Abstract

The aim of this PKM activity is to create learning activities about organic waste processing that are interesting and fun for students through eco enzyme making activities which will be carried out from 20 October 2023 to 25 November 2023. This eco enzyme making activity goes through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The methods used at this planning stage are observation, interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The implementation stages are carried out by implementing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) that has been created. The evaluation stage is carried out by reflecting on the plans that have been made and the implementation that has been carried out. The results of this activity show that there has been an increase in the knowledge of Johar Baru Kindergarten students and educators in Central Jakarta regarding the manufacture and benefits of eco-enzymes. Initially the problem at Johar Baru Kindergarten, Central Jakarta was the lack of use of used media and understanding of waste management and processing. This PKM activity has increased the knowledge of Johar Baru Kindergarten teachers and students in processing organic waste by making eco enzymes.

Abstract

The development of micro small businesses must be directly proportional to legal knowledge for the perpetrators, because with the development of micro small businesses, the possibility of intersecting with legal problems will be even greater. Of course, all micro small business actors hope that their business is fine, but problems such as civil, criminal, labor, tax will not rule out the possibility of being experienced in the future. Of course, with a good level of knowledge, problems such as disputes or disputes can be avoided in the future or at least if disputes occur micro small business actors know how to overcome them. Evidence of the large number of civil problems in court is an indication that intentionally or unintentionally many business actors do not carry out rights or obligations so that disputes between micro small business actors are born. Tips for overcoming legal problems for micro small businesses aims to foster legal awareness and settlement procedures in the event of disputes in the future, the author feels the need to provide legal counseling for micro small businesses in order to foster knowledge and understanding related to tips on overcoming legal problems for micro small businesses for the realization of more advanced Indonesian micro small businesses.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide entrepreneurship counseling to the community so that they can take advantage of the main opportunities to explore the potential (resources) that exist. One of the opportunities that can have a direct economic impact on the community is to explore and optimize the role of the creative industry where the community can create, explore the uniqueness, potential advantages of resources and local wisdom that are owned so as to produce products that have added value. Entrepreneurship counseling in Senang Hati Village, Malimping Sub-district, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, is expected to open insights and knowledge about the essence of utilizing opportunities to creatively process the potential resources owned. Thus, the community can increase their capacity to start a profitable business. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to provide knowledge about the preparation of marketing strategies and product diversification (market segmentation, product development, promotion, branding, packaging).

Abstract

The urgency of this activity is to increase the courage of the younger generation to appear with good communication in front of the public. The purpose of this activity is to train the younger generation who are students to be able to communicate. The problem that occurs is the lack of confidence to appear in front of the public, the benefit of this activity is that the training participants are expected to be able to appear in front of the public individually or in groups. The target of this activity is that participants display artistic creativity uploaded on social media, namely tiktok. generation to run the wheels of Indonesia EMAS for that it is necessary to carry out activities that can improve their abilities. There were 350 participants, the training technique used the Mapping Classroom Strategy approach so that participants could communicate in small groups as the first step. Then the material is given using the Quantum Teaching model which involves speakers and participants to explore talents that can be presented and staged in publications on social media.

Abstract

Although faced with various problems, MSMEs in Indonesia have increased every year, in 2021 MSMEs numbered 63, 955, 369 units and in 2022 the number reached 8.71 million units. The partners of this activity are fostered MSMEs in three villages, namely Romang Lompoa, Balang-Balang, and Borongloe Villages, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency. The urgency of this activity is to minimise difficulties in marketing, intense business competition The solution given to overcome partner problems is to improve the quality of product packaging for fostered partners and increase sales of fostered partner products. Abstract

Natural disasters cannot be avoided. The provision that can be given is to provide training to all elements of society so that they have the ability to be able to face natural disasters. disaster mitigation and first aid that was held was to increase public awareness about the risk of natural disasters, increase public knowledge in dealing with disasters and increase knowledge about examples of disaster response simulations. The urgency of this activity is to equip generation Z (Gen-Z) in responding to disaster conditions. The partner in this activity is Basarnas with training participants are the community, students and students. Knowledge and techniques to save themselves and victims of natural disasters are important points for Gen-z to remain socialised and not always dependent on technology.

Abstract

Community participation in developing the regional economy is needed. However, with the current condition, people are confused about where to start their business and what kind. Through community service lecturers on training in making dishwashing detergents, it is hoped that this can reduce the burden on the community. Dish washing soap is one of the household necessities which functions as a remover of dirt and grease on eating and cooking utensils. The continuous consumption of dish soap every day causes the need to procure soap at a cost that is not small, especially for women in RT 2 RW 4 Kelurahan Koto Lua Sub-district Pauh Padang. The purpose of carrying out this community service is to provide knowledge and training to mothers about making liquid dish soap in order to reduce community expenditure on purchasing soap as well as to create new business opportunities. In the service activity, the raw materials, work procedures and production costs for making dish soap will be explained. From the activities carried out, partners can produce product output in the form of liquid dish soap according to the method given in the training. The results obtained by training participants were able to recognize ingredients and be able to make dishwashing detergent and increase the skills of mothers in making dishwashing detergent.

Abstract

This study aims to provide in-depth knowledge for partners/community of Margahayu District, Bandung Regency through legal advocacy related to the use of Simadu (Integrated Village Management Information System) as a means of public service. The method used is the lecture method and legal advocacy related to the legal aspects of online-based public services through Simadu as well as participatory methods to explore various problems found in the field. Legal advocacy to village and sub-district officials in the Margahayu District, Bandung Regency because the use of Simadu does not rule out the possibility of legal problems, so that all village and sub-district officials really need legal advice to anticipate and resolve legal problems that arise due to the use of Simadu such as related data personal.

Abstract

Community service with a focus on improving the quality of human resources in managing social media in the MSME sector is carried out with the aim of providing increased knowledge and experience to business actors, especially in the use of information technology. With the rapid growth of information technology, the MSME sector is also increasingly dependent on this technology to develop their business. Many MSME players are still not effective in utilizing information technology such as social networks and websites to develop their MSME business and still do not understand the use of technology and social media in branding strategies which are currently popular. With this community service program, a solution to this problem will be provided through providing training to improve HR capabilities in managing social media in the MSME sector. In its implementation, this community service activity is carried out directly for the Patah Hati Coffee business actors. With this event, it is hoped that knowledge regarding the use of social media will increase for business actors.

Abstract

Color is one of the most relevant organoleptic attributes that directly influence consumer acceptance and food selection. Natural dyes play an important role in the food industry, not only because of their aesthetic appeal but also their health benefits. Natural dyes offer a variety of health-promoting properties, such as antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory effects. Therefore, this important characteristic is the reason for adding coloring to develop a tempeh product namely Tempeh Fantasy. This research aims to determine the functional properties, enamelyspecially the antioxidant activity of tempeh products that have been added with natural colorings and aromatic ingredients. Through community service activities, research, and training, the development of tempeh-fantasy innovation has been carried out, which involves soaking cooked soybeans in combination solutions of butterfly pea flower and star anise powder, roselle flower and cinnamon, moringa leaf extract and ginger powder, turmeric and garlic extract, as well as Pangium nut and black garlic solution, then adding tempeh starter and further fermenting it. The results showed that the addition of natural colorings and herb-spices to tempeh succeeded in increasing its antioxidant activity. Additionally, the addition of natural colorings and spices to tempeh can enhance its exotic color and attractive aroma.
