Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province has experienced rapid growth in recent years, where in 2022 there were 342,924 business units and in 2023 it increased to 344,757 business units.CV Prasodjo is one of the MSMEs engaged in the processing of basic food ingredients or snacks with a trademark called Jempol Food. These MSMEs have experienced quite rapid development but are still experiencing a number of problems in their business operations, especially in the field of marketing. The programs implemented are the development of online promotional content, personal selling optimization, the preparation of customer databases, the development of customer loyalty programs and helping production process activities. The purpose of this program is to improve Jempol Food's business performance through training activities and marketing program development.

Abstract

The activity program at PT. Cahaya Cipta Makmur was carried out to identify and overcome various problems faced by the company, such as the lack of formal work regulations, the absence of SOPs in the production unit, inadequate work facilities, and the unavailability of product catalogs. The objectives of this program are to improve the operational work structure, maintain product quality, and improve the product information system to consumers. The results of this activity include the preparation of work regulations, the creation of SOPs, the provision of work equipment, the creation of product catalogs, and the measurement of job satisfaction and employee performance, all of which have been successfully implemented in accordance with the predetermined plan.

Abstract

This internship report discusses the Improvement of Work Productivity Through the Achievement of Work Standardization, Satisfaction and Work Motivation of Amil Baznas Yogyakarta. Baznas Yogyakarta City has an inadequate number of Human Resources. So that it causes overlapping work which causes the work to not be completed effectively and efficiently. The method used in this internship report activity is to use the interview method, observation, counseling, and field practice. The concept used in this study is the Robbins & Judge concept of performance effectiveness motivation includes three important elements, namely intensity, direction, and persistence. The results of this internship are carried out internship activities, increasing work motivation and employee motivation counseling, internship activity interviews, and employee performance satisfaction evaluation.

Abstract

The rapid changes in the global business environment demand quick adaptation to technological and regulatory shifts. Management consulting firms like PT Tetrahiel Profesional Manajemen in Yogyakarta assist businesses in navigating these challenges with services in financial, HR, marketing, and information systems consulting, plus training programs. This internship optimized PT Tetrahiel's online promotion and client database management. Activities included digital marketing training via Instagram and TikTok, developing SOPs for client acquisition and follow-up, and creating a computerized client database using Excel. These initiatives enhanced marketing efficiency, streamlined client acquisition, and organized client information, boosting PT Tetrahiel's operational effectiveness and market presence.

Abstract

The aim of the training and assistance activities in making healthy drinks to relieve heartburn are to provide knowledge, skills to individuals or groups and provide solutions regarding healthy drinks to relieve heartburn that are good to drink, especially when breaking the fast in the month of Ramadan and to develop entrepreneurial character. The method used the provision of preparation materials for making healthy drink recipes, questions and answers, discussions, practice and mentoring carried out for 24 students of the SMK Kesehatan Surabaya in the classroom and gazebo of the school environment. The result are the service to community through training activities and assistance in making healthy drinks to relieve heartburn getting a positive and enthusiastic response from the participants present.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is crucial and has a significant impact on businesses or enterprises. One key aspect of marketing strategy is the use of digital technology and social media. With technological advancements, companies can reach a broader audience and interact with them more personally and in real-time. This program aims to improve the effectiveness of digital promotions and the quality of services through content creation, building customer loyalty, and enhancing service quality. The implementation methods include company needs surveys, the creation of customer loyalty programs, content creation, and documentation. The outcomes include developing employees' skills in creating engaging and humorous promotional content, innovating in promotional content selection, increasing engagement on TikTok and Instagram, and positive customer responses to customer loyalty initiatives.

Abstract

This program at SMAN 1 Sungai Limau uses the discovery learning learning model with audio-visual aids to increase students' interest in learning. Information and communication technology (ICT) has advanced so quickly, and it has benefited a wide range of human endeavors. The educational sector can benefit from the advancements in information and communication technology, as there are numerous learning opportunities that arise from its application. Technology of information and communication in education will be useful as a storehouse of knowledge, learning properties, and educational tools and as a learning medium. Likewise, research and development products carried out by the Teachers in the PGRI West Sumatra University Geography Education Study Program can optimize the design of learning media by creating educational materials that will increase students' interest in learning and comprehension of the information they are absorbing in class, thereby meeting learning objectives and outcomes.

Abstract

Several types of fruit that support ecotourism in the application of food waste include banana peels, apple peels, dragon fruit peels, and manga peels, which will be made into chips and tea products using good hygiene and quality standards. Innovative problem-solving and technology have emerged as promising approaches. Abstract

The placement of Indonesian Migrant Workers (IMW) abroad is an effort to realise equal rights and opportunities for workers to obtain decent work and income. Many Indonesian migrant workers experience difficulties managing finances and obtaining relevant information in their country of work. Therefore, the purpose of the community service was to enrich the financial literacy of the migrant workers in Singapore through workshop methodology. The methodology enabled the participants to learn by doing about financial literacy. This community service stage includes analysis of partner needs, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The evaluation results show that migrant workers can prepare financial plans using a learning-by-doing model on worksheets.

Abstract

Processing and marketing of integrated coconut products with the implementation of zero waste will be carried out by PKK Br. Lantangidung, Batuan Sukawati, Gianyar Bali. The goal achieved is to provide appropriate technology for processing coconut, which has the potential to be found in Batuan Village, Sukawati Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO), Serundeng (saur), and by-products, namely activated charcoal for health and consumption. The methods that will be used in implementing this training are interviews, face-to-face, counseling, and direct practice. The output target to be achieved is that training participants can independently make processed products and understand entrepreneurial knowledge and marketing management so that they can become economically independent
