This study aims to find out the communication strategy and constraints of RRI Padang program 4 broadcasters in the era of generation z. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study provide findings covering four programs in program 4, as for the Communication Strategy of Broadcasters Program 4 LPP RRI Padang in Maintaining Its Existence in the Generation Z Era, namely: communication strategy of the broadcaster in the "Dendang Dangdut" program in this program, listeners are free to request songs and send greetings with other listeners. Second, the communication strategy of the broadcaster program 4 in the "Salam Bajawek" program in this program listeners are free to request minang songs of choice. Third, the communication strategy of the broadcaster in the program "kato bajawek in pantun" in this program is free for listeners to exchange rhymes with the host or resource persons presented in the studio, and the strategy of broadcaster communication in the program "Minangkabau local wisdom" in this program is an interactive dialogue by presenting intellectual speakers, and through this program can revive the wisdom of Minangkabau culture, And the obstacles faced are in the form of external obstacles in the form of resource persons not being able to attend the studio, making the program unable to be run or the program broadcast online, and the internal obstacles are in the form of emotional and mental disturbances from a broadcaster or it can be from the tool. This article presents a study of the da'wah of ustadzah Halimah Alydrus regarding Good Morals as the key to Success in the Hereafter. Someone has good morals is very necessary, because it is one of the keys to success in the afterlife. Good morals will bring ourselves to be good too, and the surrounding environment will support the good things we do. Having good morals does not only apply to children, but also to parents, wives, husbands, mothers, and others must have good morals. Good manners are the manners of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, because his morals is the Qur'an which is certainly good and noble. So we must imitate the morals of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This article also discusses a brief bio of who Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus is, and why we raised this topic as our report. We also see the fact in the field that many teenagers whose morals have declined, and some are far from good morals, it can affect the future of the nation in the future.

Certain words are seen as very effective [having power] in influencing or changing human behavior. Because psychologically, language has a very significant role in controlling or changing human behavior. This interaction can then be used as a guide by communicators [dai] in spreading the message of Islam to Mad'u. The most important meaning of communication is that someone gives an interpretation of another person's behavior [which takes the form of speech, bodily movements or attitudes], the feelings that that person wants to convey. The person concerned then reacts to the feelings that the other person wants to convey. To produce positive interactions in the da'wah communication process, a da'wah communicator must pay attention to what he speaks and says. This article discusses ethical forms of da'wah communication from the perspective of the Koran. Specific terms used by the Qur'an to explain forms of communication include: qawlan adhima, qawlan baligha, qawlan karima, qawlan layyina, qawlan maisura, qawlan ma'rufan, qawlan sadidan, qawlan tsaqila. Therefore, the description of da'wah communication contained in the Al-Quran can be used as a basis for practicing good and polite communication patterns in social, political and other aspects.

This study discusses the phenomenon of smoking among adolescent girls, which is increasing and becoming a global concern. This study aims to identify factors that encourage smoking behavior among adolescent girls, including the influence of the social and psychological environment. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, involving semi-structured interviews with junior high school students in Ogan Ilir. The results of the study indicate that the influence of the friendship environment, pressure received from the social environment, and the urge to be considered by the group play an active role in the smoking behavior of adolescent girls. In addition, internal factors such as emotions and the desire to overcome stress also play a role in this smoking behavior. This study is expected to provide insight into designing more effective interventions in preventing smoking among adolescent girls and increasing public awareness of the dangers of smoking.

This study aims to examine the picture between learning motivation and academic procrastination based on an analysis of 22 national journal articles published between 2015 and 2024. This study uses a qualitative literature study methodology, using data collected from articles taken through Google Scholar and Sinta Jurnal. The results of the study showed a negative relationship between students' academic delay and motivation to learn. Academic delay is inversely correlated with enthusiasm for learning where the higher the motivation to learn, the lower the level of academic procrastination. However, some studies indicate that the relationship is not always significant, and other factors such as time management and anxiety also influence procrastination. Therefore, this study suggests the need for efforts to increase learning motivation to reduce academic procrastination among student.

Technological developments are increasingly rapid and can be reached quickly by social media users. YouTube is the platform most used by users with a user percentage reaching 65.41%. Based on this phenomenon, many preachers use YouTube social media to convey their preaching messages through video content. This research aims to determine the use of K.H Anwar Zahid's Anza Channel YouTube channel as a medium for Islamic preaching. This research uses the library research method, namely with data sources obtained from main informants including viewers of this channel. The data collection technique was carried out by observing and documenting online on the Anza Channel YouTube account. The results of this research show that the use of YouTube social media is a bridge for preachers to carry out their preaching activities via YouTube. One of the times is that the Anza Channel YouTube account which contains K.H Anwar Zahid's preaching content can be easily accessed by its subscribers. In this case, da'wah is no longer limited because it can be easily reached and makes it easier for many people to access information about da'wah through the social media YouTube. The video content uploaded to the Anza channel account is packaged in an attractive way so that it gives a good impression to subscribers, especially on K.H Anwar Zahid's Anza channel account.

