Abstract

Covid – 19 pandemic has changed the structure of human life, especially in the field of communication, which resulted in a communication crisis in the middle of the GBI Pondok Toba community. This study aims at analyzing crisis communication in the middle of Covid – 19 pandemic of GBI Pondok Toba Deli Serdang. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. As a result of this pandemic has resulted in a communication crisis ranging from a lack of understanding of the Covid – 19 pandemic, ignoring government recommendations to use masks and other protective devices, the emergence of several conflicts in the congregation's household due to financial factors and other individual problems, reduced family feeling because of the thought to keep a distance even though it can be done through the media and the lack of attention of church leaders for disadvantaged congregants, widows and the elderly. Church leaders must change the way they communicate to provide solutions to the communication of the crisis that occurred.

Abstract

This research aims at testing and analyzing the influence of organizational culture and work stress on employees’ performance at PT. SerdangJaya Perdana. The researcher took the object of research from PT. Serdang Jaya Perdana. Employees’ performance can be interpreted as the ability of employees to do their jobs. The performance of an employee is what distinguishes each employee who has different levels of importance in carrying out their duties. Management can measure the company's performance on each employee. Improving employee performance cannot just happen, but there are factors affected such as organizational culture and work stress. The population used is 97 people by taking samples using the Slovin formula and 30 employees to test the validity taken entirely from the rest of the population in the company. The research method used is quantitative, quantitative descriptive research type. Methods of collecting data was done by having interviews, questionnaires and studies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination coefficient and simultaneous testing (F-Test) with Fcount> Ftable (52,684> 3,11) and partially (t-Test) with values ​​for organizational culture variable t count>ttable number (5,216> 1,99045) and work stress(2.694> 1,99045). The results of the study prove that organizational culture and simultaneous work stress and partial positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Serdang Jaya Perdana

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effect of discipline, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Medan High Court. This research is a correlational statistical study, in which the data obtained is disclosed based on data in the field. The time used in research is scheduled in January 2020 - June 2020. The independent variables in this study consist of: discipline (X1), motivation (X2), and organizational commitment (X3), while the dependent variable is performance (Y). The sampling technique in this study uses the saturated sample method. So that the number of samples in this study were 40 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that discipline partially had a significant effect on employee performance at the Medan High Court Office with a t-test value of 2.735 > from a t-table of 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. Motivation partially has a significant effect on performance at the Medan High Court Office with a t-count value of 3.709> from t-table 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Organizational commitment partially has a significant effect on performance at the Medan High Court Office with a t-value of 2.643 > from t-table 1.685 or with a significance value of 0.025 < 0.05. Discipline, motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment at the Medan High Court Office with an F-count value of 34,967 > F-table 2.87 or with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims at providing empirical evidence about the effect of Personal and Corporate Income Tax Article 25/29 revenue on total tax revenue in Tax Office of Medan City. On this study, there are 2 independent variables which are Personal Income Tax Article 25/29 Revenue and Corporate Income Tax Article 25/29 Revenue. The sampling method is purposive sampling that based on author’s criteria which has been determined before. The population on this study is all of the Personal Income Tax Article 25/29 Revenue, Corporate Income Tax Article 25/29 Revenue and Total Tax Revenue that have been collected by Tax Office Of Medan Kota since January 2002 until December 2018 which is 192 and the amount of samples is 30. Hypotheses in this study are tested by descriptive statistic and multiple regression analysis method, with the regression equation is 91.908.356.751,180 + 0,253X1 + 2,576X2. To analyze the multiple regression on this study method, the author uses Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 25.0 For Windows with the F Test (ANOVA) and T Test (partial). The result of The F Test shows that all of independent variables simultaneously do not affect total tax revenue, as the amount of effect is only 6,5% based on The Determination Test. Based on The T Test, Personal Income Tax Article 25/29 revenue and Corporate Income Tax Article 25/29 revenue do not have effect on Total Tax Revenue.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai PT. PLN (Persero) UIP Sumbagut yang berjumlah 215 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 20. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analysis. Berdasarkan hasil uji penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap motivasi kerja, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap motivasi kerja, variabel beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, variabel kompetensi, kompensasi, dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap motivasi kerja. Variabel motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, variabel kompetensi, kompensasi, beban kerja dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi antara kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi antara kompetensi, kompensasi, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Sepanjang proses penyelenggaraan tahapan Pilkada sejak 2016 hingga 2017, Panwaslih Aceh menerima/menangani 252 dugaan pelanggaran pemilihan baik dari laporan/temuan dengan rincian 224 laporan dari masyarakat/tim pemenangan/ kandidat dan 28 temuan. Sebanyak 189 laporan/temuan dihentikan/tidak dapat ditindaklanjuti dan hanya 63 laporan/temuan yang dapat ditindaklajuti oleh pengawas pemilihan. Secara umum dinamika politik Pilkada 2017 di Aceh telah mengalami perubahan jika dibandingkan dengan Pilkada sebelumnya. Berdasarkan data IKP, Aceh tergolong kategori tingkat kerawanan tinggi dari segi penyelenggara dan kontestasi. Dalam hal penanganan dugaan pelanggaran pidana Pilkada terdapat sejumlah ketentuan yang membatasi diantaranya: ketiadaan kewenangan dalam hal pemanggilan secara paksa pada saat proses klarifikasi, limitasi waktu dalam menangani dugaan pelanggaran terlalu singkat. Minimal terdiri dari 2 alat bukti dalam penerusan laporan atau rekomendasi. Perbedaan persepsi antara pihak Kepolisian, Kejaksaan dan Panwaslih dalam Rapat Sentra Gakkumdu kerap terjadi dalam hal memberi penafsiran terhadap suatu kasus pelanggaran hukum terutama mengenai politik uang dan kampanye yang mengakibatkan banyak laporan yang dihentikan. Selain itu, dalam proses penanganan dan penegakan hukum cenderung menggunakan pendekatan restorative justice yang terkesan politis dengan kesepakatan damai yang masih dinilai sebagai solusi yang tepat untuk mereduksi konflik antar kelompok pendukung pilkada.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effect of partially and simultaneously motivation and work climate on the performance of employees in the Free Trade Zone and Sabang Free Ports. This research was conducted at the Free Trade Zone and Port of Sabang Free Trade Agencies (BPKS) in August - September 2018. Based on the Slovin formula the number of samples in this study is 57 people. The independent variable consists of work motivation (X1) and work climate (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation partially had a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Free Trade Zone and Sabang Free Port Management Agency with a tvalue of 6.634> ttable 1.670. The work climate partially has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Free Trade Zone and Sabang Free Port Concession Agency with a tvalue of 2.573> ttable 1.670. Work motivation and work climate simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Free Trade Zone and Sabang Free Port Management Agency with an Fcount of 26.375> Ftable 3.17.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between: (1) the role of the teacher with the learning achievement of the implementation of electronic circuits, (2) the motivation to learn with the achievement of learning the application of electronic circuits (3) the role of the teacher and learning motivation towards the learning achievement of the implementation of electronic circuits from class XI students of SMK Negeri 4 Medan 2017/2018 Academic Year. The population used in this study were students of class XI Audio Video Engineering Program 2017/2018 Academic Year which amounted to 76 respondents and all of them were used as research samples.Data was collected by questionnaire techniques for teacher role variables and student learning motivation variables and value documents for the subjects of the application of electronic circuits. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation and multiple correlation analysis.From the results of the analysis it can be concluded: (1) there is a significant and positive relationship between the role of the teacher and student achievement in the subject of the application of electronic circuits (r 0.465 = medium), (2) there is a significant and positive relationship between student motivation and achievement learning on the subject of the application of electronic circuits (r 0.337 = low), (3) there is a significant and positive relationship between the role of the teacher and the learning motivation of students with learning achievement in the subject of the application of electronic circuits (r 0.515 = medium).

