Abstract

Industri kreatif khususnya sektor kuliner memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Namun banyak generasi muda yang belum memiliki keterampilan teknis yang cukup untuk bersaing di pasar kerja. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) "Sweet Skill, Bright Future. Pemberdayaan Generasi Muda Melalui Cake Decoration" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dekorasi kue dan kewirausahaan bagi peserta. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Kota Bandung dengan melibatkan Wika Organizer sebagai mitra. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam teknik dekorasi kue serta mendorong kewirausahaan dengan beberapa peserta mulai menjalankan bisnisnya sendiri. Artikel ini membahas efektivitas pelatihan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan peluang ekonomi bagi generasi muda serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses pemberdayaan

Abstract

A blood pressure check is the process of finding out how much blood pressure is in the arteries when the heart pumps blood. The tool used in this check is a tensimeter, either in manual or digital automatic form. This check can be done as part of a routine health evaluation or as an early detection of hypertension (high blood pressure) during pregnancy. The purpose of this community service activity is to be a means of disseminating information about hypertension, which can affect various groups, especially in pregnant women. The target of this activity is a group of pregnant women in Awang Bangkal Barat Village. The methods used in this activity include providing education through leaflets distributed, as well as direct examination of blood pressure on several visitors to obtain data. It is hoped that this community service activity can be a medium for delivering useful information to the community and can be applied in everyday life

Abstract

The goal of this type of program is to improve cognitive (understanding) capabilities in order to raise attitude levels and develop basic digital marketing abilities through WhatsApp (WA) of Women Farmer Grroup . Videos, conversations, and online instruction (oral slides) are the techniques employed. Pretest and posttest data that "increased" cognitive or basic digital marketing understanding, as well as the comprehension of 94.29% of 35 participants, demonstrate the activity's effectiveness. Nearly every member takes part.Understanding increased from Less Understanding to Majority Understanding as a result of the activity's execution. the activity's success. The implementation advice is really successful

Abstract

Women's reproductive health is an important factor that affects the overall quality of life, both in physical, mental, and social aspects. However, limited understanding of reproductive health, especially in rural areas, is still a major problem. One example is Landasan Ulin Utara Village, where the majority of the population work as farmers. The farm women group in this village faces various challenges in maintaining reproductive health, especially related to reproductive hygiene issues, such as abnormal vaginal discharge. Lack of understanding on how to maintain reproductive hygiene and lack of access to health services affect women's health in the village. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education on reproductive health to a group of farm women in Landasan Ulin Utara Village. The approach used in this activity is a participatory community-based approach, with counselling methods, group discussions, and interactive question and answer sessions. Education focused on understanding reproductive hygiene, prevention of abnormal vaginal discharge, and the importance of accessing health services. In addition, this activity aims to reduce the existing social stigma related to the discussion of reproductive health issues. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in knowledge among participants. Before the education, the majority of participants did not know that abnormal vaginal discharge could be a sign of infection or a more serious health problem. After participating in the activity, more than 80% of participants were able to differentiate between normal and abnormal vaginal discharge and understood how to maintain reproductive hygiene. Through this activity, it is hoped that the women farmer groups in Landasan Ulin Utara Village will not only gain new knowledge, but also become agents of change who spread information about the importance of maintaining reproductive health in their communities.

Abstract

Has a Community Health Center which plays an important role in public health. Patient visits at the physiotherapy polyclinic in Lowoksari Hamlet, Ngenep Village for shoulder pain cases from 2023 were 25 patients, while in 2024 it increased by 50 patients. The most common case is shoulder pain with the third highest number of cases. Characterized by complaints of pain in the shoulder which hinders daily activities. Objective: This program was carried out to provide education and demonstrate exercises in cases of shoulder pain in order to reduce and prevent complaints. Method: What was used was education in the form of counseling and distributing posters to the elderly in Lowoksari hamlet, Ngenep village, Malang city. Conclusion: What was obtained from measuring the increase in understanding using pre-test and post-test questionnaires was that there was a significant increase in understanding regarding training with an average pre-test score of 10 and an average post-test score of 85.5

Abstract

Pelatihan pemanfaatan LISREL untuk pengolahan dan analisis data bagi dosen-dosen di STIE SUPRA merupakan salah satu langkah upaya membangun dan mengembangkan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan penelitian yang baik. Tujuan khusus dari pelatihan pemanfaatan LISREL untuk pengolahan dan analisis data bagi dosen-dosen di STIE SUPRA adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang metodologi penelitian sehingga dapat melakukan penelitian ilmiah dengan baik dan benar. Proses pelatihan dimulai dengan menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan, merumuskan tujuan pelatihan, mempersiapkan materi, dan melaksanakan pelatihan. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan ceramah, diskusi, tanya-jawab, dan praktek pengolahan dan analisis data dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak MS Excel. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memotivasi dosen-dosen STIE SUPRA untuk melakukan penelitian ilmiah dengan baik dan benar, sehingga penelitian ilmiah menjadi suatu bagian yang melekat pada bidang pengajaran setiap dosen. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi yang diakukan yang dilakukan setelah pelatihan, diperoleh gambaran bahwa para peserta telah memperoleh pengetahuan baru khususnya peningkatan keterampilan dalam menggunakan LISRELl untuk pengolahan dan analisis data penelitian, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan pemanfaatan LISREL untuk pengolahan dan analisis data penelitian cukup efektif

Abstract

Masyarakat Desa Leuwimekar, Kecamatan Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor, umumnya mengonsumsi minyak goreng secara berulang, yang berpotensi menghasilkan minyak jelantah dalam jumlah besar. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Leuwimekar dalam mengolah minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai jual, seperti sabun dan biodiesel. kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi dalam mengurangi limbah minyak jelantah, tetapi juga mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam membangun ekonomi berkelanjutan. Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan pada masyarakat sebagai upaya mengolah minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang dapat digunakan kembali serta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bagaimana mengelola limbah minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang ramah lingkungan. Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 brought about major changes in the era. These changes target various fields, such as economics and education. This requires people to be ready for all forms of competition. Sunggal Village is one of the Villages in Medan Sunggal District, North Sumatra Province. In this Village, there are many MSME actors. The large number of MSME actors in Sunggal Village certainly has an impact on tight competition. MSME actors are required to be able to maximize all technological advances in order to reach consumers. Departing from these findings, socialization was carried out to the Sunggal Village community about the importance of packaging, logos, and online product marketing in order to increase sales. In addition to carrying out socialization activities to MSME actors, maghrib recitation activities were also carried out in order to increase faith and piety to God Almighty, so that people can stay away from things that can harm themselves and their families in the midst of the development of the era

Abstract

Wordpress merupakan salah satu Content Management System (CMS) yang terkenal. CMS ini sering digunakan sebagai mesin untuk membuat blog. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengenalkan CMS Wordpress pada siswa-siswa SMA Tunas Kasih. Pengabdian ini menggunakan media Zoom yang mendemonstrasikan proses instalasi sampai dengan penggunaan Wordpress dalam membuat blog. Diharapkan setelah mendapatkan pelatihan ini siswa-siswa SMA Tunas Kasih dapat mengimplementasikan apa yang sudah dipelajari.
