Abstract

Measurement system technology is increasing along with the development of digital technology today. Because of this, currently various kinds of measurement tools can be made in digital versions. Likewise, the technology for measuring water pressure in pipes is also made digitally, although there are still many conventional measurements, for example the flow meter that we usually see in housing in general. The purpose of the system being built is to monitor the water pressure sensor nodes installed in various water sources to ensure sufficient compressive power in an effort to push water up to the customers. Each water pressure sensor node can be monitored from the system dashboard in real time. In this paper, the author offers an IoT-based measurement system for microcontroller technology on a smart pressure meter using a water pressure sensor controlled by the NodeMCU and the pressure bar is calculated then the data is sent to the cloud with the GPRS module, then the results will be displayed on the monitoring system dashboard. The implementation of DWM IoT technology is able to monitor pressure in several PDAM nodes by recording data and display pressure data in graphical form on the DWM IoT dashboard

In essence, regional autonomy is given to the people as a legal community unit that is given the authority to regulate and manage its own government affairs given by the central government to the regions and in its implementation is carried out by the regional head and DPRD with the assistance of regional apparatus. The goal of this research is to examine and analyze how indigenous peoples' rights are construed legally on a national and international level, as well as how their protection can be used as a tool for participation in the implementation of regional autonomy. It also aims to produce conclusions about the existence of indigenous peoples' rights in the implementation of regional autonomy.A statutory approach, conceptual approach, historical approach, case approach, and comparative approach are some of the study methods utilized in normative legal research. 25  2The results showed (1) The concept of indigenous peoples in international law and international indigenous law is the main subject of international law, (2) Strictly speaking, there is no recognition and regulation of the rights of indigenous peoples in national legal instruments to develop their existence and culture and involve indigenous peoples in aspects of development programs and projects, (3) The involvement of indigenous peoples in the administration of local government is not yet optimal, including the recognition of customary government organisational structures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the participation and role of the community in planning, implementing development, utilization, and monitoring of public green space. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) In planning Public Open Space, the participation and role of the community is relatively passive so it needs to be motivated by the Cihideung Sub-district through the District MUSRENBANG; (2) Implementation of the development and rearrangement of Public Open Space requires a commitment between the Environmental Service and the community; (3) The benefits of public green open space are tangible and intangible. Public green open space in the four sub-districts of the Cihideung subdistrict is used by the community in a variety of ways according to local wisdom; and 4) Not yet having standard rules regarding the supervision of Public Open Space, the community provides input on the importance of zoning regulations and their designations. The implication of the study is that the role of the community is very important to ensure success in managing green open spaces. Therefore, at every stage of green open space management, from preparation to utilization and monitoring of open space, community participation is absolutely required.

Abstract

No other region has the Village Credit Institution (LPD), a financial institution run by traditional villages, except Bali. The sustainability of LPDs needs to be maintained. Indicators for assessing the health of LPDs can be through financial reports submitted to supervisory institutions in each district/city. Two of the forty LPDs in the Gianyar sub-district (2021) do not submit reports, and many reports do not meet user needs; this is also a common occurrence in other locations. The author raises this matter to be researched from the LPD's internal side, such as understanding accounting, supervisory bodies, use of information technology, leader ethics and HR competency. The questionnaire is completed by all parties involved in the preparation of financial reports, and the author gathers data directly. Researchers tested and found a positive relationship between the use of information technology, leader ethics and HR competency on the quality of the financial reports produced. However, understanding of accounting and regulatory bodies does not show a significant influence.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has become integral to all aspects of modern life. This research examines the relationship between employee competency and the use of a digitalized GIS website for managing customer data, focusing on employees at PDAM Surabaya City. The study involved 100 participants and employed a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and surveys through questionnaires. Findings reveal that while employees generally believe their education and technological skills are well-suited to their job roles and support their performance, there are notable issues with the GIS website's reliability and error management. The high consensus on the need for improvements highlights the importance of ongoing maintenance and user support. Statistical analysis confirms that employee competencies significantly impact the effective use of the GIS website, underscoring the importance of skill development in optimizing digital tool utilization and enhancing organizational efficiency. The research implies that improving employee competencies and addressing technical issues with the GIS website are essential for enhancing its utilization and overall organizational performance.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of social media influencer endorsements on purchase intention while examining the mediating roles of parasocial interaction, possession envy, brand credibility, and brand attractiveness. Social media influencer endorsements have become a prominent marketing strategy for influencing consumer buying decisions, yet there is limited research on the intermediary factors involved. The research employs surveys targeting social media users experienced in influencer endorsements who regularly purchase influencer-recommended products or services. The sample includes diverse respondents across age groups and demographics. Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software is utilized for data analysis. Findings reveal that social media influencer endorsements significantly enhance purchase intention. Parasocial interaction is identified as a mediator in the relationship between influencer endorsements and purchase intention. However, possession envy does not serve as a mediator for social media interactions' influence on purchase intention. In essence, perceived interactions with influencers and feelings of possession envy play pivotal roles in explaining the link between influencer endorsements and purchase intention. Additionally, brand attractiveness and brand credibility act as intermediaries in the impact of social media interactions on purchase intention. This study contributes valuable insights into the dynamics of influencer marketing and its effects on consumer behavior. Keywords: social media influencer endorsements, purchase intention, parasocial interaction, possession envy, brand credibility.
