Abstract

The PKM program is carried out by the method of providing training and guidance to participants regarding classroom action research (PTK) to improve the quality of the learning process with the aim of (1) to improve the quality of the learning process, (2) participants can implement well compile classroom action research (PTK) , and (3) participants can disseminate or disseminate classroom action research (PTK) knowledge. The main target audience for the PKM Program activities are school supervisors, school principals and school teachers in Tinggimoncong sub-district, Gowa district, South Sulawesi province. The results obtained in PKM program activities are increased knowledge and concept of classroom action research (PTK) participants of PKM programs, increased classroom action research skills (PTK) PKM program participants, PKM program participants can make examples and arrange classroom action research (PTK) in class learning, and PKM program participants can implement classroom action research (PTK) in learning in schools. Other results obtained were increased motivation of participants in knowing class action research material (PTK) and high enthusiasm of participants in disseminating or disseminating PKM program results, especially classroom action research material (PTK). Outputs of PKM activities are (1) increasing participant's knowledge regarding activity materials, (2) scientific articles published at national seminars, and (3) publications on PKM implementation on online media.

Abstract

Rice straw has not been assessed as a product thathas economic value. In a straw-intensive farming system, it isoften regarded as crop residues that disturb land managementand rice cultivation. Farmers burn straw at a place a few daysafter the rice is harvested. The main purpose of straw-burningstraw is to get rid of straw from the rice fields in a practicalway. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct training for thecommunity so that they can utilize rice straw into organicfertilizer. This community service activity was carried out for3 days in a row. The result of this training is that the farmingcommunity in Bonto Macinna village is able to manage orutilize rice straw into organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kabupaten soppeng merupakan salah satu penghasil sutera terbaik di Sulawesi Selatan, namun seiring dengan perkembangan budidaya ulat sutera mengalami penurunan kualitas dan kuantitas. Untuk meningkatkan budidaya ulat sutera di masa yang akan datang perlu mengetahui persepsi dan respon masyarakat. Untuk menilai persepsi masyarakat dan respon terhadap budidaya ulat sutera, wawancara dan pengamatan mendalam dilakukan di daerah budidaya dan luar budidaya di Kabupaten Soppeng. Berdasarkan pengamatan lapangan awal, beberapa wilayah diidentifikasi sebagai pusat pengembangan ulat sutera yaitu di Kec Donri-Donri. Masyarakat di Kabupaten Soppeng khususnya di kecamatan Donri-donri mempersepsikan bahwa budidaya Ulat sutera masih memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi dibandingkan usaha tani lainnya. Budidaya ulat sutera dijadikan sebagai mata pencaharian utama, sedangkan perkebunan dan peternakan sebagai mata pencaharian sampingan. Sistem kelembagaan terbagi menjadi dua yaitu petani berkelompok dan petani individu, begitu juga dengan sistem pemasaran yaitu pemasaran individu dan pemasaran kolektif. Kata kunci: budidaya ulat sutera, persepsi, respon masyarakat

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan oleh Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) bekerja sama dengan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Matematika SMP Kabupaten Takalar. Program ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan guru terkait pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran, serta (2) meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang gim matematika sederhana. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, PKM ini dibagi ke dalam dua agenda utama, yakni: (1) pelatihan dan (2) pendampingan. Kegiatan pelatihan diselenggarakan secara daring melalui video konferensi, sementara kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan melalui WA dengan bantuan video tutorial dan buku panduan perancangan gim matematika sederhana melalui aplikasi quizizz yang telah disediakan. Melalui kegiatan ini, pengetahuan guru terkait ragam kegiatan yang dapat mereka lakukan dengan gim sederhana, khususnya aplikasi quizizz, menjadi bertambah; selanjutnya, keterampilan guru dalam merancang gim sederhana juga meningkat. Hal ini terbukti dengan adanya produk-produk gim matematika yang berhasil mereka buat dengan variasi jenis soal yang lebih beragam selama kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta dengan pengaturan gim yang lebih luwes.

Abstract

Community Partnership Program (PKM) partners are Lalonggowuna Village and Momea Village. The problems are: (1) The Mental Revolution Movement has yet to understand in raising awareness, being honest and optimistic in the apparatus of village fund managers in utilizing it for the independence and welfare of the community; (2) Insufficient capacity of the apparatus in village fund management so that its utilization is expected to be carried out in a transparent, accountable, and participatory manner. The targets achieved in this PKM are: 1) The resulting strategy of strengthening the capacity of the apparatus through the mental revolution movement to be a reference in the utilization of KKN-free village funds; 2) The creation of scientific journals that can be a reference both for the development of science and for practitioners to produce a model of using funds based on the values of the mental revolution movement. The method used is training by focusing on the FGD approach, which emphasizes identifying potential and opportunities for misuse of village funds that have the potential to violate the law; deepening the strategic values of the mental revolution movement by the apparatus, concretisation and patterns of the mental revolution movement through strengthening kaspitas, knowledge, integrity, commitment, and responsibility through the exchange of information and experience. PKM results show that: 1) Partners have the ability to adopt material 3 mental revolutionary movements in the management and utilization of village funds through the serving movement, orderly movement, and clean movement; 2) partners have the skills to utilize training material through the practice of mental revolution movements through simulation forums and FGDs; 3) partners are committed to utilizing training materials for managing village funds that are transparent, accountable, and participatory.

