Jurnal Dedikasia: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat (e-ISSN : 2798-0715 | p-ISSN : 2798-1290) is a journal which published by Rumah Jurnal Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Bukittinggi, West Sumatera Indonesia. It specializes in research on the Engagement and empowerment of Muslim society from the perspective of social welfar. The interdisciplinary approach to communities study are used as a method to discuss and overcome current reality or social community issues. Pada situasi pandemi covid-19, pembelajaran di sekolah dilakukan secara online. Ini merupakan tantangan bagi guru untuk bisa beradaptasi dengan cepat dan menemukan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang muncul pada pembelajaran. Pembelajaran secara online memerlukan kecakapan dalam pemanfaatan IPTEK, misalnya dalam menyiapkan media. Penggunaan media video animasi untuk peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar sangat efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Selain itu dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa mengikuti pembelajaran secara daring. Permasalahan yang muncul pada pembelajaran daring adalah guru-guru kesulitan dalam membuat video pembelajaran animasi. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah membantu guru-guru membuat media berupa video beranimasi dengan smartphone dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Kindmaster. Metode yang digunakan adalah presentasi, demonstrasi, praktek dan penugasan. Kegiatannya meliputi penjelasan tentang media, alat yang dibutuhkan, proses perekaman dan edit video. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru mampu membuat video pembelajaran yang menarik dengan baik.

Writing scientific articles is closely related to the references used. The arrangement of references in a scientific article indicates that the article is written based on relevant sources. The current problem faced by teachers in writing scientific articles is the inability to manage references using Mendeley. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct reference management training using Mendeley in writing scientific articles. This activity aims to make it easier for teachers to do citations from various existing reference sources. The activity was carried out for MGMP SMP Negeri Pekanbaru. Participants in this training amounted to 25 teachers spread throughout the city of Pekanbaru. The training method used is in the form of guided guidance. Based on the results and discussion of the activities carried out, it can be concluded that the reference management training using the Mendeley application to write scientific articles for MGMP SMP Negeri Pekanbaru is very effective. The effectiveness of this activity is due to an increase in intelligence in more specific aspects, such as increasing participants' understanding and skills in managing references using the Mendeley application. With Mendeley, teachers can streamline and document several reference sources easily. In addition, Mendeley is also very helpful for teachers in writing scientific articles to be published in the Open Journal System (OJS). Overall, it can be stated that this activity plays an important role for teachers because it can effectively improve the professional competence of teachers in facing future challenges.

Dalam berorganisasi, ilmu manejemen sangat dibutuhkan bagi pengurus yang akan menjalankan roda organisasi. Hal itu disebabkan kesuksesan suatu organisasi didukung oleh sejauh mana kapasitas pimpinanan dan anggota dalam mengatur organisasi yang dikelolalnya. Sebenarnya, dalam ilmu manejemen terdapat beberapa fungsi pengelolaan yang mesti diterapkan, yaitu fungsi planning (merencanakan), fungsi organizing (pengorganisasian), fungsi directing (menggerakan) dan fungsi controling (pengawasan). Dalam pelaksanannya, empat fungsi manajemen ini sangat dibutuhkan sehingga dengan menjalankan empat fungsi manajemen tersebut maka apa yang menjadi tujuan organisasi akan dapat tercapai. Terkhusus kapasitas kesekretariatan, memegang peran penting dalam menata berbagai administrasi dalam organisasi OSIS serta surat menyurat yang diperlukan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berupa tanya jawab dan studi kasus sehingga tidak terjadi kebosanan di kalangan peserta pelatihan

This service activity aims to equip primary teacher education students who will carry out practical field experience in schools and madrasas on how to compose and develop online and offline learning tools. The ability to develop learning tools is a very important thing that must be mastered by prospective teachers. This mentoring activity method is carried out online using the zoom application with 80 participants. The approach used is the lecture method, meaning that the material is explained first and then followed by a question and answer session. The result of this mentoring activity is that there are still student teacher candidates who will carry out practical field experience who have not been able to develop and develop learning tools, especially developing the latest single sheet lesson plan. Based on the results of these mentoring activities, it can be concluded that: there are still some practical field experience students who do not know the latest policies regarding the use of one-sheet lesson plans in schools and are still unable to prepare lesson plans properly and correctly according to the standard of the learning process. From these conclusions, the authors recommend: to prospective practical field experience students to improve literacy before going to school and to Lecturers who are in charge of Learning Planning courses in conducting comprehensive evaluations

Indonesia is intensively innovating in the world of education. Freedom to learn has become an innovation that has been hotly discussed since 2019. One of the updated policies in the independence of learning is the teacher's lesson plan. Through independent learning the lesson plans which previously consisted of hundreds of pages were made slimmer, namely one sheet. This curriculum is very effective and efficient, Some elementary schools in the Baso Agam sub-district are not ready to implement this curriculum and most teachers do not understand the form of one-sheet lesson plans applied explicitly to elementary schools. The purpose of this activity is to optimize the strengthening of teacher pedagogic competencies in implementing the independent learning curriculum at the Baso PAI KKG. The action was carried out using the training method. This training activity positively impacts Baso PAI KKG teachers, teachers are more ready to implement the free learning curriculum and teachers' academic competence in the lesson plands for free learning is more optimal. Because 28.6% chose very well, 55.4% chose a good level of understanding of the training on preparing 1 sheet lesson plans, and 58.9% said they were able to, and 26.8% said they were very able to explain it back to other teachers.

