Abstract

The potential of Indonesian batik is at risk of being eroded without any preservation and development efforts being made by Indonesian batik craftsmen. This service program identifies a gap in the curriculum and extracurricular content, namely elements of local wisdom and culture that have not been fully adopted by Nurul Islami Unggulan High School. The program implements a creativity incubation approach for Nurul Islami Unggulan High School students so as to strengthen the love of batik as a beloved iconic brand. Furthermore, the objective of this service program is to reinforce character education, which aims to enhance students' knowledge, appreciation, and love for batik. The outcomes of community service are anticipated to serve as a foundation for future service activities.

Abstract

The MSME sector is expected to become a new source of national economic strength during crises. To achieve this, the government should focus on human resources and management. Limited innovation within SMEs has led to stagnant growth, and financial issues often hinder productivity. One community service project is the Suputra herbal incense SME in Angantaka Village, Abiansemal, located 11.2 km from Universitas Warmadewa. According to Mrs. Ayu, the main challenge is limited business management capabilities. A lack of business management knowledge impedes growth. The partnership program aims to increase sales and improve financial practices through three activities: financial management assistance, production management, and creating a product catalog. The results show structured bookkeeping, reduced errors, enhanced management efficiency, and the development of a product catalog.

Abstract

The mentoring program conducted at Dayah Raudhatun Najah aims to instill honesty in students through structured training and activities. After the initial training, the administrators implement this program by providing direct guidance, interactive sessions, and periodic evaluations. Although the program has shown positive results, several challenges have arisen, including limited time, varying levels of understanding among administrators and students, and a lack of supporting resources. Time constraints hinder the full engagement of participants and the depth of material that can be covered. To address this, it is recommended to extend the program duration or divide it into shorter but more frequent sessions. Differences in understanding levels can be overcome with additional training for administrators and more structured program planning.

Abstract

Most people, as business owners, run businesses in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector and strive to continue to increase their income and business profits without understanding the tax burden that will arise. Therefore, understanding taxes is very important for students and entrepreneurs, individuals, and all levels of society. This study aims to explore the understanding and tax compliance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banyumas Regency, who are members of the Aspikmas Association. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results indicate that while MSME tax compliance is generally good, more socialization is needed to enhance their understanding of tax regulations, particularly in terms of annual tax return reporting.
