Jurnal Islam Nusantara is published by the LTN PBNU Jakarta, Indonesia with its main aim to spread critical and original analysis from researchers and academic practitioners on various contemporary Islamic Thought issues in cross-perspective based on Islam Nusantara approach. The journal puts emphasis on various contemporary Islamic thought issues in cross-perspective based on Islam Nusantara approach. It’s scope consists of ; (1) Al-Qur’an and Hadits, (2) Theology, (3) Islamic mysticism, (4) Islamic Education and Management, (5) Islamic Law, (6) Islamic Economics, (7) Islamic art and history, and (8) philosophy. <![CDATA[Ratu Adil means a just leader who leads the just and at the same time spreading the justice. According to Ronggowarsita there will be seven Ratu Adil. It turns out that the first Ratu Adil until the sixth has the criteria that match the first RI president to sixth. The seventh fair is the Satria Pinandhita Sinisihan Wahyu. He is a knight, that is someone who is familiar with the state administration. He is also a religious scholar who walks on the revelations of God. Ratu Adil is only limited to be understood as a prophecy for the coming of a character to bring goodness. This is the problem, should be seen as a concept of national leadership that needs to be realized for the progress of Indonesia. <![CDATA[The unharmoniousnes ukhuwah islamiyah show the intolerant attitude between Muslims. This intolerant attitude arises because it is too fanatical towards the mazhab of thought and closes itself to know the other mazhab. Therefore it is necessary knowledge of other mazhab. Lack of knowledge about other mazhab will result in a lack of tolerance for other mazhab. Because it will arise claim that the mazhab he embraced is the most correct mazhab. The jurisprudence between the mazhab can take them to armed conflicts that threaten the unity of Muslims because they are too fanatical about their mazhab without wanting to know the other mazhab. Until now the means used by society or the claimant of science in understanding various mazhab with the use of books tend to be thick that is by using the method of reading and understanding. This method is less effective considering the elements in society not only from the intellect but from various circles which need effective ways to understand and know the teachings of the various mazhab. Technology and information is used to convey all kinds of information in an interesting and easy to understand. Various technologies continue to be developed in all aspects of life ranging from household, industry, education and even weapons systems by various circles. Therefore, this field of initiative, offered a media of learning of fiqh based on technology and information called ABFI (Application of Leraning Fiqh Ikhtilaf), this application contains about knowledge from various mazhab about fiqhiyah study. ABFI (Application of Learning Fiqh Ikhtilaf) will be an Android-based app so that people can easily use this application. It is hoped that through this application the community can learn fiqh flexibly and the society is more open to open their horizons of knowledge about the jurisprudence of various mazhab besides what they already understand and believe.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explain the practice of using waqaf funds as a source of funding in Islamic education. The research method used is descriptive analysis through literature study data collection techniques. The results of this study revealed (1) Waqaf became one of the sources of educational funding in the golden age of Islam in the classical era (2) The basic potential of waqaf in Indonesia was highly qualified as one of the sources of educational funding, namely Rp. 3 trillion per year (3) There are positive contributions from the allocation of waqaf funds in the practice of financing Islamic education in Indonesia, one of the actualisations is the establishment of the Smart Exelensia School, the Islamic School of Islam, the pen circle reading house, and Darusalam Scholarship.]]>

<![CDATA[This thinking is based on a phenomenon that develops and thrives in the people of Probolinggo Regency, where every woman who is pregnant and enters a particular month must be prayed for through the rokat pelet betting activity. This study aims to understand the Rokat Pellet betting tradition that occurs in the people of Probolinggo Regency from the perspective of the living Qur'an. This research uses a qualitative with phenomenology, a research procedure that produces descriptive data in written or spoken words from the people observed. The results showed that the tradition of rokat pellet betting produced a persuasive-cultural approach model to sow Islam to the community. The tradition of rokat pelet betting is a phenomenon of the living Qur'an for four reasons; first, as a form of gratitude for personal piety; second, as a medium to strengthen ukhuwah and silaturrahmi (brotherhood and affection); third, as a symbol of the request for safety to the unborn baby; fourth, as a syi'ar media based on the culture of the archipelago.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper presents the strategy of pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo in minimizing the occurrence of bias gender through gender-based education awareness.Bias gender in education is a reality that occurs in educational systems that favor certain sexes that cause gender inequality, so it takes a serious effort to overcome it, that is through gender awareness education. This research used qualitative approach of phenomenology type with one site design. The results showed; The form of bias gender in the system at Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo namely; the observed book content tend to be less gender-sensitive, the gap is due to structural factors such as socio-cultural values, and economics, the low participation of women in the educational decision making process and patriarchal culture. Development of gender-based education awareness at Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo is done through; the establishment of the Association of Women Nurul Jadid Foundation, the treatment and giving equal opportunity to women in every educational activity, the women helped build quality families, women also have the obligation to practice religious practices through education activities and giving independence to women.