Abstract

Human resources (HR) in the university environment consisting of lecturers andsupporting staff have a very strategic position, because it has a direct influenceon the learning process, graduate quality and competitive output patterns.The effectiveness of performance in the teaching and learning process and theimprovement of the academic atmosphere are strongly influenced by the qualitystandardization to be achieved as well as the quality assurance process that must be carried out by a university, one of them in the field of human resources(HR). The requirements that must be fulfilled so that the implementation of theHR quality assurance system in a university can be implemented properly is theavailability of an accurate database that can be used in every decision making.For this reason, it is necessary to develop an HR quality assurance informationsystem in a university environment. This HR quality assurance informationsystem can function to make it easier for universities to carry out qualityassurance, so that the quality assurance process can be carried out through stages that are strung together and supported by databases (database), management information systems, and integrated decision support systems . The stages carried out in designing this information system include needs analysis, process model design, software requirements analysis, and design.

Abstract

The existence of Korean popular culture in Indonesia can not be doubted. One of the popular cultures of Korea that still exists in Indonesia is Korean drama. Since Korean drama first aired in 2002, Korean drama has remained the first choice program for some Indonesian viewer. This makes Korean drama more existent and popular as well as being the toughest competitor for the entertainment industry in Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic that hit all corners of the world did not detract from the existence of Korean dramas, even in Indonesia, in the Covid-19 pandemic there was a significant increase of new fans of Korean dramas. When the government makes a policy to conduct PSBB throughout Indonesia and all activities are carried out from home until productivity slowly begins to decrease, automatically the time will feel longer than before, so people need a diversion to kill the less of productive time. So, even though only stay at home for 24 hours every day, there are still activities that can be entertaining such as watching Korean dramas. At the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, Korean dramas did not disappear because in Korea, Korean dramas were still produced despite strict health protocols. This pandemic period seemed to be the right momentum to increase the popularity of Korean dramas throughout the world

Abstract

Pengelolaan risiko nilai tukar rupiah terhadap mata uang asing oleh dunia perbankan ataupun pelaku bisnis dilakukan dengan cara melindungi nilai tukar mata uang tersebut atau yang disebut dengan cara hedging. Salah satu produk hedging tersebut adalah produk derivatif berjangka (forward) valuta asing selanjutnya disebut dengan produk forward valuta asing. Untuk dapat menggunakan produk derivatif forward valuta asing, nasabah diwajibkan menandatangani perjanjian derivatif forward valuta asing dengan hank yang akan menjadi dasar untuk dapat menggunakan produk tersebut yang diatur dalam Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 7/31 /PBI/2005 Tentang Transaksi Derivatif, selanjutnya disebut dengan PBI Derivatif yang menyatakan bahwa transaksi derivatif untuk kepentingan nasabah wajib berdasarkan kontrak.

Abstract

Perilaku bullying pada dasarnya sama antara cyberbullying dengan traditionalbullying. Pembeda di antara keduanya adalah cyberbullying hanya dilakukan secaraverbal. Pembeda lainnya adalah medium yang digunakan. Cyberbullying menggunakan medium teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang memiliki jangkauan tak terhingga. Berbeda dengan traditional bullying yang hanya menjangkau kalangan atau lingkungan tertentu saja.

Abstract

National Education should ensure educational equity, improvement of quality,relevance and efficiency of education. According to the Law no. 20 in 2003,article 17 and 18 with regard to National Education System, it’s mentioned thatPaket A Program is equal to Primary Education (SD/MI), Paket B Programis equal to Lower Secondary Education (SMP/MTs) and Paket C is adequateto Upper Secondary Education (SMA/MA). Relating to that matter. Facingthe barriers and challenges of this millennium era, PAKEM Model LearningStrategy rooted from learning concept, should be based on student centred learningto create fun learning environments so that students are continually motivatedto learn which eventually lead the to become qualified and competent. as such current research objectives are to observe and analyse learning strategies of Paket B and C Program to gain the insight on the extent of academic result andskills of students participating in Paket B and C Program if associated with both current learning strategy and PAKEM Learning Model.
