Maritime tourism is a leading sector. However, tourist visits fluctuate. Variables that are suspected to be the cause of the fluctuating number of visits are because they have not been able to create perceived value, and the destination image is not optimal. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perceived value on destination image in the tourist destination of Bair Island. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire to 223 respondents (tourists) who are currently and have traveled to Bair Island. With a SEM (structural equation model) analysis tool using the lisrel program. The results of the descriptive research show that the destination image that they have is only good. While the results of the verification research show that the variables studied have a significant effect.

This study aims to describe the learning style of accounting students in the 4.0 industrial revolution era which is seen from the meaning of 4.0 Industrial Revolution Era and revealing that meaning to the learning style of accounting students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenology approach to reveal the meaning of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution Era so as not to interfere with other perceptions outside the subject's self. The subjects in this study were four accounting students. The research data was collected using interview methods, documentation, and observation. The results of this study conclude that the meaning of the industrial revolution 4.0 era for accounting students is a time when all information can be easily obtained without any space and time limits. According to accounting students, this era greatly influenced their learning styles, because with this era the way to get the latest material and information about the subjects can be done very easily anywhere and anytime.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of managerial ownership and firm size on debt policy in the perspective of agency theory. This research uses industrial samples of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012 until 2016. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling and data collection techniques are panel data (cross section and time series). While the analysis tool used in this research is panel data regression with fixed effect model (FEM) approach. Based on the test results show that managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on debt policy. Company size has a negative but insignificant effect on debt policy. With the transformation of the industrial economy into a science-based economy, the notion of assets has altered. Intellectual capital is the foundation of a science-based economy. Intellectual capital may also be defined as a management technique utilized by a company to produce money and accomplish results. To accomplish the success of women entrepreneurs in the city of Medan, business actors may use resources such as human capital, and business actors can hire competent and knowledgeable workers to boost the company's performance. Social capital is a rich source of knowledge that helps individuals to find various goal combinations while developing a new product or service for a specific market. This study's population consists of MSME Women Entrepreneurs in Medan City. The study sample consisted of 62 persons who were registered with the Medan City Trade Office. Multiple Linear Regression is a data analysis approach. The goal of this study was to examine the impact of Human Capital and Social Capital on Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition of Medan City's Women MSME Entrepreneurs. Rawa Pening Lake is a natural lake that offers a beautiful tourist destination with various kinds of food and souvenirs of Rawa Pening Lake in which these products become the superior products of the community and Local Government of Semarang Regency. Rawa Pening Lake does not only present natural beauty scenery but also provides various aquatic animals that bring economic welfare. By managing the potencies of natural resources while preserving ecosystem of the environment and the lake as well; then the community may obtain their welfare economically, socially, and culturally. This research will describe efforts of the community of Rawa Pening Lake in improving their economic and in developing tourism area of Rawa Pening Lake as the commodity for their welfare. This research uses qualitative method by using data collection technique through in-depth interview and involved observation. The community of Rawa Pening Lake becomes the main subject in the data collection. The research result shows that the dynamics of Rawa Pening Lake community in social, economic, and cultural life have important roles in realizing the improvement of economic and tourism in Rawa Pening Lake area. Community empowerment in entrepreneurship and tourism has increased the numbers of tourists who visit Rawa Pening Lake. Local culture and wisdom of the local community have supported tourism and entrepreneurship which in turns improve community welfare.

This paper aims to discuss the identification of a strategic group model in the textile industry in Indonesia. Strategic Group is a group of companies that compete in an industry by applying the same strategies (Porter 1979). This study explores the strategic group that reflects a group of companies engaged in the textile industry in Indonesia that using similar competition strategies and approaches to maintain their market positions in an industry. The study identifies PT. Sunson Textile Manufacture, Tbk is one of the players in the textile industry in Indonesia. The company produced various textile products such as yarn and cotton woven fabrics. The research method used is a case study that aims to expose information on research objects accurately by delivering the content in a structured and accurate manner. This case study research method is also used to describe a strategy used by companies as a strategy to deal with competition in industrial groups. The results of the study show the market leader holds the highest product sales using similar strategies with its main competitors in industry through its various product variants. However, even having many product variants does not guarantee the sale of products produces the highest value. Keywords: Strategic group, SWOT analysis, case study, textile industry

Inflation is one of the most widely tested economic variables both theoretically and empirically. Stable inflation is a sign that sustainable economic growth provides benefits for improving people's welfare. This study aims to analyze the impact of Covid-19 on volatility inflation in Indonesian. The method used in this study is the ARIMA model. The results of this study are the ARMA (1.1.0) model suitable for testing inflation volatility in Indonesia. Forecasting results show that inflation over the next 5 months or until December 2022 tends to decrease. From the prediction results, the policy that can be applied to business sector actors is to carry out operational (marketing) activities carried out with an online system. The next policy that can be applied to companies is tax relaxation and easy access to credit to banks. Finally, the policies that can be applied due to the decline in commodity prices in the food and beverage and tobacco sectors are capital assistance and production equipment assistance for business actors.Keywords: Volatility, Inflation, ARIMA, COVID19, Forecasting

Ethical behavior is defined as behavior that adheres to universally accepted societal norms in regards to right and good activities. This ethical behavior can influence the quality of individuals (workers) who are influenced by external variables that create principles that are lived in the shape of behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the ethical behavior of educator accountants at private universities in North Sumatra. The population in this study were all accounting lecturers who teach at private universities in North Sumatra. While the number of samples in the study was a sample of 206 educator accountants. Questionnaires and interviews are used to collect data, and multiple linear regression is used to analyze it. The findings revealed that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence all had a partial and simultaneous impact on the ethical behavior of educator accountants at private colleges in North Sumatra.

Lazada Group is a Southeast Asian e-commerce company founded in 2012 by Rocket Internet. Alibaba Group was bought Lazada’s controlling stake to support Alibaba's expansion plans in Southeast Asia in April 2016. The unwisely decision making was made the management of Lazada was not performing well. The controlling stake of Alibaba in Lazada has been led to a massive shake-up of the internal culture of Lazada. The people in Lazada may change in their behaviours, mentalities and attitudes along with the systems and processes that introduced by Alibaba Group even though the internal organization and structures are remaining the same. The dynamics of how people will change within the company will be interesting not only for the current employees themselves, but also ex-employees and long-serving customers.

This paper describes the relationship of online transportation circulating in the middle of Malang society which has been predisposing on the mobility or the movement of Malang residents in dailytime and the reciprocity when it’s affects the ability of the Malang residents to pay attention to this online transportation. Study in this field tend to the problem of consumer habits in conducting consumption activities on spending the sale value of online transportation services. In this analysis there are variables that affect this as customer experience, brand loyalty, disruption from conventional to non-conventional and custom-in-decision. The purposes of this study are providing description and the right policy direction in responding lifestyle changes that can be spelled out complexly and very global both to the policy makers and the general public. The population of this study is the online transport consumer in Malang with a sample of all statistical data about online transport and public opinion. The analytical technique that the writer used is qualitative descriptive method which is useful to give and explain facts and data. Communities in mobilization need tools where they want to be fast and precise with perfect quality because today's digital age demands us to be more adaptive and more innovative to survive each other, especially in the daily activities that are assisted by online transport. This online transportation has even fundamentally shaped the society's influential consumption behavior in its daily life in mobilizing to meet its needs.
