Abstract

Problem (GAP): Drug abuse is one of the serious problems faced by Indonesia, especially in the City of Palangka Raya. From the graph of drug cases from 2015-2023, it is stated that there has been a high spike in drug abuse. Purpose: To explain the efforts made by the Palangka City Government Raya handles and prevents drug trafficking from a community protection perspective. Method: This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, observation, documentation. The theory used is the Prevent Early Detection Theory by Eva Eviany & Sutiyo 2023. Results: That Kesbangpol is still having problems in preventing drug trafficking due to the lack of public awareness of the dangers of drugs. Conclusion: The conclusion is that Kesbangpol has attempted various programs, namely continuous socialization and the establishment of the Bersinar Village to be good at preventing the circulation of drug abuse

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the influence of the use of online games on the emotional intelligence of class XI adolescent students at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. This research is a causal comparative research with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression and an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence on online game playing behavior on students' emotional intelligence with the contribution of the online game playing behavior variable (X) to students' emotional intelligence (Y) amounting to 54.2%, the remainder (45.8%) comes from from other variables not examined in this study, then tcount is greater than ttable, namely 10.870 > 3.390 and the significance value of t is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and significance coefficient 0.000 < 0.050.

Abstract

DAGUSIBU merupakan program yang di bentuk oleh IAI guna mampu memberikan informasi yang relevan terkait penggunaan obat-obatan yang rasional. Pengetahuan yang baik terhadap DAGUSIBU dapat mencegah penggunaan obat yang tidak tepat dan mempermudah dalam mempromosikan kepada masyarakat luas agar terhindar dari efek samping obat yang tidak diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa/i Fakultas Ilmu Sosial & Politik (FISIPOL) Universitas Mataram dan Fakultas Dakwah & Ilmu Komunikasi (FDIK) Universitas Islam Negeri Mataram terkait DAGUSIBU serta membandingkan tingkat pengetahuan antara mahasiwa/i di kedua fakultas tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif komparatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Data diambil menggunakan teknik Random Sampling dan didapatkan sampel sebesar 193 responden. Instrument yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui google form dan dianalisis menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan software IBM SPSS 25 serta digunakan teknik analisis komparatif melalui uji tes-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa/i di FISIPOL UNRAM (50,5%) memiliki pengetahuan yang tinggi, (46,6%) cukup, (3,1%) kurang, dan mahasiwa/i FDIK UIN Mataram (62,6%) memiliki pengetahuan tinggi, (32,2%) cukup, dan (5,2) kurang mengenai DAGUSIBU. Pada uji statistik menggunakan T-test didapatkan nilai sebesar 0,030 (p<0,05). Penelitian ini menyatakan terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa/i FISIPOL Universitas Mataram dan FDIK UIN Mataram terkait DAGUSIBU

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia has entered the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, where during this industrial revolution digital technology is becoming increasingly massive. Along with the development of challenges in the industrial world, companies must be able to run their business by increasing human resources and the quality of job training for employees so that human resources become skilled so they are able to provide optimal performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is an important aspect for companies, because by having Organizational Citizenship Behavior employees are appointed in work results that can be beneficial for the organization such as employees will be more likely to follow the rules that apply in the company, have persistence in carrying out work with initiative that arises from an employee's personality. , Organizational Citizenship Behavior can influence many variables, one of which is Achievement Motivation. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of achievement motivation as a predictor of organizational citizenship behavior in employees at PT. X Surakarta. In this research, quantitative research methods are used as research methods. This research uses a sample of 100 people from the population using a simple random sampling probability technique, where the selection of samples from a population is based on the principle of randomization or chosen by chance. The estimation instrument in this study uses the Achievement Motivation scale compiled by McClallend (1987), then for To measure organizational citizenship behavior variables, the authors used a scale adapted by Organ et al., (2006). In hypothesis testing, the results obtained were R2 = 11.197: p<0.05. These results mean that Achievement Motivation is a predictor of Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the role of organizational culture as a predictor of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among production employees at PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya. This research employs a quantitative research method. The study was conducted on production employees at PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya in Boyolali. The population of the study amounted to 1236 individuals, with a sample size of 93 individuals determined using random sampling techniques and the Slovin formula. The research instrument was an organizational culture scale adapted from the scale developed by Denison in Nisa (2021), based on four aspects of organizational culture, with a reliability value of 0.948 and validity index values ranging from 0.469 to 0.684. Additionally, an organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) scale developed by Organ in Dewi (2021) was used, based on five aspects of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with a reliability value of 0.828 and validity index values ranging from 0.406 to 0.500. Hypothesis testing yielded results of R2 = 0.684; p < 0.05. These findings indicate that organizational culture (X) is a predictor of organizational citizenship behavior (Y) among production employees at PT. Primayudha Mandirijaya.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of religiosity of Elementary School teachers in West Halmahera Regency. The benefits of this study are to develop psychology, especially in the field of educational psychology related to religiosity and teacher work motivation. The research method used is quantitative using a correlational study design. The location of the study is Elementary School (SD) in West Halmahera Regency. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between religiosity and work motivation, with a correlation coefficient of 0.240 with a significance value of 0.009> 0.05. From these results it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between religiosity and teacher work motivation in West Halmahera Regency. This means that the higher the level of teacher religiosity, the higher the level of work motivation they have. Conversely, if the level of teacher religiosity is low, then the work motivation they have also tends to be lower

