Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Majasetra Village apparatus in increasing public satisfaction. To find out what factors inhibit the performance of village apparatus in improving the quality of public services at the Majasetra Village Office, Majalaya City The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in the study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this study is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification conclusions. The conclusion of this study is that the performance of village apparatus in Majasetra Village is still less than optimal in terms of the length of the work process, as well as aspects of commitment to the less than good attitudes of some Majasetra Village employees. Regarding aspects related to employee performance targets and work behavior, namely quantity, quality, cost, orientation, integrity, discipline, cooperation and leadership, it has been said to be good. The factors that inhibit employee performance that researchers found were the differences in attitudes given by Majasetra Village employees in serving the community, which gave rise to the assumption that there was social discrimination. Furthermore, there is a lack of availability of facilities and infrastructure in the Majasetra sub- district office, all of which cannot be used, especially in technological devices

Abstract

The SIMRS-based online queuing system is a health service innovation to overcome the problem of long and inefficient manual queues. This study aims to analyze the application of a SIMRS-based online queue system to the quality of service at Al Ihsan Hospital. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation to patients and medical personnel. The results of the study show that this system speeds up the enrollment process, reduces wait times, and improves patient satisfaction. However, obstacles such as limited user understanding and network interference were found that affected the effectiveness of the system. Therefore, increased socialization and technical optimization are needed. This research is expected to be a reference for other hospitals in the development of digital-based services to improve the quality of health services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share on Stock Prices at PT. Dyandra Media International, Tbk. The types of data used in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, and T-test F-test. Regression Calculation Results Y = 94.705 + 0.414X1 + 0.083X2, coefficient of determination R2 = 64.1%, correlation coefficient r = 0.800, thus it can be concluded that Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share simultaneously have no significant effect on Stock Prices at PT. Dyandra Media International, Tbk. Partially Net Profit Margin has a positive and insignificant effect on Stock Prices at PT. Dyandra Media International, Tbk and Earning Per Share has a positive and insignificant effect on Stock Prices at PT. Dyandra Media International, Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing and positioning strategies implemented by Marinor Café in attracting consumers outside the Makassar Maritime Polytechnic (PIP) student environment. Marinor Café is a seafaring-themed culinary business unit located within the PIP Makassar campus area and has been operating since 2020. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that Marinor Café's marketing strategy still focuses on product aspects, prices, and interior design, while digital promotion aspects have not been optimally utilized. In addition, the café's positioning is not strong among off-campus consumers due to access barriers and minimal promotion. A SWOT analysis identified that although the café has advantages in thematic concepts and comfortable atmosphere, location barriers and lack of digital exposure are the main challenges. This study concludes that digital promotion optimization, market expansion, and positioning strengthening are needed so that Marinor Café can reach consumers more widely and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of career development on employee performance at PT. Telkom Makassar. The population elements in this study were 136 employees at PT. Telkom, which were then all of these populations were sampled. This study consists of career development and performance variables. Career development with indicators of promotion opportunities, training and development, and fairness in career opportunities. The analysis method used in this study is correlation analysis. This study found the equation Y = 0.002 + 0.652X1 + 0.112X2 +0.235X3. The correlation between promotion opportunities and employee performance is very strong with a value of 0.931, followed by the correlation between fairness in career opportunities and employee performance with a correlation value of 0.841, and finally the correlation between training and development and employee performance of 0.822.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer perceptions regarding the quality of health services at Rizqi Farma Pharmacy in Malakasari Village. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Through descriptive analysis methods, data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that most customers have a positive perception of the quality of services provided. Several key factors that are attractive include: informative consultation services, friendly and communicative attitudes from pharmacists, additional facilities such as free blood pressure checks and weighing, complete drug availability, and a clean and comfortable pharmacy environment. The most dominant indicator influencing service quality is the Tangible indicator or physical evidence facilities. However, there are still several obstacles and challenges that need to be considered during peak hours which can cause longer waiting times. Nevertheless, health services at Rizqi Farma Pharmacy continue to run optimally, and efforts to improve them are continuously being made.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of responsiveness of services to BPJS patients at Padamukti Community Health Center and identify factors influencing this responsiveness. The background of this study is based on the discrepancy between negative online reviews from the public and field findings that indicate high patient satisfaction with healthcare services. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection methods including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted thematically based on responsiveness indicators such as speed of service, empathy, staff attitude, and effectiveness of service flow. The results showed that responsiveness of services at Padamukti Community Health Center was assessed as good by patients, supported by training of healthcare workers, the implementation of a queuing system, and more humanistic communication. These findings are expected to serve as evaluation material and a reference for improving service quality at first-level healthcare facilities (FKTP).

Abstract

Continuing professional development is a continuous process to improve the abilities, knowledge, and skills of midwives in providing quality services. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Informants included primary midwives, assistant midwives, doctors, midwife assistants, patients, administration, and cleaning staff. Interviews focused on their perceptions and experiences regarding the implementation of continuous professional development and its impact on midwifery practice. The results showed that continuous professional development had a positive impact on improving knowledge, skills, confidence, and professional attitudes in managing various childbirth situations. Midwife Widiarti actively participated in training, seminars, and routine evaluation activities. This had a positive impact on patient satisfaction, the safety of medical procedures, and collaboration among staff. However, it was found that aspects of family planning (FP) services still needed improvement in terms of access and availability. Overall, Midwife Widiarti's practice has demonstrated a concrete effort in building a sustainable professional work culture and can serve as an example for other midwifery practices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, leadership, and the work environment on organizational commitment at the Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation in Makassar. Multiple regression analysis was used. Sampling was conducted using the Slovin technique, involving 55 respondents from a population of 122 employees. The results indicate that motivation, leadership, and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Motivation has a partial positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, leadership has a partial positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and work environment has a partial positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at the Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation in Makassar.

Abstract

This study, entitled "Analysis of Farming Production Factors in Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi," was conducted in Banti Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. The aim was to determine the significant influence of production factors such as land area, seeds, labor, fertilizer, and pesticides on shallot production in Banti Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. The results showed that land area, seeds, and fertilizer had a positive but insignificant effect on production volume. The results showed that labor and specifications had a negative and insignificant effect on production, but still helped improve the standard of living of farmers. Keywords: Land, seeds, labor, fertilizer, and pesticides.
