Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum was designed as an effort by the Ministry of Education and Culture to overcome the learning crisis that we have been facing for a long time, and which is getting worse due to the co-19 pandemic. This crisis is marked by the low learning outcomes of students, even in basic matters such as reading literacy. One of the determining factors for the successful implementation of teaching and learning activities is the teacher. So a teacher must understand the curriculum comprehensively from the theoretical concept to its implementation in the classroom. There are various types of training that are commonly used in In House Training, which is a training program that is held at the training participant's place or at school by optimizing the potentials that exist in schools. House Training (IHT) at SDIT Darul Ulum and analyzing the results. Through this CAR, researchers are trying to improve the ability of teachers in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) through IHT at SDIT Darul Ulum. In this study IHT was carried out in three steps, namely: (1) Planning, (2) Implementation and Observation, 3) Evaluation of IHT. IHT activities can improve teachers' abilities in implementing the Independent Curriculum (IKM) through IHT at SDIT Darul Ulum with grades in cycle 1. Researchers also provide recommendations to other researchers to develop innovative learning in IKM according to learning process standards.

Abstract

The teacher's efforts in overcoming students who have difficulty learning CALISTUNG (Read, Write, Count) in low grades at SDIT Bunayya, the results of direct observation show that some students in grades 1, 2 and 3 still have difficulty learning calistung, in low grade students it is an obstacle to the cycle. study activities. The various difficulties in learning calistung experienced in early childhood are: lack of order or not being able to focus on learning, children having difficulty understanding what is conveyed by the teacher and difficult to capture or absorb in the child's mind when counting, not yet familiar with the concept of subtraction, and not yet fluent when repeat letters a-z. In overcoming difficulties in learning, educators use interesting learning methods and media so that children become enthusiastic about learning and make it easier for students to learn CALISTUNG. Based on this, the researcher decided in this study to choose the title "Teacher's efforts in overcoming students who have learning difficulties with CALISTUNG (Read, Write and Count) in the lower grades of SDIT Bunayya." This research was carried out in four steps, namely: (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Observation, and (4) Evaluation.

Abstract

This paper examines humanistic theory which is often referred to as learning theory which is oriented towards aspects of humanizing humans so that they can reach their maximum potential level. This article was created with the intention to discuss the role of humanistic learning theory on the success of learning in the present. The chapters in this paper are also made to the maximum extent possible to answer how the role of humanistic learning theory is to the success of learning primarily in the 21st century. The humanistic principles used are based on the opinion of Carl Rogers. This article also identifies challenges and obstacles in implementing humanistic learning theory such as a curriculum that focuses on academic goals, time constraints, and pressure for fast results to be some of the challenges faced by educators. There are also five strategies for applying humanistic learning theory.

Abstract

The learning strategy is a plan that summarizes a series of learning activities in the learning process such as student management, teacher management, learning activity management, and learning environment management. Therefore, to achieve educational goals in education, teachers must have several strategies to improve student learning outcomes. The questions posed in this research are: What are the teacher's strategies in improving student learning outcomes in thematic education in Siddadi Colorado State? This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that educators need to actively participate in activities carried out by the government and schools, such as training, advanced training, and seminars related to learning strategies. This is done to help teachers understand how to apply teaching strategies and how to use existing teaching methods and media to motivate students to participate in learning. As with any initiative to improve student learning outcomes, there are always barriers to strategy implementation. Therefore, teachers must be able to overcome this and minimize it to improve student learning outcomes. Parental support is also very helpful for teachers in improving student learning outcomes. Therefore, teachers and parents of students must work together.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of evaluating and measuring teaching and learning outcomes from a developmental psychology perspective. Developmental psychology plays an important role in understanding how people learn and develop over time and in identifying the factors that influence learning outcomes. This article discusses several developmental psychology theories that are important for the evaluation and measurement of learning outcomes, the methods used in the evaluation and measurement, as well as challenges and solutions for the evaluation and measurement of learning outcomes. Hopefully, this article can provide new knowledge for teachers and researchers about how to optimize the teaching and learning process and improve student learning outcomes. Evaluation is a process or activity that provides information about the quality, quantity, and meaning of an observed phenomenon or event. Thorndike defines measurement as the process of generating quantitative information about the nature or characteristics of an object, event, or individual through measurement. According to Thorndike, measurement is the process of producing objective quantitative information about the trait or characteristic being measured. According to Gronlund (2006), teaching and learning outcomes are students' abilities to apply knowledge, skills, and attitudes learned in real-life situations. According to Mulyasa (2013), teaching and learning outcomes are the attainment of learning objectives as measured by students' knowledge, skills, and attitudes. According to Papalia and Feldman (2011), developmental psychology studies the changes that occur in humans during their life span, from childhood to old age.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) reveal the types of difficulties experienced by fourth grade students at Karang Tengah 7 Public Elementary School, and (2) describe the mathematics learning difficulties experienced by fourth grade students at Karang Tengah 7 Elementary School. This study used an analytic descriptive method with a qualitative. The subjects in this study were students of class IV A at SD Negeri Karang Tengah 7. The subjects in this study were determined using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study were used by means of essay tests and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The results of the study (1) learning difficulties in mathematics experienced by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Karang Tengah 7, namely spatial relationship disorders, visual perception abnormalities, visual motor associations, difficulty using symbols, difficulties in language and reading, and (2) students who experience relationship disorders 12 students in the room, 14 students with visual perception abnormalities, 13 students with visual perception abnormalities, 8 students with difficulty understanding symbols, 2 students with language and reading difficulties.