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, promotion and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Warung Makan Berkah. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The research results show that price, promotion and product quality have a significant and positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, these three factors are also significantly interconnected and have a positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Increasing purchasing decisions is necessary to increase sales of service products in the long term. Price, promotion and product quality are factors that may have an influence on consumer purchasing choices for food. Researchers conducted this research to find out whether price, promotion and product quality have an influence on consumer decision making regarding food purchases at Warung Makan Berkah. The type of research carried out in this research is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers at the Makan Berkah stall. The multiple regression method was used for data analysis with the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) application to carry out the calculations. SPSS is a statistical data processing software application. Based on research conducted by researchers, the results of this research show that the price of a food product will have a significant effect and be positively related to customer perceptions of consumer decisions. Apart from that, the quality of service products also has a significant effect and is positively related to customer perceptions of consumer decisions, and sales promotions also have a significant effect and is positively related to customer perceptions of consumer decisions. And simultaneously the factors of price, promotion and product quality are significantly interconnected and have a positive influence on customer perceptions of consumer purchasing decisions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana taktik promosi kesehatan rumah sakit umum daerah (RSUD) di Kabupaten Cirebon dalam meningkatkan awareness publik mengenai kesehatan, serta media komunikasi yang digunakan. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi deskriptif. Peneliti mendeskripsikan bagaimana taktik promosi kesehatan yang diaplikasikan oleh RSUD di Kabupaten Cirebon dalam meningkatkan awareness publik mengenai kesehatan. Peran dan Fungsi Promosi Kesehatan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah di Kabupaten Cirebon dilaksanakan oleh PKRS dan Humas. PKRS berfokus pada edukasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat rumah sakit dan publik. Sementara, humas memiliki fungsi untuk penghubung dengan masyarakat dan menjadi sarana komunikasi serta informasi. Taktik promosi kesehatan yang digunakan rumah sakit adalah penyuluhan kesehatan secara langsung sesuai topik yang diangkat pada pasien, keluaga pasien, dan tenaga kesehatan, edukasi kesehatan ke petugas puskesmas binaan, special event seperti jalan sehat serta talk show kesehatan di radio dan televisi. Pada taktik special event, kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan berkolaborasi degan Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) dan Pondok Pesantren di wilayah Cirebon. Rumah sakit telah menjalankan peran dan fungsi promosi kesehatan sesuai peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI. Media komunikasi yang digunakan rumah sakit untuk mempublikasikan promosi kesehatan adalah media audio, video (televisi rumah sakit), dan cetak serta penggunaan media baru seperti website, facebook, instagram, dan youtube

Abstract

One Street Food (OSF) Pekanbaru merupakan salah satu communal space yang terdiri dari tenant-tenant makanan dan minuman, ruang kreatif serta tempat untuk berkumpul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan bisnis yang tepat dalam upaya meningkatkan kunjungan konsumen di One Street Food (OSF). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi, pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk analisis SWOT dan mendeskripsikan strategi yang tepat, serta pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis data SWOT yang berupa angka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 100 sampel yang pernah berkunjung ke One Street Food (OSF). Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT dibentuk matriks IFAS dan EFAS dengan memperoleh skor sebesar 3,167 dan 3,163 yang menunjukkan perusahaan berada di kuadran 1. Pada kuadran ini strategi alternatif yang tepat ialah strategi agresif yaitu berdasarkan matriks SWOT menggunakan strategi SO dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang ada. Adapun strategi pengembangannya adalah (1) Menggandeng brand-brand ternama; (2) Membuat sertifikasi; (3) Melibatkan influencer dan media lokal; (4) Memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi digital; (5) Bekerjasama dengan pihak luar; (6) Menyelenggarakan event-event agar lebih dikenal luas

Abstract

Kota Tua Jakarta adalah destinasi sejarah yang menarik banyak wisatawan. Pemerintah DKI Jakarta mendukung pariwisata urban dengan mengadakan walking tour agar wisatawan bisa lebih mengenal Kota Tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interpretasi pemandu wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dalam walking tour oleh Disparekraf DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 94 responden yang datanya dikumpulkan melalui Google Form dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dan hasil Uji T menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Enjoyable dan Organized berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, sedangkan dimensi Relevant dan Thematic tidak berpengaruh secara parsial. Secara simultan, interpretasi pemandu wisata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 74,2%, sedangkan 25,8% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Oleh karena itu, interpretasi pemandu wisata harus ditingkatkan lagi dalam cara penyampaian informasi terkait objek wisata Kota Tua Jakarta dan menggunakan cara yang lebih menyenangkan lagi bagi wisatawan
