<![CDATA[The performance of members of the police in the Traffic Unit of the Pekalongan Police is still not good, this is due to the low emotional intelligence of the members and the lack of attention from the leadership on the work environment, as well as the low organizational commitment of the members. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, work environment and organizational commitment on member performance. This research was conducted by the Pekalongan Police Traffic Unit with a population of 67 people. The sample used is as many as 65 respondents. The independent variables in this study are emotional intelligence and work environment, while the dependent variable is the performance of members mediated by organizational commitment. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale. Data analysis using regression analysis. The software used for regression analysis is SPSS 25. The effect of Emotional Intelligence (X1) and Work Environment (X2) variables on Organizational Commitment (Y) can be made with the equation Y = 0.255X1 + 0.233X2. the indirect effect of Organizational Commitment (Y) as a mediator of Member Performance (Z) with the equation. Z = 0.272X1 + 0.244X2 + 0.263Y. The results of the analysis show that partially emotional intelligence and work environment have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Partially emotional intelligence, work environment and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on member performance. Organizational commitment partially mediates the effect of emotional intelligence and work environment on member performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is aimed to describe the creative and imitative reasoning of students with reflective cognitive styles on math problem solving. The study uses a qualitative approach with a data collection instrument used of Matching Familiar Figure Tests, math ability test, mathematical problem-solving tasks, and interview guidelines. The research result studies indicate that a student with reflective cognitive style that have imitative reasoning in problem solving is less able to provide comprehensive information, still using a problem-solving strategy previously known, nor does he make a return check on the results received. It is different with reflective subjects that have proven creative reasoning capable of delivering well-known information, that can provide novel and thought-provoking solutions. Moreover, he also looking back the resulting solutions to the problem.]]>

<![CDATA[Students are accustomed to doing evaluations with sheets of paper will have difficulty when working on Computer-Based School Exams and greatly affect the results they get. Students are a digital native generation where in their daily life they are surrounded by sophisticated digital devices and always use digital technology in their daily lives. Therefore, it is time for teachers to innovate by developing digital assessment instruments that are innovative, interesting and help students measure their learning outcomes. Based on this, this study aims to develop a digital assessment instrument that has feasibility, practicality and effectiveness in measuring social studies learning outcomes for Grade IV elementary schools. This study uses research and development methods or Education Research and Development (RnD) and learning outcomes trials using pre-test and post-test. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, expert validation, student response questionnaires and learning outcomes acquisition tests (pretest and posttest). The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the validation phase of this digital assessment instrument have a fairly high validity and feasibility. The results of the assessment from media experts obtained a percentage of 96% validity, the results of assessments from material content experts obtained a total validity percentage of 91%, practicality tests from fourth grade teachers obtained a percentage of 99% and the results of the responses or responses of students in the field obtained a practical percentage of 98% entirely. The level of effectiveness of the digital assessment instrument can be seen from the comparison of the pretest which gets an average value of 64.2 while the posttest gets an average value of 85.8. Thus, it can be concluded that this digital assessment instrument has feasibility, practicality and effectiveness in measuring social studies learning outcomes for grade IV Elementary School.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian yang berjudul Pengaruh Media Angklung Interaktif terhadap Revitalisasi Motivasi Belajar Siswa SD di Masa Pandemi ini dilatar belakangi oleh siswa yang rentan mengalami kebosanan yang akan mempengaruhi motivasi siswa dalam belajar secara daring. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kembali motivasi belajar siswa dengan berfokus pada pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis kebudayaan yang dimiliki Bangsa Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, masalah akan dideskripsikan melalui kata-kata dengan meminimalisir penggunaan angka-angka, proses mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dilakukan secara naratif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian di SD Negeri Pandanwangi Jombang dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini menerapkan beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap pra lapangan, tahap pengerjaan lapangan, analisis data dan pembuatan laporan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan disimpulkan bahwa media angklung interaktif yang diterapkan dalam materi Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) merupakan media pembelajaran yang efektif untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa khususnya di masa pandemi Covid-19, melalui media pembelajaran angklung interaktif ini semangat siswa dalam belajar mulai bertumbuh dan kembali dikobarkan lagi.]]>

