Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at Tsanawiyah Darul Ulum Kubu Raya. This research method uses qualitative methods with the type of case study research. The primary data source consists of school principals. Secondary data sources consist of research journals, books, supporting websites and data relevant to this research. Data collection techniques using; interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using categorization analysis means finding meaning relevant to the issues that arise in leadership. Basically, the leadership of the principal at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Ulum performs the main duties of the principal and approaches teachers in a capable way. Principal leadership can result in increased teacher performance due to both internal and external supporting factors, as well as motivation for discipline. In addition, the principal also has efforts to improve teacher performance by providing rewards, meetings once every three months, hospitality, and continuously motivating discipline. Increasing teacher performance itself is because there are supporting factors in carrying out school effectiveness, namely; internal and external supporting factors. While the school's efforts to improve teacher performance are by providing rewards and meeting once every three months.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the ethical principles of communication described in the hadiths of the Prophet. This research is library research using qualitative descriptive methods, data sources are through journals, books related to communication ethics. Data analysis used interactive qualitative analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that in speaking you should use good and polite words; speak effectively and efficiently so as not to take up much time; speak based on facts and reality and stay away from lies; when speaking, invite people who are older and have a higher level of understanding and knowledge; not speak that hurts and puts other people in a corner; stay away from debates in order to avoid problems; Communication that is carried out to convey information or messages to the communicant must be positive and useful and in accordance with what has been exemplified by the Prophet

Abstract

In environmental crimes, if a corporation has been sentenced to a criminal sentence, it is as if the sentence has been fulfilled. Considering that environmental crimes can result in many victims, both physically and psychologically, who feel disadvantaged as a result of criminal acts committed by corporations. However, along with the number of environmental crime cases, there are also many rights of social victims and social objects that have not been fulfilled. Therefore, this research wants to find the ideal legal protection for victims of environmental crimes. This research method uses a qualitative type of literature review. Primary data source UUD RI and research journals. This data analysis uses content content. The results of the study show that the main form of legal protection for victims of environmental crimes besides the form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is environmental restoration for the benefit of environmental preservation. In resolving environmental disputes, the parties can use out-of-court channels, namely mediation or court channels with the concept of restorative justice that emphasizes the rights of victims and the interests of perpetrators of environmental crimes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze children's education in the family. This research method uses qualitative methods with the type of library research (Library research). Data collected through library research consisting of source data (primary) in the form of books related to the education of children in families. The results of this study indicate that, the education of children in the family is education in the family which has an important influence on educating children. this has a positive influence where the family environment gives encouragement or provides motivation and stimulation to accept, understand, believe, and practice Islamic teachings. in the family should be able to realize the goals of Islamic religious education. The birth of a child in a family apart from providing its own happiness also creates a new task for both parents, the responsibility for their care and education. Islam views children as a mandate from Allah that must be properly cared for from anything that is harmful both physically and spiritually.

Abstract

History is a branch of science that examines systematically the entire development process of change or the dynamics of people's lives with all aspects of their life in the past. History is a crucial aspect of living life, especially for the Z generation. Generation Z is also known as the regeneration, which means the generation that uses the internet as one of the main needs for their lives. This indirectly triggers the ease with which outside cultural influences influence this generation. There the researchers researched Generation Z, especially Indonesian University of Education students at the undergraduate level, as one of the universities currently dominated by Generation Z. The method used in this study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Through this research the results were obtained in the form of 1) Respondents' knowledge of understanding history 86.7%, 2) Opinions regarding the importance of history 96.3%, 3) Regarding interest in knowing unknown history 83.3%, 4) regarding views that history is helpful for everyday life 63.3%, 5) Regarding the ability to be able to argue about history 50% 6) History is crucial to learn today 86.7%. Abstract

This study aims to find out about the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher satisfaction at SMP PGRI Suryakencana Cileungsi. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Primary data source; Principals, teachers and secondary data sources; relevant books, journals and websites. The research instrument was a questionnaire to be filled out by 34 teachers as the research sample, as well as the research population. The research instrument was first tried out to determine the validity and reliability of the items. The data analysis used is simple regression. Before calculating the correlation coefficient, a requirements analysis test was held, namely the data normality test and linearity test. Linear analysis test results, sign value. 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected. The results of the significant level test value F count = 84.400 > F table (df: 1.32) = 4.15, then Ho is rejected, meaning the correlation coefficient is significant. So one conclusion was obtained that "There is a significant influence of the leadership of the principal on teacher performance at SMP PGRI Suryakencana Cileungsi".

