Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on the repurchase intention of Bang Dava Chicken consumers. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with primary data obtained from distributing online questionnaires to 200 respondents, namely people who have purchased Bang Dava Chicken products at least once. The data that has been collected was analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that product quality, service quality, and price have an effect of 55.8% on consumer repurchase intention of Ayam Bang Dava, while the most dominant factor influencing Bang Dava Chicken consumer repurchase intention is price.

Abstract

The growth of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in Indonesia is increasing day by day, this has resulted in SME’s owners having to give their best in order to satisfy consumers and increase their business potential. There are several things that can support the fulfillment of customer satisfaction, one of which is providing the facilities needed by consumers. Considering the development of an all-digital era, many people are now switching to using cashless transaction facilities to speed up the transaction process. Thus, the research was conducted to find out how the implementation of cashless payment facilities and its effect on consumer satisfaction. Researchers used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach through data, which was obtained from filling out questionnaires by consumers in the Dipati Ukur culinary area of ​​Bandung City as many as 106 respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 23 software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between cashless payment facilities to customer satisfaction. This means that if the application of cashless payment facilities is optimized, then customer satisfaction will also increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the effect of service quality on repurchase interest in the city of Bandung. The sample used in this study amounted to 139 respondents who are consumers who buy food at Mie Gacoan Restaurant in Bandung City. This research uses descriptive analysis method, validity and reliability test, correlation analysis and simple regression analysis. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed through social media to respondents who met the criteria. The results showed that the quality of service at Mie Gacoan Restaurant had an influence but the effect obtained was not significant on consumer repurchase interest. This means that service quality is not strong enough to influence consumer repurchase interest in Mie Gacoan Bandung restaurant. In the study, the results obtained were 23.8% the effect of service quality on repurchase interest. Meanwhile, 76.2% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Currently, enjoying coffee has become a lifestyle for the community, this makes coffee shops one of the promising businesses in Indonesia. But it is undeniable, business people must pay attention to supporting factors such as access, facilities and other factors in building a coffee shop. Therefore, this study was made with the aim of examining the effect of accessibility, facilities, and customer satisfaction at Halsean Coffee & Resto. This study uses an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. A total of 300 visitors to Halsean Coffee & Resto in Cimahi and surrounding areas were involved in this research. Data analysis in this study used frequency analysis, factor analysis, data normality analysis, and simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS v.24 software. The results of data analysis found that accessibility has a negative and insignificant direction on customer satisfaction, on the contrary, facilities have a positive and significant direction on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence of the student’s perception on investment has to student’s intrest on investing in Indonesian Stock Market (IDX). Respondents came from stundents college who live or study in Bandung city, this study uses quantitative descriptive methods, validity and reliability tests, an data analysis using simple linear regression. 100 respondents had been participate as sample of this study, data collection was done by distributing questionaire by google form. The result of this study showed that a positive perception of investment does have an effect to students intrest on investing in stock market

Abstract

Scarlett Body Whitening is a brand from Indonesia released by Felicya Angelista which is famous for its brightening product variants. One of the promotions carried out by Scarlett Body Whitening is using a celebrity endorser. Celebrity endorser is an advertisement with the support of a celebrity which is believed to make it easier for consumers to remember the product and can accelerate the emergence of brand awareness of the product so as to create high consumer buying interest in beauty products. Seeing the importance of promotion and increasing sales, this research is to find out "The Influence of the Use of Celebrity Endorsers on Consumers' Implusive Buying Behavior (Survey on Scarlett Body Whitening in Bandung City)". The method used in this research is descriptive method, collecting data through questionnaires. Test data through validity and reliability tests, statistical analysis through classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of a partial hypothesis test (t test) shows that the use of celebrity endorsers has a significant effect on the Implusive Buying Behavior of Scarlett Body Whitening Consumers in Bandung, namely because tcount (9.378) > ttable (2.262). Based on the coefficient of determination test, it can be concluded that the use of celebrity endorsers has a significant influence on the Impulsive Buying Behavior of Scarlett Body Whitening Consumers with a percentage of 40.8%, while 59.2% is influenced by other factors not observed by this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of social media on the development of e-commerce in the student environment. This research uses descriptive survey research. The population for this study were students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a total of 113 respondents. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis which aims to find the effect of variable x (social media) with variable y (e-commerce). The results of the analysis from each table are that variable x (social media) has an influence on variable y (e-commerce) by 35.8%.

Abstract

This research article was prepared with the aim of finding out and analyzing the effect of the consistency of taste and price of HIMAJAS processed chicken products for consumers to make repeat purchases. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all consumers of HIMAJAS. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires (gform) to 110 respondents. The analytical method used is Validity and Reliability Test, Normality, Simple Regression, and Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that the consistency of taste and product price had a positive effect on consumers' repurchase interest in HIMAJAS food products. Consistency of consumer taste and product price contributed 48.7% to consumers' repurchase interest.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, business actors are required to be more creative and innovative in creating their businesses in order to compete with new competitors. One of the businesses that is in great demand and the current trend is in the retail sector, especially in the coffee shop sector in Greater Bandung. In building a coffee shop, it is necessary to pay attention to good product quality, because this is one of the factors that influence consumer satisfaction. Therefore, this study was made with the aim of examining the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at Halsean Coffee & Resto in Cimahi City. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. A total of 101 visitors to Halsean Coffee & Resto in the Cimahi and surrounding areas were involved in this research. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of street food services on Sudirman Street, Bandung City on consumer interest and satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using primary data obtained through questionnaires using the google form platform which is distributed to the general public through online media to 123 respondents who have had culinary tours at Sudirman Street Food, Bandung City. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, simple linear regression and correlation analysis. The results of this study indicate that the services provided by traders at Sudirman Street Food affect buying interest by 19.9% ​​and customer satisfaction by 46.2%. The influence given by the service on buying interest and customer satisfaction is a positive influence. Thus, the higher the service quality, the higher the buying interest and customer satisfaction.
