Jurnal Dedikasia: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat (e-ISSN : 2798-0715 | p-ISSN : 2798-1290) is a journal which published by Rumah Jurnal Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bukittinggi, West Sumatera Indonesia. It specializes in research on the Engagement and empowerment of Muslim society from the perspective of social welfar. Abstract

Data empirise di Kecamatan Kamang Mudiak menunjukkan rendahnya kompetensi guru dengan persentase 54,77%. Kemudian, masih banyak guru yang belum paham dengan teknologi digital yaitu 97,5% guru. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan pelatihan pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran yang praktis menggunakan AI “Copilot”. Tahapan atau metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan mitra, pengaturan waktu kegiatan, melakukan pretest, transfer ilmu tentang perkembangan IPTEK dan tuntutan guru harus melek teknologi, pelatihan pembuatan rancangan pembelajaran yang praktis menggunakan Copilot, pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran yang praktis, dan pelatihan pembuatan bahan evaluasi menggunakan  Copilot. Berdasarkan hasil pretest angket yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pelatihan tentang kompetensi guru yaitu 77 % dan untuk kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan AI yaitu 69 %. Selanjutnya hasil angket postest dari kegiatan pelatihan untuk kompetensi guru yaitu 97 % dan untuk penggunaan AI yaitu 95 %. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dari guru dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran yang praktis menggunakan AI “Copilot”. Empirical data in Kamang Mudiak District shows low teacher competency with a percentage of 54.77%. Then, there are still many teachers who do not understand digital technology, namely 97.5% of teachers. The solution to overcome this problem is through training in making practical learning devices using AI "Copilot". The stages or methods in this activity are by collaborating with partners, arranging activity times, conducting pretests, transferring knowledge about the development of science and technology and the demands of teachers to be technology literate, training in making practical learning designs using Copilot, training in making practical learning media, and training in making evaluation materials using Copilot. Based on the results of the pretest questionnaire conducted in the training activities on teacher competency, namely 77% and for teacher ability in using AI, namely 69%. Furthermore, the results of the posttest questionnaire from the training activities for teacher competency were 97% and for the use of AI, namely 95%. The results of this activity are expected to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers in making practical learning devices using AI "Copilot".

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted at MAS Yati to enhance education quality through training on Augmented Reality (AR) technology, development of interactive learning media, and implementation of innovative teaching methods. The training equipped educators and students with technical skills to utilize AR for creating engaging, contextual, and applicative learning experiences. The results showed an improvement in understanding and skills among both educators and students, expected to positively impact the learning process at MAS Yati. This activity was supported by Universitas Adzkia and MAS Yati through facilities and various other forms of assistance. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di MAS Yati untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui pelatihan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR), pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif, dan penerapan metode pembelajaran inovatif. Pelatihan ini membekali pendidik dan peserta didik dengan keterampilan teknis dalam memanfaatkan AR untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menarik, kontekstual, dan aplikatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan, baik dari pendidik maupun peserta didik, yang diharapkan memberikan dampak positif bagi proses pembelajaran di MAS Yati. Kegiatan ini didukung oleh Universitas Adzkia dan MAS Yati melalui penyediaan fasilitas dan bantuan lainnya.

Abstract

The importance of knowledge about balanced nutrition is increasing among adolescents, because adolescence is a critical phase for forming a healthy diet that will later have an impact on long-term health. However, the low understanding of the principles of balanced nutrition guidelines is still a challenge among adolescents. This community service activity aims to improve knowledge of balanced nutrition among adolescents at Alwashliyah 1 Private High School, Medan City. The method used is lectures and discussions, involving 30 adolescents at Alwashliyah 1 Private High School, Medan City, carried out in June-July 2024. The stages of the activity include preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Data were analyzed descriptively to see age and gender and tested using a paired t-test to assess differences in knowledge before and after nutrition education. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge of balanced nutrition after the intervention (p <0.05). The conclusion of this community service activity shows that balanced nutrition education through lecture and discussion methods is effective in improving adolescent knowledge about balanced nutrition. Pentingnya pengetahuan tentang gizi seimbang semakin meningkat di kalangan remaja, karena masa remaja merupakan fase kritis untuk membentuk pola makan sehat yang nantinya berdampak pada kesehatan jangka panjang. Namun, rendahnya pemahaman tentang prinsip pedoman gizi seimbang masih menjadi tantangan di kalangan remaja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi seimbang pada remaja di SMA Swasta Alwashliyah 1 Kota Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi, melibatkan 30 remaja di SMA Swasta Alwashliyah 1 Kota Medan, dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2024. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk melihat usia dan jenis kelamin dan diuji menggunakan paired t-test untuk menilai perbedaan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pendidikan gizi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan gizi seimbang setelah intervensi (p<0,05). Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan gizi seimbang melalui metode ceramah dan diskusi efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja mengenai gizi seimbang.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a very important role in economic growth in Indonesia.  MSMEs are referred to as part of the national economy that is independent and has great potential in order to prosper the community. One type of MSME that is growing rapidly today is pharmacies. However, due to the lack of knowledge of partners in recording inventory, partners have difficulty recording inventory. Even though Inventory is a very important element in the Trading Business. This service is here to overcome this problem by providing socialization about inventory recording in accordance with the ESME SAK and creating an inventory recording program based on the Excel Application to make it easier for Partners to record inventory. The results of this service activity show positive results where after socialization partners can record inventory properly according to the current ESME SAK. Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia.  UMKM disebut sebagai bagian dari perekonomian nasional yang mandiri dan memiliki potensi besar dalam rangka mensejahterakan masyarakat. Salah satu jenis UMKM yang berkembang pesat saat ini adalah apotek. Namun, karena kurangnya pengetahuan mitra dalam mencatat persediaan, mitra mengalami kesulitan dalam mencatat persediaan. Padahal Persediaan merupakan elemen yang sangat penting dalam usaha dagang. Pengabdian ini hadir untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang pencatatan persediaan sesuai dengan SAK EMKM dan membuat program pencatatan persediaan berbasis Aplikasi Excel untuk memudahkan Mitra dalam mencatat persediaan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan hasil positif dimana setelah sosialisasi mitra dapat mencatat persediaan dengan baik sesuai SAK EMKM saat ini.

