Abstract

According to Riskesdas data in 2010 in Indonesia, the rate of cesarean delivery was 15.3%, the lowest was in Southeast Sulawesi 5.5% and the highest was in DKI Jakarta 27.2%. However, the trend in private hospitals in Surabaya reported that the number of CS deliveries continued to increase, in 2000 it was 47.2% and in 2005 it was 51.6%. Research conducted at the Lebak Hospital in 2011 reported that SC had a percentage of 63.4%. The high incidence of CS is not all based on medical indications but is now at the request of the patients themselves such as beautiful selection and related to social, economic, race, and health status. SC deliveries have higher costs compared to normal deliveries, resulting in high profitability for the hospital. Although according to the Healthcare Organization that the main goal of the hospital is profit. According to the Indonesian Medical Obstetrics and Gynecology Association, the asymptomatic patient is not to be blamed for a cesarean delivery, however, according to the Indonesian medical code of ethics, a doctor needs to consider all risks and complications that will occur to both the mother and the baby. This is in accordance with the principles of biomedical ethics which consist of four principles, including the principle of autonomy, the principle of beneficence, the principle of non-maleficence and the principle of justice. All principles and rules relating to the fulfillment of rules on hospital management have been very clearly regulated in Good Hospital Governance as guidelines for good hospital governance as well as a form of implementation in improving and providing health services to achieve national health goals

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Placement and Work Environment on Employee Performance of PT. Sheng Jeou Indonesia site Cikande-Serang. The research method used is a quantitative approach or statistical data analysis. What is meant by quantitative approach is research that focuses on presenting data in the form of numbers or quantitatively scored (scoring) using statistics. The sample used is saturated sampling, so the total is 60 samples. The results of the t-test of Work Placement on Employee Performance obtained the value of t count> t table, namely (12,533>1,67) meaning that Work Placement has an effect on Employee Performance. While the t-test of the work environment on employee performance obtained the value of t count < t table (-1.868 <1.67) meaning that the work environment has no effect on employee performance. Simultaneous research results (f test) obtained the value of f arithmetic > f table (659.466 > 2.76) meaning that Ha is accepted so that work placement and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The R-Square value is 0.959% or 95.9%, the remaining 4.1% is influenced by variables not examined in this study

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method with a saturated sample where the population is all sampled, namely 50 respondents with primary and secondary data collection techniques. The results of the research variable work loyalty and teamwork have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. It is proven by the Sig value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.5. The R value of 0.824 means that it is included in the very strong correlation interval. The results of the F test show the Fcount > Ftable (49.707 > 3.20) and the significance value < (0.000 < 0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of the coefficient of determination seen from the RSquare is 0.679. It can be concluded that the contribution of work loyalty (X1) and teamwork (X2) to employee performance (Y) is 67.9%, while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research model. Abstract

This study was structured using quantitative methods. The population in this study were 3,370 respondents who were consumers who had purchased housing Persada Banten. The sample in this study was 97 respondents using the non-pribability sampling technique, namely the accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the indicators are valid and reliable, the significance level of this study is 5%. In the classical assumption test, the regression model was found to be normally distributed, free of heteroscedasticity and free of multicollinearity. The results of the analysis show that partially the price has no effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions. Then the price and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The rapidly growing business world has increased business competition, including in the automotive sector, especially motorcycles. From these demands, business actors must pay attention to the factors that influence purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, product design and celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions on Honda Scoopy Stylish motorcycles at PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri Padang. This research is included in quantitative research. The population of this study is all consumers who purchase Scoopy motorcycles at PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri, Padang. The research sample was determined using total sampling so that 138 consumers were obtained. The data in this study were taken through observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques using research instruments that were tested for validity and reliability first. The data obtained were explained descriptively and inferentially. Before conducting the hypothesis test, normality, multicollinearity, and multiple regression analysis were tested. The hypothesis test in this study used the T Test. The results of the study obtained variables that increased the purchase decision for the Scoopy Stylish motorcycle, namely product quality and product design. However, celebrity endorsement had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. So, the results of this study can be used as a consideration for PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri in particular and Honda Company to always maintain product quality and come up with the best designs for their products with the hope that purchasing decisions will always be maintained and increased

