Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena Flypaper Effect di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel berdasarkan pilihan model yang dilakukan diantaranya Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, dan Random Effect Model menyimpulkan bahwa model terbaik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Fixed Effect Model melalui Uji Chow dan Hauman Test. Hasil pengujian menggunakan Fixed Effect Model menjelaskan bahwa secara statistik variabel Dana Dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap belanja daerah namun tidak berlaku untuk variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Secara analisis eksistensi flypaper effect di pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat fenomena flypaper effect yang dilihat berdasarkan nilai koefisien variabel Dana Alokasi Khusus yang lebih besar dari pada nilai koefisien Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Sehingga berdasarkan analisis ini disimpulkan terdapat fenomena Flypaper Effect pada Belanja Daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of figural creativity among students of the Architectural Engineering Department at Nusa Cendana University, focusing on the ability to generate new ideas through drawings, as assessed using the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT). The research employs a quantitative descriptive method involving 66 students as samples. Data were collected through a figural test that evaluated the aspects of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The results show that the majority of students fall into the average creativity category (55%). This study indicates that most students of the Architectural Engineering Department at Nusa Cendana University possess a moderate to high level of figural creativity. The environmental factors within the Architecture Department at Undana provide a conducive setting for the development of figural creativity, illustrating that Architecture Engineering students have a strong capacity for figural creativity

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan global dengan angka kejadian global diabetes yang terus meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Angka ini diperkirakan akan terus meningkat mencapai 643 juta dan 783 juta di tahun 2030 dan 2045. Review ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan patofisiologi diabetes mellitus yang berfokus pada defisiensi dan resistensi insulin, termasuk uraian mekanisme molekulernya. Pembahasan juga disertai keterkaitan enzim α-glukosidase, hormon inkretin dan enzim dipeptidil peptidase-4 pada progres diabetes mellitus tipe 2, yang dilengkapi mekanisme molekulernya. Review ini juga meninjau peran kelas terapi penghambat enzim α-glukosidase, dan dipeptidil peptidase-4 disertai potensi peran antioksidan dalam mengatasi progres diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Review artikel ini disusun menggunakan penelusuran literatur, dengan berbagai kata kunci sesuai dengan pembahasan, dengan kriteria jurnal dari tahun 2020 – 2025 yang diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan ilmiah yang kuat dalam pembahasan sehingga memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif. Review ini menunjukkan peran penting dari antioksidan, penghambat α-glukosidase dan enzim dipeptidil peptidase-4 dalam mengatasi diabetes mellitus tipe 2, dimana antioksidan membantu mengurangi stres oksidatif yang berkontribusi pada kerusakan sel dan komplikasi terkait diabetes, penghambat α-glukosidase memperlambat penyerapan karbohidrat di saluran pencernaan, dan penghambat DPP-4 meningkatkan kadar inkretin, yang merangsang pelepasan insulin sehingga membantu pengendalian gula darah secara lebih efektif. Kombinasi tindakan ini dapat memperbaiki kontrol glikemik dan mengurangi risiko komplikasi diabetes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk's (TOWR) acquisition strategy for PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (SUPR) in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has had a significant impact on the telecommunications sector, increasing public demand for better digital communication services, but also presenting challenges in the form of uneven infrastructure. The study employs a qualitative approach, incorporating a literature review and a SWOT analysis, to assess the internal and external factors influencing acquisition decisions and their impact on company competitiveness. The results show that the acquisition strategy succeeded in significantly increasing infrastructure capacity, with the number of TOWR telecommunications towers expanding from 21,575 to approximately 28,000 units, and share ownership reaching 99.96%. Key factors for the success of this acquisition include a strong market position, financial stability, competent human resources, and external opportunities such as increasing demand for digital services and government policies. However, the study also identified strategic risks that require attention, such as high transaction costs and the complexity of operational integration. This study recommends that companies conduct in-depth analysis before the acquisition process and implement comprehensive risk management. Theoretically, this research contributes to the understanding of the effectiveness of acquisition strategies in pandemic crises

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien menjadi tantangan bagi rumah sakit, tidak hanya di Indonesia namun juga di negara lain. Kekecewaan beberapa pasien mempengaruhi kemajuan rumah sakit. Salah satu indikator paling penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam sistem kesehatan adalah kepuasan pasien, karena kepuasan tersebut merupakan hasil dari penilaian pasien mengenai layanan kesehatan dengan membandingkan kenyataan layanan yang diterima di lingkungan rumah sakit. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan terhadap layanan kesehatan tradisional di RS Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Pengambilan sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Sampling cluster adalah metode pengambilan sampel di mana populasi dibagi menjadi kelompok-kelompok (cluster), dan kemudian beberapa kelompok dipilih secara acak untuk dijadikan sampel. Tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan bahwa sampel yang diambil mewakili seluruh elemen populasi, termasuk keragaman yang ada dalam strata tersebut. hasil penelitian tentang kepuasan pasien pelayanan Kesehatan tradisionaldi Klinik Graha Sehat RSMH, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penanganan pengaduan dengan kepuasan pasien pelayanan kesehatan tradisional di Klinik Graha Sehat RSMH Palembang tahun 2025

