Abstract

Being creative in developing various media in order to improve children's motor skills is one of the mandatory skills that teachers must have. From birth to the age of six children will develop through educational stimuli that help the growth of children's physical and spiritual development so that children are ready to follow the next level of education .Meronce is a fun thing that can be done by children. With meronce children will assemble from an object into a new work. One example is grinding the seeds of bidara. And the results of meronce bidara can be in the form of necklaces, bracelets or beads. The purpose of this study was to find out how to inculcate aspects of Physical Motoric development in children aged 4-5 years at RAM 112 Miftahul Ulum Sooko. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach utilizing natural materials around us. The results of this study can be concluded that singing skills can improve children's motoric development in the form of small muscles and train the strength and skills of the use of children's fingers. By grinding these bidara seeds, they can hone children's creativity and imagination in their work. So that children can learn in a fun way and add insight into the natural materials around them

Abstract

Cotton Bud Painting is a painting activity using cotton buds or media that can train children's fine motor development aspects, stimulate children's cognitive and social emotional development. This study aims to develop fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years through cotton bud painting activities. The focus of the problems in this study are: 1) How is the implementation of cotton bud painting activities to develop fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years?2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing cotton bud painting activities to develop fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years? This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of cotton bud painting activities was able to develop children's fine motor skills as seen from the observations that children were able to hold cotton buds correctly, placing the right colors in their paintings. 2) The supporting factor in this study is the role of parents who always support activities at school. While the inhibiting factor is the child's lack of interest in participating in learning because learning is always carried out indoors

Abstract

Character values ​​are positive traits, character and personality that are useful for others.The purpose of this study was to describe the activities of inculcating character values ​​through habituation and example of group A at RA Ihyaul Ulum Kedamean Gresik. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been carried out by researchers on the children of group A RA Ihyaul Ulum Kedamean Gresik, that the character values ​​that are observed and are often raised in this educational unit through habituation and example there are 7 characters, namely religious, responsibility, tolerance, discipline, friendly/communicative, peace-loving, and socially caring.

Abstract

Based on preliminary observations made by researchers at RA Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik, it can be concluded that children's cognitive abilities in recognizing numbers, recognizing geometry, and children's ability to recognize colors are still not good enough. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether playing hopschotch modification has an effect on the cognitive development of group A children at RA Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik. This type of research is quantitative experimental method with Pre-Experimental Design which uses a one group pretest-posttest design approach consisting of pretest, treatment, and posttest. This study uses a non-probabilty sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. The sample in this study were all students and students of group A at RA Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik. The results showed that the average value of 38.35 was obtained from the cognitive abilities of children before playing hopschotch modification. Then the average value of 54.59 was obtained from the child's cognitive ability after playing hopschotch modification. Then supported by the results of nonparametric statistics with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.00. It can be concluded that Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) is 0.00 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that playing hopschotch modification has an effect on the cognitive development of group A children at RA Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik.

Abstract

this study aims to determine the effect of paper clay activities on aspects of fine art development in children aged 4-5 years at TK DWP Menganti II Gresik. This research is a quantitative experimental method with a pre-experimental design using a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The population is 27 children in TK DWP Menganti II Gresik by using non probability sampling technique with saturated sampling. The independent variable in this study is paper clay activities, while the dependent variable is the development aspect of fine arts. In this study, the average value 27,81 was obtained from the ability of children before getting to know paper clay activities. Then the average value of 39,33 was obtained from the child’s ability after getting to know paper clay activities. Supported by the acquisition of nonparametric statistical calculations marked with the Wilcoxon signed rank test, the Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value of 0,00 < 0,05 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From these results, it can be stated that paper clay activities affect aspect of fine art development in children aged 4-5 years at TK DWP Menganti II Gresik.

Abstract

Cognitive development is a thought process, namely the individual's ability to relate, assess and consider an event. Cognitive processes are related to the level of intelligence that marks a person with various interests, especially in showing ideas and learning in everyday life. The purpose of this study was to determine factors related to cognitive. In addition, the research design was cross-sectional using a sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The dominant factor related to cognitive development in this study is learning in PAUD. Snakes and ladders game is a popular game among children. Snakes and ladders is a game in the form of a board that is divided into small boxes and several boxes depicting a number of ladders or snakes that connect with other boxes. Usually, this game is played by two or more children. The research to be solved is how to improve children's cognitive abilities through playing snakes and ladders in children. The type of research conducted is direct practical research in the classroom on children.

Abstract

Motor development is an aspect that needs to be considered, one of which is its development in early childhood. Motor development is often a benchmark as evidence that children are growing and developing well. Motor development is a development related to gross and smooth muscles. Gross muscles or what can be called large muscles are body muscles composed of striated muscles that have the function of carrying out activities controlled by the brain. To develop gross motor muscles each can be done by applying traditional games that can make the child's gross motor develop. There are several traditional games that can develop gross motor muscles in children including clogs, gobak sodor, and dancing. Forms of games that prioritize running, jumping, and turning are included in gross motor skills. This often happens in early childhood, because the world of play is very closely related to the development of early childhood today.

Abstract

Language is the only communication tool for children to convey what they feel. Early Childhood Education develops six aspects of children's learning, namely Religious and Moral Values, Social Emotional, Language, Cognitive, Physical Motoric and Art. Language development aspects become the main focus on writing In this article. Games cannot be separated from the world of children. Because by playing children can express their feelings in various models of children's language. Interesting games with various shapes, colors and sounds will make children happy to play them. There are various forms of games language for children such as traditional games, finger puppets, face guessing, storytelling and magic box games. The research method used is a literature review taken from several articles on language development and the practice of children's language games. The purpose of writing this article is for teachers to stimulate language development children with a variety of fun game models an. That way children can be separated from dependence on gadgets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the value of character education in the animated film Riko The Series season 2 episodes 6 to 10. The data were obtained from observations of the film's dialogue script (primary) and articles related to the film (secondary). Based on the observation of the data, the researcher concludes that there are 6 values ​​of character education obtained. The value of character education obtained is the value of trust, religious value, caring value, unyielding value, curiosity, responsibility value.