Abstract

The development of digital technology can be a business opportunity in today's era, one of which is the sale of cellular telecommunications products in the form of Telkomsel. This study aims to test the influence of consumer perception and brand image on purchasing decisions in purchasing Telkomsel products at the Zifacell Outlet in Lubuk Lintah Padang. This study is a quantitative study. The population of this study were consumers who purchased Telkomsel products at the Zifacell outlet in Lubuk Lintah Padang in January as many as 1,256 people. The sample was determined by non-probability sampling, purposive sampling type, obtained a total of 93 consumers. The data in this study were taken through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Before conducting the hypothesis test, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and multiple regression analysis were tested. The hypothesis test in this study used the T Test. The results of the study showed that consumer perception and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Telkomsel products at Zifacell in Lubuk Lintah Padang. Thus, the results of this study can be used as input for Zifacell in Lubuk Lintah Padang to always provide good service and maintain brand image so that consumer purchasing decisions can be maintained and increased to buy Telkomsel products at Zifacell in Lubuk Lintah Padang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Tax Knowledge (X1) and Tax Socialization (X2) on the Motivation of MSME Taxpayers (Y) in Solok City. This research was conducted on MSME taxpayers in Solok City in 2023. In this study, data collection techniques were used by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedacity, double linear analysis, determination coefficient, partial test, and simultaneous test. The results of the study show that the influence of tax knowledge has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer motivation. Tax socialization has a positive and significant influence on taxpayer motivation. Therefore, it can be concluded that tax knowledge is accepted, and tax socialization is accepted

Abstract

This research discusses the role and involvement of auditors in the process of detecting and recovering from fraud, which is a crucial aspect of maintaining the integrity of financial statements and creating a transparent and accountable business environment. Auditors have a significant responsibility in detecting indications of fraud through the application of specific audit methods, such as forensic testing, data analysis, and in-depth interviews. Additionally, with the support of increasingly sophisticated analytical technology, auditors can now utilize data analysis tools and artificial intelligence to identify patterns and anomalies that may indicate the presence of fraud. However, the role of auditors in fraud recovery tends to be more limited, as they are usually not directly involved in recovery actions, but rather provide reports and recommendations to management and the audit committee. Although auditor involvement has a positive impact in identifying and reducing fraud risk, challenges such as the limited scope of audits, potential conflicts of interest, and reliance on documentation provided by management can affect the effectiveness of this role. This research highlights the importance of company policies that support transparency and enabling technology so that auditors can be more effective in performing their roles. The research results indicate that auditor involvement in fraud detection and recovery significantly contributes to the improvement of corporate governance and the protection of stakeholder interests

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of technology in career planning in the digital era in examining its opportunities and challenges and the implementation of technology in career planning in the digital era, offering significant opportunities and challenges. In the digital age, technology has become an integral part of various aspects of life, including in career planning. Technology can help individuals make more informed and effective decisions in planning their careers. However, the implementation of technology can also pose challenges such as how technology can be used effectively and how technology can be used effectively and how individuals can utilize technology to improve their quality of life and career. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the opportunities and challenges of technology implementation in career planning in the digital era. The research methodology carried out by this researcher uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique was carried out using literature study techniques that referred to several sources such as journals, and other literature reviews. The results of this study show that technology can help individuals make more informed and effective decisions in planning their careers. However, the implementation of technology can also pose challenges, such as how technology can be used effectively and how individuals can utilize technology to improve their quality of life and career

Abstract

The 2024 election in Indonesia faces the challenge of attracting the attention of Generation Z, young voters with unique characteristics and communication preferences. Legislative candidates are required to adjust their political communication styles to effectively capture interest and gain support from this generation. This study aims to analyze the political communication style employed by young legislative candidates in approaching Generation Z voters. The research method uses content analysis with a qualitative approach, examining communication styles through published content. The subjects of this study are young legislative candidates in the electoral district (Dapil) of Banten 1. The study concludes that to gain the attention and electability of Generation Z in the 2024 election, candidates should use an interpersonal communication style that is transparent and effective, utilizing visual aids and social media as primary platforms. Political communication that is simpler, relevant, effective, and authentic is the form of communication that Generation Z needs in the election