<![CDATA[The learning process of class VI students at SD Negeri 2 Sidoharjo Lamongan, shows that the learning process requires innovation, especially in learning media to make it more interesting and can help students understand the concept of material and can improve student learning outcomes. Based on this, this study aims to determine and describe the results of the validity of learning tools, practicality, and effectiveness of Multimedia E-Book Magic (E-BOMA), in improving the learning outcomes of grade VI elementary school students. This research is a development research using a 4-D development model and testing the device using pre-test and post-test. The research was conducted in the academic year 2021/2022 with 15 students as research subjects, and data collection techniques used were tests, observations, and questionnaires. Pre-test and post-test data regarding concept understanding will be analyzed using t-test and described in descriptive quantitative form. The results of this study indicate that the feasibility of developing Multimedia E-Book Magic (E-BOMA) as a result of material expert validation has a very valid category with a value of 92%, and media expert validation is 90% while the practicality of Multimedia E-Book Magic (E-BOMA) is on average. teacher assessment is 92.18% and the average student response questionnaire is 96.5%. Learning can be said to be good, and the effectiveness of Multimedia E-Book Magic (E-BOMA) is seen from the results of student learning carried out before learning with an average of 45% of students who complete and after participating in learning to 96% of students who complete with grades 75. In essence, the Development of Multimedia E-Book Magic (E-BOMA) can help students to improve student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[The school organization is an association under school management that aims to help create an effective condition for school activities. School management is related to the smooth functioning of the school as a whole. While school organization is about the organization of school resources, events, and personnel, organization in general is a systematic and effective association / relationship to achieve the desired results. This study aims to find out how the procedures for managing school organizations in order to create effective schools. In this study, researchers used a case study approach. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in carrying out school organizational management activities it involves an element of awareness of a sense of belonging so that the motivation to do school work is carried out optimally in accordance with mutually agreed terms. Through careful, systematic and diligent planning, as well as cooperation from various parties, a quality school organizational management system can be produced.]]>

<![CDATA[The principal plays an important role in influencing and directing existing school personnel. This is done so that the plans that have been determined can be carried out by involving all elements (cooperating) in achieving school goals. Teacher performance in the form of carrying out the task of educating students is determined by work motivation. Therefore, effective principal leadership can influence teacher work. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the principal's leadership in managing conflicts that occur in SMPN X Banjar, South Kalimantan. This study uses a qualitative paradigm. While the approach is a case study. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that democratic principal leadership (having principal competence) is able to minimize conflicts that occur within the school environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Social studies learning for fifth graders at SDN 3 Soko Lamongan tends to like a lot of things that remember and understand the social studies material presented. Innovative and effective learning media are needed to attract and assist students in improving cognitive abilities and a sense of patriotism. Based on this, this study aims to describe love and differences in cognitive abilities and a sense of homeland before and before using digital picture card media. This study uses research and development methods or Education Research and Development (RnD) and trial learning outcomes using pre-test and post-test. The study was conducted in the 2021/2022 academic year with 20 students as research subjects, and data collection techniques used namely observation, interviews, expert validation, student response questionnaires and learning outcomes acquisition tests. The results of the validation research on learning media have adequate validity and feasibility. The results of the media experts obtained a validity percentage of 89%, the results of the material content experts obtained an overall validity percentage of 86%, the assessment results from the fifth grade teacher or material content experts obtained a 90% validity percentage and the results of the responses or responses of students in the field achieved the overall validity percentage. 89%. Meanwhile, the students' cognitive ability pretest test got an average score of 59 while the posttest got an average score of 86.5. In the affective domain, students get an average score of 61 while the posttest gets an average score of 87. Thus, it can be said that digital picture cards can improve cognitive abilities and love for the homeland of fifth grade students.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this study was to conduct a literacy campaign in a second group of Idolmaster primary schools and to identify factors that hinder and support literacy campaigns. A descriptive qualitative survey was used as the survey form. The subjects of this study were students, principals, and reachers. The data collection methods used by the researchers were observations, interviews, and recordings. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman's qualitative models to reduce, present and draw conclusions from data. It was found that the implementation of the Seggas II Idolmaster Primary School Literacy Campaign is still in the stage of specialization or familiarization. Interviews and observations by researchers confirm this.]]>

<![CDATA[Media pembelajaran menjadi tolak ukur evektifnya mengajar bagi guru di kelas, sehingga perlu ketepatan dan kecakapan para guru untuk memilih media pembelajaran yang digunakan sehingga ilmu yang ingin disampaikan dapat ditransfer dengan baik. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat efektifnya media pembelajaran dalam mengajar. Dengan menggunakan library research diharapkan memberikan sumbangsi ilmu pengetahuna terhadap para guru-guru. Hasil penelitian rujuk kepada media pembelajaran dikelas berupa media cetak, audio, semi gerak dan audio visual. Sedangkan tips untuk memilih media yaitu dengan menyesuaikan tujuan kurikulum dan silabus, praktis, fleksibel, ekonomis, awet dan ramah lingkungan. Media pembelajaran dapat mempertinggi proses belajar siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar yang dicapai siswa. Penggunaan media yang tepat dapat mengatasi sikap pasif siswa selama proses belajar mengajar berlangsung.]]>
