Abstract

Wisata halal telah menjadi tren signifikan dalam industri pariwisata global sejak diperkenalkan oleh Organisasi Pariwisata Dunia (UNWTO) pada konferensi tahun 1967 di Cordoba, Spanyol. Indonesia, sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia, memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan pariwisata halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan wisata halal dan promosi terhadap minat wisatawan berkunjung ke Dumai Ecopark dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi, berdasarkan data primer dari kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pengembangan wisata halal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan T hitung 9.580 lebih besar dari T tabel 1.660, dan promosi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan T hitung 14.514 lebih besar dari T tabel 1.660 . Secara simultan, kedua faktor ini memberikan kontribusi sebesar 71,1% terhadap minat wisatawan, dengan nilai Fhitung 104,349 lebih besar dari Ftabel 3.09. Meskipun Dumai Ecopark telah menyediakan fasilitas halal seperti mushola dan makanan bersertifikat halal, masih diperlukan peningkatan fasilitas dan strategi promosi yang lebih optimal untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pengelola Dumai Ecopark dan pemerintah dalam mendukung pengembangan sektor pariwisata halal yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif Kata Kunci : Pengembangan, Wisata Halal, Dumai Ecopark

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of job training and competency on employee performance using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through questionnaires involving [number] respondents. Job training and competency were used as independent variables, while employee performance served as the dependent variable. The results indicate that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of 0.606 and a t-statistics value of 5.964. Competency also has a positive and significant effect, with a path coefficient of 0.385 and a t-statistics value of 3.669. The R Square value of 0.899 demonstrates that job training and competency together explain 89.9% of the variance in employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of supervision and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Primanusa Globalindo Pekanbaru The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. The population in this study was all 47 employees. The sample in this study was 47 employees or respondents. Data analysis techniques use analytical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and t statistical tests. Research data was collected from respondents and analyzed using linear regression and hypothesis testing. The research results show that supervision has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t-count value (1.679 > 2.673) and organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t-count value (1.679 > 2.112).

Abstract

Compensation and Work Environment The Mediating Role of Motivation in Improving Employee Performance at PT Agung Toyota Duri Branch. The population in this study was the total number of employees of PT Agung Toyota Duri Branch, totaling 86 people. Meanwhile, in sampling this research used a saturated sampling technique, that is, the entire population was sampled because the population was relatively small, namely 86 people.This research uses primary data, namely data obtained from questionnaire results as an instrument to prove the research results. Meanwhile, secondary data used includes data regarding the number of employees, organizational structure and general description of the company. To test the hypothesis in this research, we use a structural equation model with the help of the SmartPLS program. The research results show that 1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 4) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) motivation has a positive effect and significant to performance, 6) compensation influences performance through motivation, and 7) the work environment influences performance through motivation. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the independent variables: compensation, communication, and work discipline, on the dependent variable: performance, using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that only the work discipline variable is partially significant, with a significance value of 0.006, while compensation (0.240) and communication (0.586) do not significantly contribute to performance. These findings align with previous research highlighting the importance of work discipline as a key factor in influencing performance. On the other hand, the insignificance of compensation and communication suggests the need for further evaluation regarding the relevance or quality of measurement for these two variables. This study concludes that the primary focus in improving performance should be directed at managing work discipline, while additional exploration is required to identify other relevant variables. These results provide valuable insights for policymakers and researchers to better understand the dynamics of relationships between variables in the relevant context. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of management information systems in improving the performance of tourism object managers in Riau Province. This research method is quantitative descriptive. This study was conducted by conducting a survey of 100 tourism object managers in Riau Province, using a purposive sampling method. The collection of research data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and the data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the SIM obtained a t-count greater than the t-table (10.637> 2.023). Thus, it can be concluded that the SIM variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of tourism object managers in Riau Province. Abstract

: Bandara-bandara saat ini terus berkembang dengan kemajuan teknologi dan peningkatan kapasitas penumpang. Kebutuhan sumber daya manusia saat ini berfokus pada keahlian teknologi, manajemen operasional yang kompleks, keamanan siber, dan layanan pelanggan berkualitas tinggi. Dibutuhkan tenaga kerja multi-skilled yang mampu beradaptasi terhadap perubahan cepat dalam industri penerbangan dan mampu menangani volume lalu lintas udara yang semakin meningkat. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan menerapkan kebijakan dan program pengembangan karir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan PT Angkasa Pura II Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 87 orang. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Variabel bebasnya terdiri dari kompetensi dan motivasi, dan variabel terikatnya adalah pengembangan karir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompetensi dan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir. Untuk meningkatkan pengembangan karir karyawan, perusahaan dapat membangun sistem mentoring yang menghubungkan karyawan junior dengan senior yang berpengalaman dan menawarkan program pelatihan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan aspirasi karir masing-masing karyawan.

Abstract

This research was conduction to find out how much social media Instagram is used personal branding among students of the Digital Departement study program at Abdurrab University, Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative research using survey methods. The sampling technique was incidental sampling of 9 respondents. Data processing uses SPSS for multiple linear regression analiysis. Based on research, the linear regression equation Y= 24,082+0,281X1+0,096X2 is obtained. The results obtained were that the independent valriable had no effect on the dependent variable, Instagram sosial media had no affect on personal branding. This was because the data obtained was small and there were other causes so that the results did not show an effect. Keywords :

Abstract

The objective of this analysis is to evaluate the impact of factors such as motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on the overall performance of employees in the finishing department at PT. Papyrus Sakti Paper Mill. Employee performance plays a critical role in the achievement of the company's goals, making it essential to identify the factors influencing this aspect. The research adopted a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires administered to the personnel within the finishing department. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to determine the significance of each independent variable namely work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on the dependent variable, which is employee performance. The results reveal that all three factors work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction exhibit a positive and statistically significant influence on employee performance, both individually and in combination. The work environment exerts the most significant influence on employee performance, followed by job satisfaction, with work motivation having a lesser but still considerable impact.

Abstract

Analyzing the impact of work facilities, work discipline, and work motivation on employee satisfaction at PT Griya Nutrisi is the purpose of the study that conducted. Forty-five workers of PT Griya Nutrisi participated in the survey, which was conducted using a quantitative research methodology. Testing validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing are all part of data analysis procedures. Results, employee happiness is significantly impacted by work facilities, work discipline, and work incentive all at the same time.
