Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between private investment, government spending, and economic growth in South Sulawesi Province from 2019 to 2023. The background of this study is based on the general assumption that increased investment and government spending play a significant role in driving regional economic growth. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from official government sources. The analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation tests to determine the extent of the relationship between variables. The results show no significant relationship between private investment and economic growth, nor between government spending and economic growth. Although there is a trend of increasing investment and government spending, this is not directly reflected in changes in the rate of economic growth in the region. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of fiscal and investment policies in the region is highly dependent on the quality of implementation, infrastructure readiness, and cross-sector synergy. Therefore, a policy strategy is needed that focuses not only on the size of the budget or investment value, but also on optimizing its impact on sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio and receivables turnover on return on assets at PT. Dharma Satya Nusantara, Tbk. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. The data sources used are secondary data. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, f-test and t-test. The results of the study show the regression equation Y = -1.85 + 0.05X1 + 0.07X2, coefficient of determination of 19.23%, correlation coefficient of 0.4385. It is concluded that simultaneously the current ratio and receivables turnover have no significant effect on return on assets and partially the current ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on return on assets, while receivables turnover has a positive and insignificant effect on return on assets at PT. Dharma Satya Nusantara, Tbk. So the proposed hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

The Influence of Motivation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Genki Kirana Internusa, Makassar Branch.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Genki Kirana Internusa, Makassar Branch. The data used in this study were qualitative and quantitative. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis, followed by correlation coefficient (r) and determination coefficient (R2) tests, t-tests, and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that both partial and simultaneous tests show a positive and significant effect of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Genki Kirana Internusa, Makassar Branch.

Abstract

Social media has changed the way individuals construct self-image, particularly through posts about physical activities such as exercise. This study aims to analyze the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and lifestyle on self-representation on social media, with exercise activity as a mediating variable. This study used a quantitative, explanatory approach and involved 200 respondents from Generation Z and millennials who actively share exercise activities on Instagram and TikTok. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that FOMO has no direct influence on self-representation, but does have an indirect influence through exercise activity. Conversely, lifestyle has both direct and indirect effects on self-representation. Exercise activity proved to be a significant mediator in shaping digital self-image. These findings confirm that self-representation on social media is not only driven by social pressures such as FOMO, but also by engagement in meaningful, real-life activities. This research contributes to the study of digital consumer behavior, as well as practical implications for lifestyle and community-based marketing strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine (1) the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Raja Multi Sarana in Makassar. (2) the influence of teamwork on employee performance at PT. Raja Multi Sarana in Makassar. (3) the influence of work discipline and teamwork simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Raja Multi Sarana in Makassar. The population in the study were employees of PT. Raja Multi Sarana in Makassar, numbering 48 people. The sample was determined using a saturated sample of 48 respondents. Research data uses primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to employees. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the analysis show that 1. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3. Work discipline and teamwork simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Raja Multi Sarana in Makassar. The large contribution of the influence of work discipline and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Raja Multi Sarana in Makassar is 72.2% while the remaining 27.8% is influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and digital service innovation through the PLN Mobile application on customer satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Mamuju. The research employs a quantitative method with a survey design, involving 100 respondents selected through the Simple Random Sampling technique. Service quality is measured using the SERVQUAL model, encompassing five dimensions: Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. Digital service innovation is assessed through three dimensions: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and User Experience. Data were collected via an online questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results indicate that service quality (p-value < 0.001) and digital service innovation (p-value < 0.001) individually and simultaneously have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 87.3%. The dimensions of Reliability and Empathy from service quality, along with Perceived Ease of Use from digital service innovation, are the dominant factors influencing customer satisfaction. The study recommends enhancing Reliability and Empathy by improving electricity supply reliability and customer care, as well as optimizing the PLN Mobile application to enhance ease of use, particularly for customers with limited digital literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of doctor fulfillment at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, prioritizing the collection of primary and secondary data through interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that while the management of doctor fulfillment at RSUD Nunukan has covered various essential aspects, improvements are still needed in the recruitment system, enhancement of workplace facilities, and the welfare of medical personnel. The main obstacles identified include the lack of incentives, limited medical facilities, as well as geographical challenges and complex bureaucratic procedures. This study provides recommendations to improve the recruitment system, increase incentives for medical personnel, and optimize budget management to better meet the demand for doctors and enhance the quality of healthcare services in the region.

Abstract

The research results show that fraud at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Ventura Syariah fraud occurred in the form of side streaming. Side streaming is a form of fraud, namely customers and/or cooperative members using financing funds that are not in accordance with the financing objectives. Completion of side streaming actions at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Ventura Syariah is very necessary to avoid other risks such as the risk of financing problems and the risk of sharia compliance. The efforts made by PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Ventura Syariah in completing side streaming actions is by persuasive means through administrative control. Permodalan Nasional Madani Ventura Syariah is expected to be able to consistently and optimally carry out the monitoring and coaching process for customers so that the quality of the financing carried out is well maintained so that the financing can run smoothly from the beginning of the application until it is completed according to the agreement.

Abstract

This reaserch aims to determine the effect of competency and professional sceptism towards audit quality with moral reasoning as moderating variable in the Inspectorat South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study was the entire number of auditors of the Inspektorat South Sulawesi Province, while the sample in this study was determined using census technique so that the entire population was used as a sample. The study uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.0 as a software. The result of the research showed that the variables of competency and skepticism professional had positive and significant influence on the audit quality. This means that more competent the auditor and higher the skepticism professional of the auditor, audit quality will increase. It was also found that moral reasoning strengthening the effect of competency and skepticism professional on audit quality.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) To determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Livestock and Animal Health Service of South Sulawesi Province. 2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee work discipline at the Livestock and Animal Health Service of South Sulawesi Province. 3) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Province Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service. 4) To find out the variables that most dominantly influence employee performance at the South Sulawesi Province Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service. The population is 133 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, the entire population is sampled. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance due to problems that often disturb employees at the South Sulawesi Province Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service .