Abstract

Humans as the most noble creatures by themselves will not become noble just like that, but someone must foster, lead and direct them. This action is a learning process in an educational institution. Learning is a process of changing behavior that occurs in a single situation, even in a vacuum. This learning situation is characterized by the motives set and accepted by students. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivational condition of class IX students at MTsN 12 Jombang on social science learning achievement. In this study there were two variables, namely motivation which is the independent variable or (X). while Social Science learning achievement is the dependent variable (Y), with a questionnaire on 77 respondents from class IX MTsN 12 Jombang, using descriptive data analysis of percentage and product moment correlation. And from the results of this study by looking at the product moment r table value, it turns out that with a df of 75 at a significant level of 1%, an r table of 0.217 is obtained, while at a significant level of 5%, we get an r table of 0.283. greater than the price of r table. Both at a significant level of 5% (0.38 > 0.217) or at a significant level of 1% ) 0.38 > 0.283), it means that there is a moderate positive effect. The results of this study indicate that the higher the student's learning motivation, the higher the learning achievement in Islamic religious subjects, and the lower the student's learning motivation, the lower the achievement in Social Sciences subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze Islamic religious education in public schools in terms of history. The research method used is a qualitative research method with library research (Library research). Source data (primary) in the form of journals and other reading sources relating to the history of Islamic Religious Education in public schools. Data management is entirely "qualitative" because the data encountered is a verbal statement. As for the method of analysis using "inductive" and comparative techniques. The results of this study indicate that Islamic religious education is a "guardian" in achieving national education goals and is also one of the determining factors for student graduation. The implementation of Islamic religious lessons from the colonial period to the reform order era has increasingly had the strength and support of the government in its application in public schools. The strength of Islamic religious education in public schools is further strengthened by the provisions in the law stipulated by the government. Therefore, the existence of religious education in schools will help educators and the government to achieve national education goals.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has been running on the basis of a duality between general education and religious education, resulting in a separation between secular knowledge and religious knowledge. This has been the case since the colonial Dutch government introduced a secular education system. This journal article will discuss the history of the development of Islamic education in Indonesia, Islamic educational institutions that emerged in the early period of Indonesia, and the progress of Islamic education in Indonesia. This research is entirely literature-based (Library Research), where data is gathered through library resources such as books. This type of research is qualitative in nature, employing the method of historical research, specifically heuristic and data collection techniques through literature review. The data processing in this study involves: (1) Inductive approach, which entails interpreting and analyzing specific data to draw general understandings and conclusions; (2) Deductive approach, which involves interpreting and analyzing general data to derive specific understandings and conclusions; (3) Comparative approach, which entails comparing one set of data with another to draw conclusions. The results of this research indicate that since the early development of Islam, education has been given top priority by the Muslim community in Indonesia due to its significant importance. The interest in Islamization has motivated Muslims to carry out Islamic teachings, even within a very simple system, where teaching is conducted through halaqah sessions held in places of worship such as mosques, prayer rooms, and even in the homes of religious scholars. In the initial stage, Islamic education took place informally. Many Muballighs (Islamic preachers) provided exemplary examples and demonstrated noble character, which attracted the communities they visited to embrace Islam. Abstract

The teacher's efforts are actions carried out by a teacher in order to achieve a predetermined goal. While understanding a material is the ability to express and interpret, to make difficult words in their own words, to interpret ideas or find an event or result. Learning model flipped classroom is a standard model or method that minimizes direct instruction from the teacher. In the program, students learn basic concepts at home, teach and learn in class, including homework, discussion of material, or problem solving during class. The aims of this study are 1) to define the teacher's efforts in using the model flipped classroom, 2) define the obstacles experienced by the teacher in using the model flipped classroom and 3) define student responses as recipients of historical material using models flipped classroom. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study type of research. Through this research the results were obtained in the form of: 1) the efforts made by the teacher in using the model flipped classroom one of which is to prepare power point material that will be given to students clearly, 2) the obstacles experienced by the teacher in trying to use the model flipped classroom one of which is the long time for making learning media in the form of power point, 3) student responses as recipients of historical material using models flipped classroom one of which is that students are very active and often give responses and questions to friends and teachers who are presenting in class