Abstract

This service activity aims to educate and motivate the santris of RQ Azmuna always to maximize all the potential available to memorize the Quran. This Quran House, located in Pematang Berangan Village, Rokan Hulu Regency, is important in grounding the Quran for the local community. Especially students who study in the capital city of the Regency are able to take RQ Azmuna as a place to live as well as a place to memorize the Quran. In today's digital era, utilizing the digital Qur'an is an alternative tip that can be used to memorize the Qur'an. The technique used in this service is the gradual delivery of material, training, as well as practice from the students of the Quran House. Living in an environment that has been conditioned by the life of the Quran, it becomes an easy trigger for someone to interact more intensely with the Quran. In the Rumah Quran, the students can synergize and help each other to strengthen memorization. This article describes how the students step if they want to repeat memorization while they are not near a muhafizh teacher or friend. The presence of a muhafizh teacher is very meaningful for memorizers, the absence of a muhafizh teacher sometimes reduces their enthusiasm in memorizing the Qur'an. This article presents an alternative solution for memorizers who do not have a muhafizh teacher. The Ayat application can be used as a medium for memorizers. The use of applications is considered effective for memorizers at the college level.

Abstract

Bahan ajar harus disusun secara sistematis, interaktif, menarik dan bermakna yang memungkinkan siswa dapat belajar secara mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) Melaksanakan Lokakarya Penyusunan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Ethical Dilemma Tri N Menggunakan Aplikasi Digibook Bagi Guru-Guru SMKN 1 Kepulauan Mentawai. 2) Menghasilkan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Ethical Dilemma Tri N Menggunakan Aplikasi Digibook karya guru-guru SMKN 1 Kep. Mentawai. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan selama satu tahun dalam bentuk lokakarya dengan 6 (enam) metode rangkaian kegiatan Pre-tes, Ekspos, Analisis, Tutorial, Kerja kelompok, Presentasi Hasil, Pos-tes. Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa perlunya dilakukan penguatan kompetensi guru terutama dalam merancang bahan ajar digital yang sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum merdeka di tingkat SMK. Melalui kegiatan lokakarya yang dilakukan secara daring dan luring guru-guru didampingi untuk mampu menggunakan aplikasi digibook dalam mencari sumber belajar. Kemudian, dilakukan pendampingan dengan membentuk komitmen guru melalui fakta integritas untuk dapat menghasilkan sebuah bahan ajar atau buku teks berISBN.   Teaching materials must be arranged in a systematic, interactive, interesting and meaningful manner that allows students to learn independently. This service activity aims to; 1) Carrying out a Workshop on Preparing Teaching Materials Based on the Tri N Ethical Dilemma Using the Digibook Application for Teachers of SMKN 1 Mentawai Islands. 2) Produce Tri N Ethical Dilemma Based Teaching Materials Using the Digibook Application created by SMKN 1 Kep teachers. Mentawai. This service activity is carried out for one year in the form of a workshop with 6 (six) methods, a series of activities: Pre-test, Expose, Analysis, Tutorial, Group work, Presentation of Results, Post-test. The results of the Community Service Activities show that it is necessary to strengthen teacher competence, especially in designing digital teaching materials that are in accordance with the demands of the independent curriculum at the vocational school level. Through workshop activities conducted online and offline, teachers are assisted in being able to use the digibook application to search for learning resources. Then, assistance is provided by forming teacher commitment through integrity facts to be able to produce teaching materials or textbooks with ISBN.

