Abstract

The low level of science literacy among elementary school students in Indonesia indicates the urgent need for learning innovations that integrate technology and interdisciplinary approaches. This Community Service Program (CSP) aims to improve science literacy and teachers’ pedagogical competence through the optimization of artificial intelligence (AI) platforms such as PhET Simulation and ChatGPT in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning. The implementation method consists of five phases: diagnostic participatory, intensive workshop, in-class coaching, reflective community, and sustainability evaluation using the CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model. The results show a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to integrate technology into learning (TPACK scores increased from 2.8 to 4.3) and in students’ science literacy (N-gain 0.62; effect size 0.78). In addition, a reflective community called “STEM-AI Teachers” was established to strengthen the program’s sustainability. It can be concluded that the purposeful and ethical use of AI platforms can enhance the sustainability of science literacy in elementary schools while fostering a culture of innovation among teachers.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0 menuntut generasi muda memiliki literasi digital yang memadai. Karang Taruna Generasi Remaja (GEMA) di Kota Tangerang Selatan masih menghadapi keterbatasan pemanfaatan teknologi secara produktif. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Pamulang di Gedung Diklat Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi digital dan pemahaman tentang kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi seminar interaktif, workshop, dan pendampingan praktik pembuatan website berbasis AI. Peserta dibekali konsep dasar AI, strategi prompting, serta keterampilan mengaplikasikan teknologi untuk membuat website organisasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun prompt yang efektif, menghasilkan konten website, dan mengelola desain situs menggunakan platform berbasis AI. Selain keterampilan teknis, kegiatan ini juga membangun sikap positif terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi dan mengurangi kecemasan digital. Kesimpulannya, PKM ini berhasil memberikan dampak nyata dalam meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan praktis anggota Karang Taruna GEMA, yang diharapkan menjadi langkah awal pengembangan inovasi berbasis teknologi di tingkat komunitas.

Abstract

English writing skills are essential competencies for junior high school students in developing effective communication and academic literacy. Nevertheless, many learners face challenges in generating and organizing ideas in written form, particularly in a foreign language context. This community service–based study aims to enhance students’ English writing abilities by integrating Padlet as a collaborative digital learning tool. A qualitative approach was adopted, and the program was implemented at SMP YPUI Parung, involving 30 students and two English teachers. The findings indicate a 20% improvement in students’ writing performance as well as an increase in learning motivation. Moreover, English teachers demonstrated and enhanced skills in applying educational technology in classroom practices. The integration of Padlet proved to be an effective collaborative digital platform for improving English writing skills at the junior high school level. Abstract

This Community Service activity took place at WisRuesik Laundry, a laundry service company that provides laundry services for clothes and other items. The types of items accepted vary from clothing, carpets, shoes, bags, dolls, bed sheets, and more. Regular and express services are available, where time determines the price. Manual transaction recording is a challenge for WisRuesik Laundry. Transactions are often miscalculated and inaccurate, daily and weekly reports take a long time to produce, customers do not have access to the status of their laundry, and the cashiers at the front desk need to carefully calculate the prices and the changes. The Community Service Team created an application to help the company overcome these obstacles. Needs analysis, system design, program development, writing a user manual, training, and mentoring were the methods chosen. As a result, transactions can be faster and more accurate, customers can view transaction status from the web, and managers can monitor transactions more easily.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan literasi digital pada anak usia dini. Anak-anak yang ikut terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah seluruh anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Pelangi Kota Jambi yang berjumlah 18 orang anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa implementasi buku cerita digital, kuis, dan permainan berbasis aplikasi canva. Implementasi ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan pengamatan tim diketahui bahwa buku cerita digital berbasis aplikasi canva ini berdampak positif pada minat belajar anak dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran seperti mendengar buku cerita, kuis dan permainan dalam proses belajar di kelas. Selain itu juga berdampak positif pada pengetahuan literasi digital anak di PAUD Pelangi Kota Jambi. Sehingga, diharapkan dengan adanya implementasi buku cerita digital berbasis canva dapat digunakan kembali dan dilanjutkan oleh guru-guru di PAUD Pelangi Kota Jambi.

