The purpose of this study is to find variables that influence the traumatic level of Palu earthquake’s victims. From the results of this study using the classification tree method it was found that the main factors that influence traumatic level are gender. Men have lower traumatic level than women. Men who get help from the government have a lower traumatic level than men who do not get help from the government. Women whose house is severely damaged have a higher traumatic level than women whose house is not severely damaged, especially for women who are less than or equal to forty years of age

Education is one of the driving forces for progress in the global community, one of which is through the emergence of innovations. With innovations in various fields of science and knowledge, changes have emerged that can positively impact people's lives. Higher Education, as one of the places of development of science, is a very appropriate place to develop innovations, both in the technological and social fields. Abstract

This study aims to reveal the sensibility and the sociocultural practice of the KCJ cyber community in a multicultural space. This research uses digital ethnographic methods to reveal the cultural practices of cyber societies and cultural productions born from their new habits. Indirectly, the impact of alleviating society from the digital divide led them to sociocultural change. The KCJ community entered into a hybrid space. The online activities of the KCJ community form a local-multimedia sensibility, both of a general nature such as limited internet access by looking at the world globally or explicitly using the Internet as a medium of interaction and communication with only a limited community. In practice, KCJ's sensibility as a multimedia society mingles with the traditional sensibility that social practices still follow local customs, values, and norms.

Abstract

Understanding personality development of entrepreneurs is important in current entrepreneurial research. Previous studies have mentioned some perspectives towards a scientific understanding of entrepreneurship, through identification and in-depth examination of personality characteristics. These studies show that individual's function as a totality of personal characteristics (which involve biological, psychological, and cultural levels related to personal narratives) is needed. Some experts point out that success can be explained in the dynamics of the daily journey of the business persons than in trying to explain them into personality categories. The growth of entrepreneurial personality can be understood in accordance with the identity of the community and local culture. The wholeness of a person being an entrepreneur is a process of forming and revealing the development of an entrepreneurial personality. Personality growth will be revealed along the journey of life, following the same pattern in a narrative life story that is influenced by socio-cultural aspects. These patterns can be expressed in archetype. Entrepreneurs also share a set of cultural and social values, some of which are based on the values held by the community. However, research on entrepreneurial personality as a whole in the context of Indonesian culture, is still needed This study aims to look at entrepreneurship as the dynamic’s perspective of the personality narrative life stories and archetype of the cultural context in Indonesia. In addition, this study seeks non-economic factors, such as entrepreneurial personality and culture, affect the dynamics of the performance of a startup business. Through the study of archetype theory and narrative life story, it can be proposed a measuring tool that can explain the concept of entrepreneurial archetype personality in the Indonesian context. This archetype personality measurement tool uses a life story perspective that sees the dynamics of entrepreneurial journey as an archetype hero journey

Abstract

Land is an important part especially for the poor because land is able to provide opportunities for the poor to get out of poverty. Land redistribution is one of the policies aimed at reducing poverty levels. This study uses a literature study and descriptive statistic to see the effect of Land reform in the form of land redistribution on poverty. Based on the results of reviews of previous studies, it was found that most concluded that land redistribution had a negative effect on poverty levels. Studies conducted in Indonesia related to land redistribution confirm the results that land redistribution can reduce poverty levels through increasing income from production in the agricultural sector and access to credit. This implies that land redistribution is the right policy to reduce poverty so that it needs to be increased both in terms of number and accuracy of target recipients. Keywords: Poverty.