Abstract

Advancing to the national level in the National Science Olympiad (OSN) is a significant challenge faced by many schools, given the tight competition and high standards of ability that must be achieved by students to compete at that level. SMAN 1 Tualang, as one of the leading high schools in Siak Regency, has consistently succeeded in sending its students to the provincial level every year. However, in the field of biology, students still face difficulties in continuing the competition to the national level. The purpose of this coaching and training activity is to prepare students to face the OSN with adequate knowledge and skills to be able to compete at the national level. This activity is carried out through the method of providing direct material and discussing questions using the drilling method. The results of this activity show an increase in students' ability to solve OSN questions in the field of biology, which can be seen from the increase after coaching and training with an N-gain value of 0.58, which is included in the moderate category. Thus, this activity is effective in improving students' readiness to face the national science Olympiad and is recommended to be implemented continuously for more optimal results. Melaju ke tingkat nasional dalam Olimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN) merupakan tantangan signifikan yang dihadapi oleh banyak sekolah, mengingat persaingan yang ketat dan tingginya standar kemampuan yang harus dicapai oleh peserta didik untuk bersaing di jenjang tersebut. SMAN 1 Tualang, sebagai salah satu SMA unggulan di Kabupaten Siak, berhasil secara konsisten mengirimkan siswanya ke tingkat provinsi setiap tahun. Namun, pada bidang biologi, siswa masih menghadapi kesulitan untuk melanjutkan kompetisi ke jenjang nasional. Tujuan dari kegiatan pembinaan dan pelatihan ini adalah untuk mempersiapkan siswa-siswi menghadapi OSN dengan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai agar mampu bersaing di tingkat nasional. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui metode pemberian materi secara langsung dan pembahasan soal menggunakan metode drilling. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal OSN bidang biologi, yang terlihat dari peningkatan setelah pembinaan dan pelatihan dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,58 termasuk kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan siswa dalam menghadapi Olimpiade sains nasional dan direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan untuk hasil yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Violence prevention in schools is very important to create a safe atmosphere for students. Strengthening digital literacy is essential as a preventive measure against verbal violence. The method used in this service  includes lectures, training, and assistance in utilizing digital media as an educational tool. the results of the activity, teachers and students understanding of the impact of violence and how to prevent it will increase, as well as increasing teachers understanding of technology with the output is infographics. The schools can effectively protect children from violence. Pencegahan kekerasan di sekolah sangat penting untuk menciptakan suasana aman bagi siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan literasi digital sebagai upaya pencegahan kekerasan verbal. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan yang meliputi ceramah, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pemanfaatan media digital sebagai sarana edukasi. Hasil pada kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman guru dan siswa tentang dampak kekerasan, cara pencegahan, dan pemahaman guru dalam pemanfaatan teknologi yang dibuktikan dengan luaran berupa infografis. Dengan demikian, sekolah dapat secara efektif melindungi siswa dari kekerasan.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the skills of the students of Pondok Pesantren Al-Muhajirin III Jombang in preparing a Cost Budget Plan (RAB) based on the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) using Microsoft Excel. This training is motivated by the limited understanding of santri in financial management and technical preparation of transparent and accountable budgets. The training method combines theoretical learning and practical application, covering important steps in budgeting, GCG principles: transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness, as well as the use of Excel for efficient and accurate financial analysis. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills, enabling them to create detailed and precise budgets in accordance with GCG principles. The program effectively prepared the students to face real-world financial management challenges and emphasized the importance of ethical and professional budget planning. Future initiatives should include ongoing training and long-term mentoring to strengthen the integration of GCG principles in various financial and business contexts. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan santri Pondok Pesantren Al-Muhajirin III Jombang dalam menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) berbasis prinsip Good Corporate Governance (GCG) menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Pelatihan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan pemahaman santri dalam manajemen keuangan dan teknis penyusunan anggaran yang transparan dan akuntabel. Metode pelatihan ini menggabungkan pembelajaran teoritis dan aplikasi praktis, yang mencakup langkah-langkah penting dalam penyusunan anggaran, prinsip-prinsip GCG yakni transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, kemandirian, dan keadilan, serta penggunaan Excel untuk analisis keuangan yang efisien dan akurat. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, sehingga memungkinkan mereka untuk membuat anggaran yang rinci dan tepat sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip GCG. Program ini secara efektif mempersiapkan para siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan manajemen keuangan di dunia nyata dan menekankan pentingnya perencanaan anggaran yang etis dan profesional. Inisiatif di masa depan harus mencakup pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pendampingan jangka panjang untuk memperkuat integrasi prinsip-prinsip GCG dalam berbagai konteks keuangan dan bisnis.

Abstract

Capitalism doesn't just impact women but also men. It has even conquered religion and commodified religious symbols. It can infiltrate religious symbols and transform them from within while offering the concept of "pious yet trendy" or 'worship yes, trendy yes.' Lifestyle and fashion have become inseparable parts of modern society. It's not just about the cover but the essence. This can be seen through the numerous trending models at the moment, leading many young people or teenagers to emulate their clothing styles. The purpose of this writing is to help us understand the difference between lifestyle and fashion in the past and today, as lifestyle and fashion have become integral parts of modern society. The research method used is library research. The research results show the existence of silent social preferences adopted by society, replacing old values.