Abstract

BPRS Bhakti Sumekar is a sharia financial institution achievers, but the sharia financial institution achievers don’t guarantee of full implementation of sharia principles. Some costemers of pembiayaan modal kerja say sharia financial institution practices isn’t much different from conventional practices. And the customers say he doesn’t know for sure the reason of the object do like that. This efent will lead to negative perceptions of the community without knowing the factors causing deviations on the principles of sharia.This research focus is tabungan barokah products because it’s the most sought product on saving’s customers. In addition, research is also done of deposito mudharabah products because it’s the largest source of funding in the object. Researchers also examine of pembiayaan modal kerja products with mudharabah contract because target of this products to UMKM according with the vission and mission of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep to empower UMKM in Sumenep. The purpose of this study is (1) to knowing the implementation of sharia principles on BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, and (2) to knowing the factors causing deviations on the principles of sharia on BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. The research method used is qualitative with comparative approach. The author will collect data by observation, interview and documentation. Then the author will compare the data obtained with SAK Syari'ah and Fatwa DSN MUI. If the result of comparison is deviations on the principles of sharia, the author will investigate the factors causing deviations on the principles of sharia.The results from this research is show deviations on the principles of sharia in tabungan barokah products, deposito mudharabah products, and pembiayaan modal kerja product with mudharabah contract. The factors causing deviations on the principles of sharia on the object is competition between financial institutions, and factors to avoid losses and ensure the profit to be earned BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep.

Abstract

Low self-esteem in adolescents increases the risk of mental health disorders. Adolescence is a crucial period where self-concept can strengthen or weaken. This study aims to analyze the interpretation of Wahbah Az-Zuḥailī and Quraish Shihab on how to overcome low self-esteem, with the hope that it can be applied by today's society. This study uses a qualitative method based on library studies. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting related scientific literature. The data is then analyzed using the content analysis method using a psychological approach based on Abu Zaid Al-Balkhi's cognitive theory. The findings of this study indicate that to overcome poor self-esteem, we must first have an optimistic outlook because optimism will give birth to optimism. Second, we must not give up because positive people view setbacks as opportunities to improve themselves. Third, guard your heart and mind because bad thoughts can arise from an uncomfortable heart. Fourth, strengthen your faith. Allah will elevate our status if we have strong faith. This strategy for overcoming poor self-esteem is consistent with the ideas of Quraish Shihab and Wahbah Az-Zuḥailī. in QS. Ali-'Imrān [3]: 146, QS. Yūsuf [12]: 87, QS. Az-Zumar [39]:53, QS. Abstract

The omnibus law approach in Indonesia was introduced as a solution to overlapping and conflicting regulations. However, its application in the Job Creation Law has generated significant issues, particularly in the area of legal drafting. This article critically examines the drafting failures of the law based on the principles of proper regulatory formation as outlined in Law No. 12 of 2011 in conjunction with Law No. 13 of 2022. Through case analysis, theoretical perspectives, and comparative reviews of international practices in the United States, Canada, and the Philippines, the article argues that the core problem of the omnibus law lies not in its concept, but in its poor drafting structure, legal ambiguity, excessive delegation of authority, and lack of public participation. The article concludes by offering five key recommendations to reform Indonesia’s legal drafting process so that the omnibus law can serve as a legitimate, effective, and democratic instrument of regulatory harmonization

Abstract

Penggunaan infografis sebagai media edukasi dipilih karena bentuk visual dinilai lebih menarik, sederhana, dan mudah dipahami oleh semua kalangan karyawan, terlepas dari latar belakang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah infografis sebagai media edukasi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pegawai terhadap pentingnya menjaga keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam merancang program edukatif mengenai edukasi infografis tentang Work-Life Balance untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT Batu Besi Mandiri dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu observasi lapangan, wawancara terstruktur, dan analisis data. Melalui infografis yang dirancang secara komunikatif dan kontekstual, pesan edukatif tentang work-life balance berhasil disampaikan dengan cara yang menarik dan mudah dipahami. Penyebaran melalui media sosial turut meningkatkan jangkauan pesan kepada seluruh pegawai. Program ini dinilai efektif sebagai langkah awal dalam membangun pemahaman serta kesadaran kolektif tentang pentingnya work-life balance di lingkungan kerja. Selain itu, infografis ini juga dapat dijadikan materi edukasi berkelanjutan dalam mendukung komunikasi internal perusahaan yang lebih sehat dan produktif

Abstract

This study focuses on enhancing mindfulness in communication among Grade X TAV-1 students at SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar through the integration of Tri Hita Karana values. The study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis & McTaggart model, which includes four stages in each cycle: planning, action, observation, and reflection.. The findings clearly showed a significant improvement after implementing Tri Hita Karana values in learning to foster mindfulness in communication. This is evidenced by the continuous increase in students’ test scores: the average pre-test score was 65.5, which increased to 82.4 in the first cycle and further to 91.4 in the second cycle. Therefore, this research is expected to contribute to the development of more mindful communication skills based on local wisdom
