This paper deals with job analysis and work efficiency in educational institutions. Job analysis seeks to provide information to workers about job activities, job standards, job context, personnel requirements, human behavior, tools used and job procedures for each employee. Through qualitative methods and literature review design, this paper aims to reveal urgent job analysis and redesign in positioning human resources according to their field of knowledge and competence. Implementation of job analysis and redesign based on changes in performance that can increase the productivity of employees of educational institutions. Through job analysis, leaders obtain information about job descriptions and job specifications needed, determine standards, success criteria and evaluate work results that have been achieved. In addition, leaders can use it to determine policies and programs to improve employee work efficiency more optimally according to the vision, mission, goals, and profiles of graduates to be achieved by an educational institution.

The Mosque-based Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) has the potential to develop zakat in Gowa Regency, the research uses the community-based research (CBR) method, which includes efforts to create solutions to problems and opportunities for developing zakat empowerment in the Regency, especially those related to strengthening the Zakat Collection Unit Mosque based. The results of the research show that the practice of implementing the functions and roles of UPZs is already running at the mosque level in the Regency, but it is not yet running following statutory regulations and UPZ institutions have not yet been formed in the majority of Mosques in Gowa Regency, so the strengthening program carried out by researchers will be on the agenda and Baznas work program to involve religious counselors

This research revealed that the existence of the Old Master was not only a teacher who taught various scientific disciplines to his students but also a Sufi who was awarded Karamah from Allah SWT. Apart from that, the researcher also used Sayyed Hossein Naser's theory to analyze in depth the meaning of the substance contained in the Poetry of the Old Teachers related to the nature of God as the core of his Sufism teachings. In conclusion, the Old Master is a Sufi figure whose teachings originate from the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and his companions. Then the implications of the Old Master's Sufism teachings have never been forgotten by his students since he was alive until now

This research aims to explore the role of the Arabic language course Institute, Ma'had Umar bin Khattab (MUBK) Yogyakarta in learning Arabic and Islamic materials for the community. For this purpose, this research was designed in the form of field research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and documentation, interviews, and filling out questionnaires. Data analysis is qualitative inductive, namely based on facts found in the field, then constructed into a hypothesis. The results of this research show that MUBK has played a real role in the process of learning Arabic and Islamic materials from 2002 until now, despite the Covid-19 pandemic. The form of this role can be seen in a structured Arabic language learning curriculum, clear programs, teachers who are competent in their fields and time flexibility are selling points that are "purchased" by those interested

Humans cannot be separated from religion in society's social life. Based on this explanation, the aim of this research is how religious adherents open up space for dialogue based on tolerance. The methodology in this research is qualitative using library research, while the approach taken is a normative, dialogic, and convergence approach. The results of this research show that Islamic-Christian relations have lasted for centuries amidst various tensions and harmonization of life. This research specifically examines the use of language styles contained in QS Al-Baqarah to conclude the educational values in that surah. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a library research approach. Meanwhile, data sources are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method is appropriate to the subject of the study and then filtered and translated into theoretical thinking. The research results show that the educational values in the tasybīh verse contained in QS.2 17-19 are the values of faith, monotheism, and obedience. Analysis of Islamic law regarding the high divorce rate in the working area of the Merauke Regency Religious Court shows that 1) The divorce rate in the working area of the Merauke Regency Religious Court in 2020 was 338 couples out of a total of 53,728 couples, 2) The highest factor was caused by disputes, quarrels, and economic problems. by 7.4%, drunkenness by 2.9%, domestic violence by 0.9%, and polygamy by 0.7%, 3) Divorce in some cases tends to be inconsistent with the teachings of Rasulullah SAW. This type of research is a qualitative research type with a statutory approach, a conceptual approach and a comparative approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation.

This research discusses the effectiveness of implementing the method of memorizing the Koran on the memorization abilities of students at the Al-Imam Ashim Islamic Boarding School Makassar. Behavioristic theory views learning as a process of changing behavior as a result of the interaction between stimulus and response, and the method is one of the stimuli from teachers that can be applied for learning to memorize the Koran at the Al-Imam Ashim Islamic boarding school. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all students at the Al-Imam Ashim Islamic Boarding School in Makassar with a total of 460 people, a sample of 48 students. the application of the method of memorizing the Qur'an through learning tahfiz} al-Qur'an is effective on the memorization ability of students at the Al-Imam Ashim Islamic Boarding School Makassar

This research discusses the strategies of religious instructors in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in children at TPA AL-Mukhlisin, Tumampua Village, Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency. The methodology used in this research is qualitative, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Research findings show that the strategies used by ustadz to teach the Koran to children at AL-Mukhlisin TPA include the iqro method, wafa method, and habituation method. Meanwhile, regarding obstacles, there is a lack of time allocated for the program and low motivation for some students. The solutions offered are improving the quality of teachers and counselors, extending time allocation, and improving learning facilities

This research aims to explain the application of problem-solving and drill methods to learning outcomes. The method used is quantitative ex-post factors. This research was conducted on class Islamic religious and character education. Then the application of the problem-solving method and the drill method both positively affect the learning outcomes of Islamic religious education and character in class XI students at SMK Kartika XX-1 Makassar.