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper seeks to explain the trend of da'wah in the digital age with the use of social media, this media makes many preachers intrigued to channel their da'wah by utilizing the internet facilities of millennial preachers to create Islamic content that is casually packaged in everyday life stories and spiced with things the funny thing, this strategy attracts millions of viewers proven in the description of the number of viewers on YouTube. Da'wah is one of the activities aimed at inviting others in kindness, reminding someone of the end of the day, while preaching media is a tool for inviting others to better paths. An-nawawi boarding school playing purworejo is one of the halls that implement the preaching strategy by utilizing social media such as: Instagram and Youtube which are packaged with the latest trends in the form of images and videos that target millennials, this is done because of the increasingly widespread social media accounts which tends to be radical even contaminated by Isis which easily punishes haram without first reviewing the determination of the correct fiqh rules. This study uses a case study of the responses of students who are in the boarding boarding an-nawawi boarding school purworejo to preaching messages contained in social media content Instagram, facebook, twitter and Youtube Pondok An Nawawi boarding school in Purworejo.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, there are various issues related to religion which have become a serious topic to be discussed. As an organization that makes Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah (ASWAJA) as the Basic Value of the Movement (NDP), PMII certainly has an important role in producing young mujtahid cadres who are able to respond to the reality they face by maintaining the spirit of aswaja. This study aims to describe the instillation of aswaja values on cadres at PMII UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim. The moral values that are instilled in the PMII organization are the values of tasamuh, tawasuth, tawazun, and ta'adul. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of aswaja values has been applied by high-ranking PMII UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang to its members. This pattern of inculcating or implementing the values of self-reliance is elaborated through PMII's main activities such as in routine studies and discussion forums.]]>

<![CDATA[Initiated by none other than education to defend humanity as a whole through physical and psychological dimensions. Therefore, education can not be reduced merely to deliver students a mere material satisfaction, while the value immersiaal as social, spiritual and transcendental. Therefore, the curriculum should be developed on the basis of social conditions, culture and history which is held up the process of education or it is called place-based education. This brief paper will try to indigenous community "Sedulur sikep" perspective or better known as Samin in scrutinizing the school children which is not sensitive to social phenomena such as natural disasters and the environmental sustainability. Important message of this paper asserts that the most basic education is delivered into the individual learners who have senses of curiosity, so they still learn though it is complete / graduate school at their level. So awareness of lifelong learning woke up and could open eyes and mind to always seek and find wisdom so that the parts coming civilized community will wake up.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the dominant factors that influence a country's economic performance is the political economy system used. In the new order era the fiscal policy adopted was with a budget deficit based on the economic system known as the economic system of the Pancasila democracy. Based on previous literature studies, researchers have examined a lot about how the economic system is applied and fiscal policy becomes its supporting instrument. So that the assumption arises whether fiscal performance based on the economic system is applied in accordance with Islamic law. In this article, researchers analyze fiscal performance in Indonesia using the Maqashidu sharia perspective. By using the phenomenology approach, this research explores data from phenomena that occurred during the New Order era which were examined qualitatively by comparing economic and maqashidu syariah theories. The purpose of this research is to find out the fiscal performance and its application in terms of Islamic law using Maqashidu sharia instruments. After conducting research, the authors found that fiscal implementation in Indonesia was based on the Pancasila economic system and used budget deficit policies. Furthermore, the budget deficit policy aims to maintain economic stability in the macro sector, political stability and national security. The goal is mandatory and absolute. The main conclusion is based on the findings of the authors that fiscal policy and its application based on the Pancasila economic system are stated to be permissible Islamic perspective. <![CDATA[This article focuses on constructing a culture of poverty that is motivated by religious attitudes in Malang, East Java. They consider poverty to be given human reality, and its existence cannot be shifted and changed. Based on this focus, this research takes a qualitative research approach with the type of phenomenology. This research uses Loren Demerath's Knowledge-Based Affect Theory as a perspective. Meanwhile, to analyze the research data using interactive analysis by Miles and Hubermann. This research finds that the views, attitudes, and actions of the poor emerge and imbued with Javanese expressions and are associated with religious doctrine interpretation. They consider mental fatalistic (nrimo ing pandum) to be the same as religious values such as patience and sincerity so that poverty is considered the destiny of God. This mentality position as legitimacy for their poverty. Even their views inspire the orientation of economic behavior, which they wrap with a spiritual dimension. The primary purpose of their life does not lie in material attainment but lies in the harmonization of life in society ]]>