This study aims to explore the innovation of the Pesantren Subuh program as an inclusive mosque-based religious education model for adolescents. Using a qualitative method and case study approach, this research examines the implementation of the Pesantren Subuh program at Al Muhajirin Karangpilang Mosque in depth. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with program caregivers, students, and parents, as well as field observations. The findings indicate that the program effectively addresses the gap in religious education for urban adolescents by utilizing a flexible early morning schedule that does not interfere with school activities. The program also involves parents as key supporters in fostering religious habits in children. The data analysis using the Gioia method suggests that the key success factor is the involvement of parents in encouraging and motivating their children’s participation. With this model, the Pesantren Subuh program not only successfully fosters religious character in adolescents but also has the potential to be adopted as a mosque-based religious education model in other regions.

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) Overview of students' academic self-concept 2) Overview of SFBC implementation 3) The effect of SFBC Counseling to improve academic self-concept in students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi experimental design model. The experimental design used is nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study was class XI students as many as 107 students and the research sample was 22 students who were divided into experimental groups and control groups, each of which amounted to 11 students. Sample withdrawal using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using academic self-concept scale instruments and observation guidelines. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and parametric analysis, namely the t test. The results showed that: 1) The level of students' academic self-concept at pretest in the experimental and control groups was in the low category. At the time of the posttest, the level of academic self-concept of experimental group students changed to the high category and in the control group remained in the low category 2) The implementation of Solution Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) counseling is carried out in accordance with procedures that have been designed through stages, namely rational treatment, describing problems, developing clear goals, exclusion questions, developing solutions (solution building conversation), providing feedback (summary feedback) and using a rating scale and evaluation At the time of SFBC counseling implementation, student participation was in the high category. 3) There is a difference in the level of academic self-concept in the group that is given treatment and in the group that is not given treatment in the form of SFBC counseling. This means that the application of SFBC counseling has an effect in significantly improving students' academic self-concept at SMA Negeri 1 Tinambung.

This study examines the low self-confidence of mildly disabled students at SLB Negeri 1 Bulukumba. The formulation of the problems in this study are (1) What is the description of the behavior of self-confidence of mildly retarded students in class VIII at SLB Negeri 1 Bulukumba based on the analysis of the initial condition/baseline 1 (A1); (2) How is the description of the implementation of modeling techniques in increasing the self-confidence of mildly retarded students in class VIII at SLB Negeri 1 Bulukumba in the intervention condition (B); (3) Whether modeling techniques can increase the self-confidence of mildly retarded students in class VIII at SLB Negeri 1 Bulukumba based on the results of the analysis of the final condition of baseline 2 (A2)."The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) self-confidence of mildly disabled students before being given intervention (Baseline 1/A1); (2) self-confidence of mildly disabled students when given intervention (B); (3) self-confidence of mildly disabled students after being given intervention (Baseline 2/A2); and (4) fine motor skills of students based on analysis between conditions before being given intervention, when given intervention, and after being given intervention. The data collection technique used is an action test. The subject in this study was one student with Down syndrome whose initials were RMR. This study uses an experimental method that uses Single Subject Research (SSR) with the A-B-A design: (1) Students' fine motor skills before being given treatment are very low based on the results of the analysis in baseline 1 (A1); (2) Students' fine motor skills during treatment have increased to the high category seen from the results of the analysis in the intervention condition (during treatment); (3) Students' fine motor skills after being given treatment increased to the sufficient category seen from the results of the analysis in the condition at baseline 2 (A2) or after treatment. Thus, students' fine motor skills after being given treatment increased due to the effect of providing intervention.

This study aims to analyze the practicality of the Career E-Module developed as a learning medium to support students' career planning. The practicality test was conducted on October 10–11, 2024, involving one Guidance and Counseling (BK) teacher and ten students from two classes as respondents. The evaluation utilized a Likert scale questionnaire and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to obtain qualitative and quantitative data. The results showed that the Career E-Module is highly practical, with an average score of 93% from the guidance and counseling teacher and 88.25% from the students, both categorized as "Highly Practical." The counseling and guidance teacher found that E-Module is easy to use, relevant, and very helpful for classical service. Qualitatively, students gave positive feedback regarding the design and content. They stated that the module is visually interesting and meets their needs. Through the FGD, students gave suggestion to add a variety of career options as references, enlarging font size for better readability, and improving consistency of content by using supporting videos. These critics and suggestions becomes basis for doing product revisions to enhance the quality and utility of the E-Module. The strength of this E-Module compared to traditional methods is in its flexibility, attractive design, and integration of interactive media such as YouTube videos, which enhance students' understanding. This study showed that the Career E-Module is effective and relevant in supporting both students and guidance and counseling teacher (BK) teachers in formulating the career planning. Although it is already rated as highly practical, revisions addressing feedback from teachers and students will further optimize its use.