Abstract

Abstrak: Di desa Ujung Baji Kecamatan Sanro Bone Kabupaten Takalar relatif masih banyak ditemukan stunting. Stunting menjadi penting untuk ditangani karena menyangkut kualitas sumber daya manusia. Stunting selain bereziko pada hambatan pertumbuhan fisik dan kerentanan terhadap penyakit, juga menyebabkan hambatan perkembangan kognitif yang akan berpengaruh pada tingkat kecerdasan dan produktivitas anak di masa depan. Faktor penyebabnya adalah kurangnya asupan gizi, penyakit infeksi, kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang stunting, pola asuh yang salah, sanitasi dan hygiene yang buruk dan rendahnya pelayanan kesehatan. Selain itu masyarakat belum menyadari anak stunting sebagai suatu masalah, karena anak stunting ditengah-tengah  masyarakat terlihat sebagai anak dengan aktivitas yang normal. Dengan melihat permasalahan mitra ini, maka program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan informasi kepada masyarakat agar dapat mencegah dan mengatasi masalah stunting. Hasil yang dicapai pada kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat  ini, yaitu, peserta memiliki pengetahuan tentang: (a) pengertian stunting dan ciri-cirinya; (b) penyebab terjadinya stunting; (c) dampak stunting; (d) cara mencegah dan mengatasi stunting; dan (e) cara meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan gizi pada anak. Kata Kunci: Pencegahan, Stunting, Pendidikan Keluarga

Abstract

Abstrak. Strategi mengajar diperlukan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar agar terjadi interaksi antara guru dan siswa yang diarahkan untuk mencapai tujuan secara sistematis. Tujuannya adalah; 1). Sehingga guru dapat menentukan strategi pengajaran yang tepat dalam bahan ajar pada siswa SMP Negeri Satap 4 Maninapajo Kabupaten Wajo; 2). Dengan menggunakan strategi mengajar guru secara tepat, siswa dapat berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajarnya [Nyompa, 2018]. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah; metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan penugasan. Kuncinya adalah metode penugasan melalui simulasi mengajar guru dengan menggunakan strategi mengajar secara efektif. Hasil pengabdian ini, guru dapat mengajar dengan menggunakan strategi mengajar guru yang tepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khususnya siswa SMP Negeri Satap 4 Maniangpajo Kabupaten Wajo. Kata kunci: Program Kemitraan Masyarakat, strategi mengajar guru, siswa

Abstract

Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan di Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK/PAUD) Bunga Asya di Kecamatan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk: a) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok Guru TK/PAUD Bunga Asya tentang pengajaran dengan media edukatif berbasis IT; b) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mitra dalam memahami pengajaran dengan media berbasis IT; dan c) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam memahami dan memanfaatkan media edukatif dalam pembelajaran berbasis IT. Permasalahan mitra adalah: a) Rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra tentang penggunaan media edukatif dalam pembelajaran berbasis IT di TK/PAUD Bunga Asya di; b) Rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra tentang cara menggunakan media edukatif dalam pembelajaran berbasis IT; dan c) Rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam memanfaatkan media edukatif berbasis IT. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan, dan diskusi antara pelaksana dengan mitra. Metode ini dilaksanakan kepada kelompok mitra yang berjumlah 7 orang dan selanjutnya evaluasi dan monitoring dilakukan secara berkala selama 2 bulan.

Abstract

Various pedagogical quality improvement activities by schools, according to the opinion of Servers as facilitators ofLesson Study (LS) Activities in the Province of South Sulawesi, especially in the Madras Makasssar City, which were first heldwere not optimal as expected. Due to the lack of understanding of LS by school leaders and staff, so the implementation is moreor less serious. The success of LS is said to be successful if the school in this case the school leader or his representative (deputyheadmaster in the field of education) the principal / deputy is ready and committed to carry out all activities and rules, if not thenfailure is obtained. It also needs to be understood, that LS is a model of fostering the profession of educators throughcollaborative and continuous assessment of learning based on the principles of collegiality and mutual learning to build learningcommunities. LS is not a learning method or learning strategy, but LS activities can choose and apply various learning methodsthat are appropriate to the situation, conditions, and problems faced by educators. It can also be said as an instrument that is usedto the fullest ability by teachers to improve the quality of teaching. As a result of the implementation of LS teachers began toappear and remember the core of the material to be presented because previously teachers had participated in several LSseminars, the Principal's commitment was very supportive in realizing LS in their schools which had not been carried outperiodically, "Model" teachers formed a formulation team consisting of five members in developing the preparation of theHOTS-based RPP. The drafting team has produced the HOTS RPP which subsequently discussed it back to the teachers andSupervisors (Dedicated) to optimize the RPP as a result of their work along with their evaluation tools. Other teachers asobservers have also made many contributions in the form of contributing constructive suggestions to the model teacher, and themodel teacher receives suggestions for improvement by later in the day. This activity is also to carry out the stages in the "DO"and "SEE" phases. The Development Team (Plan phase), other teachers (observers) and the Principal along with his staff feelrelieved and satisfied that the effort to improve learning through LS activities is really very supportive in improving the quality ofteachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide additionalknowledge for women in ORW 5 of Batua village in Manggalasub-district about productive activities which can be their newskill in making wedding gifts (erang-erang) that can bedeveloped in their neighbourhood. The method used in thisworkshop were introduction to productive businesses, trainingand practice. The workshop took place in ORW 5 Batua,Manggala sub-district of Makassar. Activities started withsocialization, giving material, practice and making a follow-upplan. Participants enthusiastically participated in the activitieswith the guidance of the PKM team from the lecturers andstudents of PKK FT UNM, the participants managed to makebeautiful wedding gifts and established the wedding giftsbusiness manager in the neighbourhood of participants.
