition of the Public Health Center accreditation standard, version 2021 regarding the medical record file storage system at the Medan Johor Health Center. This community service method is to provide socialization of the medical record file storage system in accordance with the second edition of the Puskesmas accreditation instrument, version 2021. The results of community service are expected that medical record officers are able to apply procedures for retrieval and return of medical record files according to the accreditation standards of the storage system which will help medical record officer in the future when the accreditation period for the Medan Johor Health Center will arrive

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of growth faltering in children under five due to chronic malnutrition, especially in the first 1,000 days of life (HPK). Stunting is caused by poor nutritional status of the mother during pregnancy, poor nutrition when the fetus is still in the womb, inadequate breastfeeding and also delayed complementary feeding and inadequate quality and quantity of complementary foods resulting in children experiencing low birth weight. Stunting can affect brain growth and development. One way that can be done in preventing stunting is by strengthening local wisdom. So far, the practice of providing complementary feeding (MPASI) to toddlers is often not considered, especially in terms of nutrient density. This is due to the lack of knowledge and skills of mothers under five in terms of how to make and serve nutrient-dense complementary foods. One of the factors that occur in the presence of malnutrition is the incidence of stunting. The location of this service activity is carried out in Cenrana Village, Panca Lautang District, Sidrap Regency which has a wealth of local food ingredients. The method of implementing this activity begins with a preliminary survey by exploring the problem of eating patterns to mothers of toddlers in Cenrana village, Sidrap Regency and to posyandu cadres, village midwives and puskesmas nutrition workers, followed by stunting counseling followed by demonstrations of making complementary feeding using local food. The results of the service to increase mother's knowledge in the management of local food ingredients into MP ASI to prevent stunting.

Abstract

The Community Service Program partners with the City Health Center of Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The location of this PKM is in Kaluppini Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency which is the working area of ​​the Enrekang Regency City Health Center. Oxytocin massage is a relaxation therapy that stimulates the central nervous system in the posterior and anterior pituitary which is carried out to help postpartum mothers to increase breast milk production. The results in this activity are 1. Increased knowledge and skills of Cadres on oxytocin massage, 2 Knowing the achievements of Posyandu Cadre assistance to assisted families who have babies as an evaluation material for increasing Exclusive Breastfeeding Coverage, and 3. Mothers and families will pay more attention to exclusive breastfeeding as an effort increased coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion From the results of community service activities, there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of posyandu cadres to participate in the success of exclusive breastfeeding for infants As one of the government programs.

Abstract

The development of a very sophisticated era requires adjustments also with the teaching system. Children today can no longer equate their way of learning with children of old. The digital era is a period where technological developments occur all over the world. As a society that lives in this digital era, we should follow the current technological developments that we feel. technology to solve problems in the world of education is a wise action. Attractive strategies and media will also be the main attraction for children to learn. Therefore, the use of YouTube is one of the media for learning to read for children at this time. With the use of youtube children can learn to read when and play. Along with the development of education, the media currently used by teachers varies greatly. Today, there are many studies that develop learning media, one of which is video media. Video is a type of audio-visual media, meaning learning media that can be seen using the sense of sight and heard using the sense of hearing. As a learning medium, video is effectively used for the learning process en masse, individually or in groups. The survey results show that 69% (very interested) and 31% (interested) if the author makes another video learning to read. This means that the use of learning to read videos as learning media via YouTube is effectively used by children, especially kindergarten age.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is still hitting until now, this has caused unrest among the public, especially for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Many SME players have also felt the impact of this situation, one of which is Mrs. Marthina, whose address is at Moyo kilometer 13, Sorong City, West Papua Province. The problem faced by Mrs. Martina is optimizing the existing resources so that she gets a profit in the midst of the pandemic situation so that her business can continue to operate. In such a situation, steps are needed to increase profits. These steps must use a technique or method so that they have estimates in a more accurate calculation. One method that can be used is the Simplex method, for that the Community Service (PkM) team at Victory Sorong University offers a resource optimization training program by utilizing the simplex method and IT in the form of POM-QM software for windows version 5.3. The main objective of this PKM program is to share knowledge to help SMEs to innovate and maintain business activities.
