Abstract

The points of this study are: (1) to decide the impact of engaging quality on pay; (2) To decide the impact of ecotourism esteem on pay; (3) To decide the impact of the appeal and worth of ecotourism on pay. The quantity of exploration tests is 70 respondents, This exploration was led at Jikomalamo Ocean side, Ternate City.The test instrument utilized is various direct relapse investigation (different relapse) involving the factual bundle for social researchers (SPSS) as a measurable test device.In view of the exploration results show that; the engaging quality variable emphatically affects the pay of MSME entertainers at the Jikomalamo Ocean side vacation spot, the Ecotourism Worth variable emphatically affects the pay of MSME entertainers at the Jikomalamo Ocean side vacation spot.  At the same time, the engaging quality and ecotourism esteem factors emphatically affect pay by 24.3%, and that implies that the allure and worth of ecotourism will build the pay of MSME entertainers at the Jikomalamo Ocean side vacation destination.

Abstract

COVID-19 is seen as a hazard to the tourist sector. Knowing visitors' views of pandemic risk can help develop an effective and efficient approach to increasing the volume of visits to Tanjung Lesung. This study investigates the link and impact of perceived risk (health and socio-psychological) and destination image (cognitive and affective images) on destination loyalty mediated by Tourist Satisfaction. This study used a quantitative methodology using non-probability purposive sampling to provide this analysis. The sample analyzed included people who visited Tanjung Lesung, and 150 respondents who fit these criteria were discovered. Using the SEM-PLS method, this investigation's significance level was 5%. The results indicate that perceived risk was found to influence satisfaction also destination loyalty; hence destination image was found not to have a significant influence. From here, tourist industry players and the government may collaborate to strengthen public communication methods to boost the industry's favorable image and overcome crisis.

Abstract

Talking about fraud in Indonesia is endless, negligence can lead to fraud, but this fraud can be controlled early with proper internal controls. Fraud will always exist where there are opportunities and weaknesses. Every effort should be made by the organization to prevent and control fraudulent acts. The government agencies in Bone Bolango is a government organization that implements the Fraud Control Plan control tool. The purpose of this research is to analyze the existence and application of the Fraud Control Plan attributes in the work environment of the organization. The research method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study at government agencies in Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. The results of this study that this government agencies has a good assessment in realizing the performance of Good Governance in the criteria of "Sufficiently adequate" in an indication of a reduction in fraud and an increase in employee performance in the organization. the important value of the presence of fraud control for agencies is the accountability of each attribute value reflects the transparency of each activity. Control of each agency is more controlled and positively directed and further minimizes the occurrence of fraud. The value that can be drawn from this research is the achievements that have been made optimally so that they can be properly maintained, and for elements that have not been fulfilled so that they can be corrected immediately in accordance with local government procedures and policies. The next researcher should consider the other methods used.

Abstract

A well-functioning organization or company requires a capable leader who can effectively motivate and influence the people around them. Numerous leadership models serve as the foundation for appointing leaders in different organizations. For a devout Muslim, the Prophet Muhammad SAW serves as an exemplary leader. This qualitative study, utilizing a literature review method, aims to uncover the leadership traits of the Prophet Muhammad SAW within three leadership models: Charismatic Leadership, Transformational Leadership, and Servant Leadership. Consequently, this research will offer valuable perspectives to the community and aspiring leaders, guiding them in adopting the admirable qualities and behaviors demonstrated by the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

The pandemic of COVID-19 has the impact to the Indonesian government through its Ministry of Education and Culture, wherefrom classroom to online classroom. This study is a collective case study consisting of analysis survey on students’ perceptions of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. 83 students of English Education Department at Universitas Negeri Manado. Their perceptions of their online classroom that will be recorded through a survey. The perceptions are in terms of students’ participation, accessibility, material and assignment delivery, and the use of application in online learning. The results summarized into tables and narrative descriptions. This study identified three major struggles in conducting online learning the result almost a half of them not given positive perception of online learning. Although more than a half the students stated they have trouble with online learning process, such as the bad signals, bored, can’t meet friends, they are not focused on leaning, they don’t understand the material, and they location was not supported for their activity in online learning because they lived in the place like village and hinterland. This study may be able to assist in further related research and become the basis for consideration for the progress and sustainability of the teaching and learning process in the future without harming students, teachers, and also parents.