Abstract

Pengaruh Sapta Pesona dan Fasilitas Terhadap Tingkat Kunjungan Wisatawan Di Objek Wisata Pemandian Air Panas Goa Ergendang Di Kecamatan Sibiru-Biru Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini 100 wisatawan. Metode pengumpulan data dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 100 pengunjung. Skala penelitian menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda.dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sapta pesona dan fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kunjungan wisatawan secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Variabel sapta pesona nilai thitung > ttabel (3,382 > 1,660) dan nilai sig < 0,05 (0,001< 0,05). Variabel Fasilitas nilai thitung > ttabel (4,237 >1,660) dan nilai sig < 0,05 (0,000< 0,05). Hasil uji F nilai F hitung sebesar 67,159 > F tabel 2,70 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0,05. Sedangkan hasil uji koefisien determinan nilai Adjusted R Square, diperoleh sebesar 0.572. Hal ini berarti 57,2% tingkat kunjungan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel sapta pesona dan fasilitas. Sedangkan sisanya 42,8% dapat dijelaskan oleh variable-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti : variabel promosi, kepuasan pengunjung, lingkungan, kondisi sosial, aksesibilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis memberikan saran kepada pihak pengelola untuk mempertаhаnkаn unsur sаptа pesonа yаng sudаh baik dan melakukan perbaikan pada unsur Sapta pesona belum terlаksаnа dengаn bаik serta melengkapi Fasilitas untuk wisatawan yang masih kurang.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyse the income structures of shrimp Vannamei farmers in the research area, analyzing the feasibility of farming on the income structures of shrimp vannamei in the research area, analyzing the influence of Benur, Feed, vitamins, fertilizer, medicines, FUEL, TKLK and prices on the income of shrimp Vannamei fertiliser in the research area and to educate the relationship of Benur, feed, vitamins, medicines, fertilizer, FUEL, TKLK, and price to the income structure Shrimp Vannamei in the research area. This research was conducted in Secanggang district of Langkat District. The determination of the research area is done purposive sampling which is to take the sample done intentionally, with the sample record representative or represent the population. The study was conducted from February to May 2019. The number of samples used in this study was 30 respondents. Data analysis is done in a descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. Average income cultivating Shrimp Vannamei in District Secanggang Langkat of the main income of shrimp farming vannamei of Rp. 67.641.036,667 and from the side business is the fisheries Business (Nila) of Rp. 8.506.700, Business Agriculture (paddy Rice) amounting to Rp. 4.116.775 and non agriculture amounting to Rp. 7.300.000, with 77.25% revenue structure and 22.75% revenue share. Farming in Secanggang district of Langkat District is feasible to be cultivated with a comparison of R/C > 1. In unison of the F test results; Benur, feed, vitamins, medicines, fertilizer, FUEL, TKLK, and price, significant influence on income. Partially from the test results t that; Variable Benur, feed, FUEL and price significantly affect the income of shrimp vannamei, while vitamins, medicines, fertilizers and TKLK have no significant effect on the income of shrimp Vannamei fertiliser. Relation of Benur, feed, vitamins, medicines, fertilizer, FUEL, TKLK, and the price of the income structure of shrimp Vannamei in the District Secanggang District Langkat is that the Benur, feed, FUEL, and prices relate significantly to Revenue structure of shrimp vannamei, which means the amount of cost incurred will affect the magnitude of income structure of shrimp Vannamei. Meanwhile, vitamins, medicines, fertilizer, and TKLK related to insensitivity to the income structure of shrimp vannamei, which means that the low cost incurred will affect the magnitude of the income structure of shrimp Vannamei Received.
