<![CDATA[Background is the focus of this study is the comparison of ordinary school management with boarding school management for improvement or additional management in schools so that it not only aims to improve the quality of learning and realize national education goals but also pay attention to education. wider Islam so that this generation becomes a generation with good character in accordance with the objectives of character education. The purpose to provide knowledge about the differences between ordinary school management and boarding school management which can later be reviewed for management improvement in schools so that they can improve the quality of schools by also paying attention to Islamic education. The method used is a type of library research, namely systematic activities related to the methods of collecting library data, reading it, writing and reviewing research materials. As a results There needs to be a new touch in the concept and practice of education management. The need for an increase in religious matters in ordinary school management in order to realize the goals of character education and the need for more attention and assistance with facilities for boarding schools. The conclusion is that proper management is needed to achieve educational goals in improving quality. Ordinary schools and boarding schools are all equally good places to gain knowledge, it's just a matter of reforming and realizing better school management by also increasing Islamic education for children who have good faith and character. That’s why to reach the dreams of the nation's children, it is necessary to improve facilities and highly qualified teaching staff.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to review the evaluation process on online learning and the obstacles faced at SDS Plus Arrahmaniyah Serpong Utara, using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The sources of information for this research were one principal and two classroom teachers. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the data were analyzed using the theory of Miles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that teachers are required to develop learning tools in accordance with the online learning process and government policies, seek to develop competence through technology and information capabilities, learn to use various evaluation methods and more innovative and creative learning through various activities such as workshops, discussions and sharing. sessions with colleagues. The impact of this research is increasing knowledge related to the level of creativity independence, learning experience and foresight in using technology tools for both teachers and students in the online learning evaluation process.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the development of students’ religious character through curricular activities at SD Istiqomah Bandung. Instillling religious values is important in a school institution for the development of the caracter of student, an institution is required to be able to create a religious atmosphere trough programs or activities carried out by all school members, one of which is curricular activities, where these activities can produce, one of which is curricular activities, where these activities can produce the formation of a unity, namely religious culture in schools. This religious culture will later become religious values and underlie the behavior, daily habits, traditions, and symbols practiced by the school community. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the development of religious character through curricular activities at SD Istiqomah Bandung. In this study, we used qualitative research through collection methods in the form of observation, interviews an documentation. Based on the results of this study proves that the development of rwligious character activities at SD Istiqomah Bandung can be implemented and developed well.]]>

<![CDATA[Teachers are a key to success in education. Teacher management really needs to be considered so that all forms of success are expected to be achieved. Like the existing programs in schools, they can be successful because there is a good teacher management in education. Moving on from that, the writer wants to know how teacher management is in implementing religious programs at Al Istiqomah Elementary School. 2. What are the supporting factors for education management in the implementation of religious programs. At SD Al Istiqomah 3. The toughest obstacle in an education management is in implementing religious programs at SD Al Istiqomah Bandung. In our research, we use a descriptive qualitative approach. namely collecting data based on the factors that support the object of research, then analyze these factors to find the role. Data collection techniques used are interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation study techniques. The data collection techniques used by the researchers in this study consisted of: observation, and documentation. At SDIT Istiqomah Lembang there are several forms of evaluation of activities that are directly related to religious activities including: Each student has a daily control book, daily grade book, grade book report cards, certificates of good conduct. The implementation of the religious activity program at SDIT Istiqomah Lembang is carried out through several activities which are divided as follows: Daily religious program, Monthly religious program, Annual religious activity. <![CDATA[Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is something that requires teachers to play an active role in constructing students' understanding towards complex thinking processes. The application of HOTS in the preparation of math problems requires teachers to apply various strategies. This study aims to analyze the teacher's strategy in compiling math problems based on HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) in Class VI students at SDN Kalideres 06 Pagi, using descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach. The sixthgrade teacher was used as a data source. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the data obtained were analyzed through data reduction activities, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, which were then tested for data validity using source triangulation. The results showed that the teacher implemented a strategy in an effort to improve his ability in preparing HOTS-based mathematics evaluation questions through the intensity of participation in training and development regarding the preparation of HOTS-based evaluation questions, as well as providing motivation, stimulus, and intensive guidance to students in working on HOTS-based math problems.