Abstract

Humans as God's creatures are equipped with reason and thought, with reason and mind that makes humans different from other creatures. He has a tendency to be curious about everything he sees and feels. This wish to know is accompanied by a number of questions which then become the rationale for finding answers to these questions. The series of processes that have given birth to science. Philosophy, science and religion will always color human life. The existence of philosophy, science and religion are three things that complement each other in bringing humans to the process of discovering their identity as God's creatures. Philosophy with a broad and deep reach through its contemplation must be seasoned with science so that it does not go wild in uncovering the basic assumptions that arise from a sense of humanity. To rectify these assumptions, religion is needed as a unifying pillar between science and philosophy. Philosophy without being accompanied by knowledge will only give birth to mere delusions. Knowledge that is not aligned with religion will also lead humans to a real error. Humans as creatures equipped with a perfect mind must be able to juxtapose these three things in uncovering the phenomena that occur in the natural surroundings. This paper aims to reveal the relationship between the three things mentioned above, namely philosophy, science and religion. To analyze the relationship, the authors use the method of literature review. (library research), namely a method of collecting data through sources of literature studies (readings), by recording all findings regarding the relationship between philosophy, science and religion.

Abstract

Learning is assistance provided by educators so that the process of acquiring knowledge and knowledge, mastering skills and character, and forming attitudes and beliefs in students can occur. In learning activities, of course there are other components to support these learning activities, namely learning resources. There are many science learning resources that teachers can use in learning activities that are in accordance with the teaching material. However, there are several obstacles faced by students with the learning resources they use, such as those commonly used are printed learning resources. In this case, a teacher needs to develop printed learning resources in order to overcome the difficulties faced by students in their learning activities. This study aims to find out how teachers develop science print learning resources for grade 4 students at SDN Periuk Jaya Permai. The type of this research is observation, interview guide and researcher as instrument and key. The source of the data for this research is the results of interviews with teachers at the SDN. The result of this research is that teachers need to develop printed learning resources according to their creativity, such as being able to add pictures to power points or even draw using a blackboard.

Abstract

This research is a literature study with descriptive qualitative research with library research that discusses two important concepts in human life, namely tafakkur and syukur. Tafakkur is the process of contemplating and thinking deeply to seek a deeper understanding of oneself, life, and creation. While syukur is an expression of gratitude and appreciation for all the blessings given by Allah SWT. In this literature study research, the author uses various written sources such as articles, journals and documents that are relevant to the study in this research. This study collects and analyzes a number of literatures that discuss tafakkur and gratitude sourced from the Al-Quran and Hadist. The results of the study show that tafakkur and syukur should be an important part of human daily life. By practicing tafakkur and syukur regularly, people can gain deeper wisdom and gratitude, as well as improve their relationship with Allah SWT and fellow humans. In conclusion, this literature review shows that tafakkur and syukur are important concepts in human life that can provide many benefits to human mental and spiritual health. Therefore, it is recommended that tafakkur and syukur be made an important part of people’s daily lives.

Abstract

Laut Dendang Village, a village located on Jalan Tegal Sari Dusun IX Kenanga, Percut Sei Tuan District, is a village where 80% of the people adhere to Islam and 20% of Christians. Issues are something that is contradictory or that creates polemics about a person or an organization. Issues can appear in the form of opinions, namely statements that can be conveyed through words. Society is a group of individuals who live together, work together to obtain common interests that already have an order of life, norms and customs that are adhered to in their environment. According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), a house of worship is a place used by religious people to worship according to religious teachings or beliefs. Houses of worship are buildings that have certain characteristics that are specifically used for worship for adherents of each religion on a permanent basis, excluding family places of worship. The research method used by researchers is the anthropological approach. While the theory approach is comparative theory. This type of research conducted by researchers is qualitative research. The research findings are that Islam is the majority religion in Laut Dendang Village. Data collection techniques in this study with observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that the people of Laut Dendang Village partially agree that the construction of a house of worship is very significant, because it relates to religious harmony. The people of Laut Dendang Village who do not agree with the construction of a house of worship can lead to conflict because they do not get the support of the local community, who in the majority have a different religion from the owners and users of the house of worship. The conclusion of this research is that the establishment of worship is a place used by religious people to worship according to the teachings of their respective religions or beliefs. Houses of worship for every religion are centers of activity and culture. Therefore, the existence of houses of worship is a necessity for every religious community.