Abstract

Several factors influence how these decisions are made in making investment decisions, such as demographic and financial literacy. Financial literacy can provide insight into managing personal finances and give the public about formal financial institutions and financial services. Demographic factors such as age, gender, and education can also influence investment decisions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of demographic characteristics, namely gender, faculty and cumulative achievement index (GPA), and financial literacy, on student investment decisions in the city of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok Tangerang, and Bekasi. We conducted this research by distributing questionnaires through Google forms and social media to active students from all universities in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. The number of samples in this study amounted to 130 respondents. The research method uses descriptive statistics, validity, and reliability tests. Then proceed with the classical assumption, normality, heteroscedasticity, and multiple regression analysis tests, namely T-test and F test. The data processing results indicate that gender does not affect student investment decisions while faculty, cumulative achievement index (GPA), and financial literacy significantly influence student investment decisions.   .

Abstract

Village funds management and its accountability reports in Indonesia are very important since it relates directly to many people in villages and deal with significant amount of funds. The accountability of village fund is also beneficial for the sustainability of the local government development. This study tries to deconstruct the accountability of the village funds using samples from eight villages in Tempel district, Sleman regency, Special Province of DI. Yogyakarta. The village heads, village secretaries, members of the village management board, and village treasurers were selected as the main informant. The validity of the data was done by several tests namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. Results indicate that the accountability of village fund management in the observed sample sites covers vertical accountability, horizontal accountability, social accountability and spiritual accountability. This study imply that the ongoing accountability performed by the village fund managers is accountability in the perspective of both the world and the hereafter.

Abstract

In Indonesia the phenomenon of organizational change occurs a lot. Many industrial sectors affected by digitalization. One of them is the banking industry.. These changes occur as a result of the industrial revolution 4.0 or often called the digital era 4.0. This study aims to determine the role of mediators of perceptions of organizational support on banking industry employees on the effect of psychological empowerment on individual readiness to change. The sample used in this study was 149 banking industry employees in particularly who worked as tellers and customer service. The findings indicated that there was a notable impact of psychological empowerment on the individual readiness to embrace change (R2 = 0.206; Sig. = 0.000). When Perceived Organizational Support is added to the moderator variable, R2 coefficient increases to become 0.258; Sig.0.000. which means that Perceived Organizational Support can moderated the relationship between psychological empowerment to individual readiness for change in Indonesia’s banking industry employees. Implication from this study, companies providing feedback related to employee performance provides employee opportunities for career development.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the public can perceive European fast fashion brands, particularly “Primark” by selling very cheap price of clothes and not environmental friendly. The researchers also want to know what suggestions, messages and further actions addressed by our respondents after they know about Primark’s reputation as well as unethical and unsustainable business practice from other brands, including Primark. This research does not only focus on what customers said about their shopping experience in Primark, basically with the European consumers, but we also applied the questions to Indonesian diasporas who have been or currently staying in Europe. To get deeper understanding yet wider range of expected results, we also interviewed some other Indonesian citizens but who have not been to Europe and asked them about their point of view as well as experience in buying fast fashion and sustainable fashion products. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews with 6 Indonesian citizens and 2 European citizens (from Germany and France). Those six Indonesian respondents are divided into three categories: 1 Indonesian diaspora currently in Europe, 2 Indonesians who have been to Europe, and 3 others who are passionate in fashion but have not been visited European countries. A result showed that even Primark has bad reputation in public eyes in the past, especially from European consumers and Indonesian diasporas who have been shopping in Primark, however the brand somehow strategically causing consumers to re-influence their brand. Meanwhile, when sustainability commitment newly announced in recent years by Primark to its customers, it someway does not change consumers’ minds and/or the purchase decision to return to shopping there due to strong influence within society (from reference group, family, friends, role, and social status) that has impacted to the consumers’ attitude toward unethical and unsustainable business practices in fashion industry, especially fast fashion brands.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) play an important role and an asset that must be owned by the organization. This is because HR plays an active role in the process of running an organization to achieve goals. Therefore, optimizing the contribution of employees to the company's mission is very important to maintain effective performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the relationship between servant leadership and work motivation variables with organizational commitment and employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Denpasar. The sample in this study were all permanent employees who worked at several 45 respondents. By using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of the Smart-PLS v.3 programs, the results show that the better the implementation of servant leadership can increase employee commitment to the organization. In addition, it was found that employees who are motivated at work will increase their commitment to the organization. The application of servant leadership is not able to, directly and indirectly, determine employee performance. Other results, increasing employee motivation will improve employee performance, either directly or indirectly through the mediation of organizational commitment. Meanwhile, employee commitment was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