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of national education process standards in one of the elementary schools located in Kampar District. In addition, this study aims to analyze the components of mathematics teachers related to competence in their performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The instruments in this study are the researchers themselves and the performance appraisal questionnaire contains 20 statements with 4 answer choices each. The results showed that in general, SD Muhammadiyah 027 Batubelah has carried out the standards of the educational process properly and continuously, in this case the principle of learning in accordance with government regulations. Another thing obtained from this study is that judging from the performance of mathematics teachers, overall they have excellent performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explain the difficulties of grade 5 students at SDN Kampung Besar 2 Teluknaga in learning mathematics regarding FPB and KPK materials. And also the teacher's efforts in overcoming the difficulties of learning mathematics in the FPB and KPK materials. This study uses a descriptive research method with qualitative research with the research subject being a 5th grade teacher at SDN Kampung Besar 2 Teluknaga. The research instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that grade 5 students of SDN Kampung Besar 2 Teluknaga studied FPB and KpK material by orienting students to contextual problems where in this problem students could explore and also with models or methods that were familiar with the student's own world. And most of the students already understand the material for FPB and KPK with the method given by the teacher. And there are only a few students who really don't understand the material, it's probably caused by 2 factors and it can still be evaluated by the teacher. And students also think that mathematics is a difficult, boring, rigid, and not fun learning and that is the wrong perception. there are 2 possible factors in the difficulties regarding FPB and KPK learning experienced by these students, namely: internal factors and external factors. Where the internal factors of the students themselves lack psycho-physical, namely the lack of capturing information explained by the teacher and external factors, namely the absence of encouragement to learn from parents so that students are not motivated in learning. And as educators should be able to convey material so that it is easily understood by students. So that students are also not easily bored and passive in learning. So the method or media used can attract students' attention and motivate student learning, especially on FPB and KPK materials in class 5 at SDN Kampung Besar 2 Teluknaga.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) Difficulty learning mathematics in class V even semester at SDN Batujaya, Batu Ceper District, 2) Factors causing difficulty in learning mathematics in class V SDN Batujaya, Batu Ceper District. This research method uses a qualitative description where the instruments used are interviews, observation sheets, learning outcomes tests and documentation. The sample of this study were 25 fifth grade students at SDN Batujaya, Batu Ceper sub-district with 12 male students and 13 female students. Data were analyzed by data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that from 25 students there were 5 people who did not complete learning mathematics to achieve KKM. The difficulties encountered were: (a) Difficulty in memorizing multiplication (b) Difficulty in determining the formula that should be used to solve the problem (c) Difficulty in calculating using multiplication. The causes of learning difficulties in mathematics are students who do not understand mathematics, especially conical shapes and prism, students do not pay attention to the teacher's explanation when learning activities take place in front of the class, students do not practice math problems.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by how to implement the Tahfidzul Qur'an extracurricular program at SD Darul Hikam Bandung in increasing the talents and interests of students. The purpose of holding the Tahfidzul Qur'an program is so that students can understand and know the importance of the ability to memorize the Qur'an. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a focus on principals, vice principals, and those in charge of extracurricular activities as research samples. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation and used data analysis in the form of content analysis. From the results of this study, it was found that the implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an extracurricular program at SD Darul Hikam Bandung was carried out once a week, namely on Wednesdays and was carried out starting from the lower grades, namely grade 1 by memorizing chapters 30, and continued chapters 21 to 29 for upper grades. and the conditions that determine graduation at Darul Hikam Elementary School are by memorizing chapter 30. The parties involved in Tahfidz extracurricular activities are the school principal, vice principal, and extracurricular activities supervisor.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to discuss the motivation of the family environment affecting the character and learning outcomes of elementary school students. Basically, the environment is very influential in shaping a person's attitude and personality, and because each child is a unique person, the family environment and its motivations also affect children's learning behavior. If the child is in a good environment, it will have a positive impact on personality development, learning behavior and education. The purpose of this study is to clarify how much parental motivation can affect the character and learning outcomes of elementary school students. This research was conducted through a literature study, taking into account the results of related journals available in electronic media. The conclusions of this article are as follows: Motivation The family environment plays an important role in shaping the character of basic education students, a harmonious home environment fully supports the process of developing the personality character and learning behavior of children, thus enabling optimal learning outcomes.]]>
