The increasing number of older adults in Indonesia demands more attention to efforts to optimize their health. The elderly are susceptible to various chronic and degenerative diseases that can reduce the quality of life. Therefore, a comprehensive approach through screening and health education is urgently needed to improve the health status of older adults. This community service aims to conduct health screenings and provide health education to older adults in certain areas. The methods used include basic health checks such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and body mass index (BMI), as well as counseling on healthy lifestyles, nutrition, and the importance of physical activity. The results of this activity show that many older adults are not aware of their actual health conditions. Through screening, several cases of hypertension, diabetes, and obesity were found that required further treatment. In addition, the health education provided is able to increase the knowledge and awareness of older adults regarding the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This community service concludes that the combination of screening and health education is effective in detecting health problems and increasing the awareness of the elderly about the importance of prevention and early treatment. Recommendations for similar programs in the future are to expand the reach of activities, strengthen collaboration with local health facilities, and develop more comprehensive educational materials

Stunting is a significant public health problem, especially among toddlers, caused by chronic malnutrition and suboptimal parenting. This community service program aims to overcome these problems by providing relevant education and interventions to mothers of toddlers who experience stunting. This program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of mothers under five in terms of parenting and healthy nutrition, as well as encourage behavioral changes that support optimal child growth and development. This program is carried out through a series of educational activities, including training on balanced nutrition, how to serve nutritious food, and parenting techniques that support children's health. In addition, this activity also involves direct counseling and the provision of educational materials that are easy to understand by mothers of toddlers. The evaluation was carried out to measure the improvement of parenting knowledge, skills, and practices and their impact on the nutritional status of children. Early results showed a significant increase in maternal knowledge about the importance of balanced nutrition and healthy parenting. Practical skills in the presentation of nutritious food have also improved. Further evaluation showed that there was an improvement in the nutritional status of toddlers and a decrease in the prevalence of stunting in the target community. This community service program has succeeded in improving parenting and healthy nutrition knowledge for mothers of stunted toddlers. This intervention is expected to be a model for similar programs in other regions and make a positive contribution to reducing stunting rates more broadly

Aging brings various health challenges, including hypertension and diabetes mellitus, which can affect the quality of life of the elderly. This study aims to identify the prevalence of these two diseases in Kepatihan Village, Kaliwates District, Jember Regency, and evaluate the effectiveness of health education in managing them. Community service activities include initial examinations that show a high prevalence of hypertension and prediabetes among the elderly, with only a few having normal blood pressure and blood sugar levels. The program involves health examinations, disease prevention and control education, and re-examination two weeks after the education. The results showed that older adults with normal blood pressure increased from 3 to 8 people, and regular blood sugar levels increased from 5 to 21 people. A significant decrease in cases of prehypertension and diabetes indicates the success of the education in increasing participants' awareness and knowledge about managing their health. However, high initial health conditions and limited resources remain barriers. This program shows the effectiveness of education in reducing the prevalence of non-communicable diseases among the elderly but requires continued efforts to support more sustainable health improvements

Cervical cancer is one of the cancers that has a high prevalence in women, especially in childbearing age. Early detection through Visual Inspection of Acetic Acid (IVA) is an effective method to reduce the incidence and mortality rate due to cervical cancer. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to increase the knowledge of women of childbearing age about the importance of early detection of cervical cancer and facilitate IVA examinations for them. The methods used include health counseling through interactive lectures, distribution of educational materials, and the implementation of free IVA examinations. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge about cervical cancer and the importance of early detection. In addition, enthusiasm and participation in IVA examinations increased, with more than 80% of participants attending undergoing examinations. This activity is expected to contribute to reducing the incidence of cervical cancer through preventive and educational efforts. A continuation of this program is the establishment of support groups in the community that will continue to promote reproductive health and early detection of cancer.

Good nutrition in toddlers is an important factor in supporting children's optimal growth and development. However, there are still many people who have a lack of understanding of good nutritional parenting, which can have an impact on the risk of stunting and other nutritional problems. The Community Service Program (PkM) aims to increase public knowledge about the importance of balanced nutrition and healthy diets for children, especially mothers under five. The methods used in this program include education through counseling, demonstrations of making healthy menus, and interactive discussion sessions. This program was attended by 50 mothers under five in the Posyandu assisted area. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of nutrition for toddlers, which was demonstrated by an increase in pre-test and post-test scores. In addition, there has been a change in the practice of feeding toddlers, with more mothers adopting a healthy diet after attending education. In conclusion, community-based nutrition education effectively increases the understanding and practice of balanced nutrition for toddlers, which is expected to contribute to reducing stunting and malnutrition rates

Based on Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation Number 08 of 2019, health empowerment cadres are individuals selected by the community and trained to encourage community participation in the health sector. Given the importance of the cadres’ role, training is necessary to enhance their capacity, particularly in Posyandu Lansia (Elderly Integrated Service Posts). This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of cadres in monitoring NCD (non-communicable disease) risk factors at Posyandu Lansia. The training is also expected to help reduce the prevalence of NCDs in Buluhcina Village, Kampar Regency, a partner in this community service initiative. Furthermore, this activity can recommend further studies in formulating models for preventing NCD risk factors. The community service activity showed significant improvements in knowledge, as indicated by the average pre-test and post-test scores. The pre-test average was 35.7%, which increased to 81.5% in the post-test. Thus, it can be concluded that this community service activity positively impacted the knowledge of cadres and the elderly, resulting in an increased understanding of NCD risk factors