Abstract

This Community Service activity was conducted at SMK Al Amanah as an effort to enhance participants’ abilities in processing and analyzing sales data in e-commerce businesses. The available sales data were generally used only as archives, thus providing limited valuable information for business strategy development. Therefore, this activity aimed to improve students’ understanding and skills in processing and analyzing e-commerce sales data through the application of Pivot Table analysis. The implementation method included a preparation stage, the delivery of materials on e-commerce concepts and data analysis, hands-on practice in creating and using Pivot Tables with spreadsheet applications, as well as mentoring and discussions. Sales datasets were used as practice materials to provide participants with real experience in grouping and summarizing data based on specific variables, such as time, products, and sales volume. The results showed that participants were able to independently create Pivot Tables, understand sales patterns and trends, and identify best-selling products and peak sales periods. In addition, the activity enhanced participants’ analytical thinking skills and data literacy in the context of digital business. Participants developed a stronger understanding of the importance of data analysis as a basis for decision-making in e-commerce businesses. In conclusion, the application of Pivot Table analysis in this Community Service activity was effective in improving the competencies of SMK Al Amanah students in data processing and e-commerce business, as well as in supporting data-driven learning.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk membekali siswa dengan kompetensi abad ke-21, salah satunya adalah kreativitas dan literasi digital. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMP Islam Nurul Hidayah, pemanfaatan teknologi digital oleh siswa masih cenderung bersifat konsumtif dan belum diarahkan secara optimal untuk kegiatan kreatif dan produktif, khususnya dalam bidang desain grafis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas, keterampilan desain grafis, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital secara positif melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Canva bagi siswa SMP Islam Nurul Hidayah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan workshop dan project-based learning yang terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Pelatihan meliputi pengenalan konsep dasar desain grafis, pemanfaatan fitur Canva, praktik pembuatan desain poster dan konten edukatif, serta evaluasi hasil karya siswa. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya keterampilan dasar siswa dalam desain grafis, tumbuhnya kreativitas dan kepercayaan diri dalam mengekspresikan ide secara visual. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu mendukung pengembangan literasi digital, kreativitas, dan kompetensi abad ke-21 siswa, sekaligus menjadi alternatif pembelajaran inovatif yang relevan dengan perkembangan pendidikan di era digital. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang berlangsung pesat telah merevolusi berbagai sektor, termasuk pada sektor pendidikan. Salah satu inovasi paling dominan adalah Artificial Intelligence (AI). Inovasi yang kini semakin terintegrasi dalam proses pembelajaran mulai dari asisten virtual, platform adaptif, hingga alat bantu pengerjaan tugas seperti chatbot misalnya ChatGPT, Gemini, dan Meta AI. Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) membawa banyak manfaat, antara lain meningkatkan motivasi belajar, mempermudah akses informasi, serta menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang personal dan interaktif. Namun, di balik potensinya yang besar, Artificial Intelligence (AI) juga menimbulkan berbagai tantangan, khususnya di kalangan pelajar SMP. Masalah etika dan privasi data, minimnya interaksi sosial, ketergantungan pada jawaban instan, serta rendahnya literasi digital menjadi isu krusial yang perlu segera diatasi. Data Kominfo (2022) menunjukkan bahwa indeks literasi digital Indonesia masih relatif rendah (3,54 dari skor maksimal 5), dengan aspek digital ethics sebagai salah satu yang paling lemah. Di SMP Islam Nurul Hidayah, Depok, kondisi ini tercermin dari masih banyaknya siswa yang belum memahami dampak positif maupun negatif penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI). Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, dilaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa Sosialisasi Dampak dan Bijak Memanfaatkan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam Kehidupan Sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang manfaat dan risiko AI, membekali keterampilan literasi digital secara holistik meliputi digital safety, culture, skill, dan ethics, serta menumbuhkan sikap kritis agar siswa tidak hanya mengandalkan teknologi, tetapi tetap mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir mandiri. Melalui pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, diharapkan siswa mampu menjadi pengguna AI yang cerdas, bertanggung jawab, dan beretika dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) activity is motivated by the challenges faced by Vocational High School (SMK) students in dealing with the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the creative sector. The main problems identified at SMK PKP 1 JIS are competency silos between departments (DKV, RPL, and TKJ) and low efficiency in the creative pre-production phase. The aim of this activity is to increase students' Creative Digital Literacy (LDK) through an animation production workflow integrated with AI technology. The method used is Project-Based Learning (PBL) through workshops on using ChatGPT for script ideation and the Animaker platform for visual production and Text-to-Speech features. The results of the activity show a significant increase in content production efficiency and cross-disciplinary collaboration. The conclusion of this program is that the appropriate use of AI can equip students to become critical, ethical, and competitive technology users in the digital industry. Abstract

Developments in the era of globalization have given rise to an increasingly rapid and dynamic digital era. Consequently, various stakeholders are required to adapt to this new environment of information technology, including business actors at small, medium, and large scales. By utilizing internet networks as a medium for conducting business, enterprises have significant opportunities to contribute to the global economic value chain. The adoption of digital media in entrepreneurial activities enables businesses to market their products more efficiently and to reduce operational costs, including the high costs associated with distribution. One of the major challenges faced by business actors in the digital economy era is the relatively low level of human resource capability in transitioning from conventional trading methods to digital-based commerce. Among these human resources are the participants of this activity, namely sales personnel, resellers, and marketers of Shamara Herbal Cikarang. Through this Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat / PKM), the expected output is the development of training participants who understand and master the importance of digital marketing knowledge for entrepreneurship, enabling them to implement digital marketing strategies through the Shopee marketplace. This PKM activity was conducted on November 12, 2025, at Shamara Herbal Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, and involved lecturers and students from Universitas Pamulang, sales and marketing staff of Shamara Herbal, as well as resellers and marketers of Shamara Herbal Cikarang. The training participants consisted of store sales and marketing staff, along with resellers and marketers of Shamara Herbal Cikarang. As a result of this activity, the participants acquired the competence to implement digital marketing applications, particularly through the Shopee marketplace.