The issue in the realm of education today is after the corona virus pandemic which expects the government to take steps forward in defeating the spread of the corona virus in the field of education. The government implements the implementation of home learning programs through online-based classes or commonly referred to as online. However, now that the corona virus pandemic is starting to subside, the government concludes that teaching and learning activities can be carried out directly which is generally called the implementation of offline learning. This study aims to determine the effect of tutoring at RUMAH CALISTUNG on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Kereng Bangkirai, Palangka Raya City. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study were 30 fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kereng Bangkirai, Palangka Raya City. This study uses a method consisting of observation, documentation and tests. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of tutoring on student learning outcomes, this is proven by the results of the first cycle only 40% of the 70% target is completed. This shows that only 12 students have completed out of 30 students in the learning evaluation. After making improvements and adjustments to the implementation of extra learning outside of school hours in the second cycle, there was an increase to 96.7% which was completed. This shows that from 30 students only 1 student has not completed the evaluation of learning outcomes. It can be concluded that tutoring at CALIStung House can be a program to further develop student learning outcomes

Program GEMBIRA ini merupakan salah satu program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di Desa Jago dalam rangka menumbuh kembangkan minat dan motivasi para pemuda, remaja dan pelajar untuk gemar belajar bahasa Inggris dan Arab. Gerakan ini dilatar belakangi oleh realita potensi yang dimiliki oleh Desa Jago dalam bentuk aset lembaga pendidikan yang begitu banyak di satu sisi, namun tidak dibarengi oleh kesadaran akan pentingnya pembelajaran dan penguasaan bahasa asing (Inggris dan Arab) di sisi yang lain. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kondisi sosial-kemasyarakatan masyarakat Desa Jago Kecamatan Praya, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, NTB, dan mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan program “Gerakan Melek Bahasa Inggris dan Arab” (GEMBIRA) di Desa tersebut.Dengan menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research), penulis beserta Tim mencoba untuk terlibat aktif dengan ikut berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam pelaksaan program GEMBIRA ini. Program ini terindikasi cukup berhasil terlihat dari tingginya antusiasme pemuda, remaja, maupun para peserta didik mengikuti program pembelajaran yang dikemas menggunkan berbagai metode yang telah dipilih seperti bernyanyi dan bermain. Setiap sore para peserta didik selalu bersemangat menunggu untuk diajarkan kembali mufrodat atau kosa kata baru dengan metode yang membuat mereka mudah memahami dan mengingatnya. Setiap kali Tim ke lokasi TPQ, maka akan terdengar beberapa orang anak yang sedang bernyanyi mufrodat yang diajarkan sebelumnya, sambil mengingat-ingat dengan temannya.

The Quran became an identity for the Islamic community because the Quran was the principal source of law in Islam. The ability to read the Quran is one of the benchmarks for understanding the content of the Quran. The ability to read the Quran for sharia faculty students has become a must, good and correct reading quality following the rules of tajweed science is an identity for sharia faculty students, even students who have not been able to read the Quran will be sanctioned in the form of not being able to take part in the thesis trial. This guidance is carried out to see and improve students' ability to read the Quran and provide guidance for those who have not been able to read the Quran well. The method used in this research is Participatory Action Research (PAR) because in this study the researcher is directly involved in coaching activities. This coaching is carried out for one month with a duration of 16 face-to-face meetings with the number of fostered participants reaching 20 students. The results of this guidance illustrate that Constitutional Law students have increased in learning using the tilawat method. The increase can be seen from the value obtained during the pre-test and post-test. this method is very suitable for learning the Quran because this method combines the science of recitation, makhroj, and recitations by following the science of recitation. The stages used in this coaching method consist of 3 stages; first, learning makhroj; second, learning recitation; third, recitations. While the coaching model is in the form of a class with the classical method, namely the teacher reads the student's following.

Zakat hasil pertanian berbeda dengan zakat harta lainnya. Pada zakat hasil pertanian tidak disyaratkan terpenuhinya satu tahun (haul), melainkan disyaratkan hanya setelah panen, sebab ini merupakan zakat hasil bumi atau hasil pengolahan bumi. Rumusan Permasalahan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah bagaimana cara mahasiswa KKN-PPM Terpadu memberikan pemahaman terhadap petani sadar zakat kepada petani yang masih berpikiran awam.Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberitahukan kepada petani mengenai kewajiban mengeluarkan zakat. Manfaat pengabdian masyarakat ini secara teoritis untuk mengembangkan dan menambah ilmu pengetahuan serta wawasan di bidang zakat hasil pertanian, secara praktis bermanfaat sebagai bahan pertimbanagn dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat sadar zakat hasil pertanian. Jenis pengabdian masyarakat berbasis riset bersifat pengabdian partisipatoris dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan, observasi dan dokumentasi lalu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berbasis partisipatoris. Berdasarkan analisis akhir pengabdian masyarakat tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan tentang Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Sadar Zakat Hasil Pertanian di Jorong Koto Baru, Nagari Aie Dingin masih minim pemahaman masyarakat mengenai zakat hasil pertanian. Hal ini dikerenakan masih ditemui masyarakat belum memahami cara membayar zakat pertanian yang efektif dan efisien. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan maka pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat akan zakat pertanian dapat meningkat.
