Abstract

Commitment Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in increasing the motivation of outstanding teacher Raudhatul Athfal within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sarolangun Regency. Based on the grand tour found still lacking. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection is carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Determination of research subjects using the snawboll sampling technique. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and verification of the reliability of research results obtained by techniques of extension of participation, accuracy of observation, triangulation andata. The results showed that. The commitment of the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in increasing the motivation of outstanding teachers Raudhatul Atfhal within the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sarolangun Regency can be in the form of spective, normative and sustainable commitments. The factors causing the lack of commitment of the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in increasing the motivation for the achievement of Raudhatul Athfal teachers are First, the Internal Factors that exist in the Head of the Ministry of Religion itself lack the enthusiasm to motivate teachers Raudhatul Athfal.Second External Factors from outside the Head of the Ministry of Religion such as lack of cooperation with the community, Regional Government, Provincial Ministry of Religion and Central Ministry. The strategy of the Head of the Ministry of Religion for improving the Motivation for Teacher Achievement Raudhatul Athfal can be in the form of providing coaching, training and including seminars and improving higher education

Abstract

One of the organizations in Depok, which has a competitive advantage in the field of character education, requires quality human resources to realize its goals of creating a generation with character, creativity, and high thinking. The occurrence of employee turnover will be a problem for achieving the goals of the organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and job stress on employee turnover intention using job satisfaction as a mediator. This research uses a quantitative approach and the SmartPLS 3.2.9 application. The population of this study was 174 organization employees with working periods of more than 1 year, and the sample of this study was 122 employees. The result of this study shows that career development has no significant effect on turnover intentions, but has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction; job stress has a significant and positive effect on turnover intention, and has a significant and negative effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant and negative effect on turnover intentions. Job satisfaction has a mediating role in the influence of career development and job stress on employee turnover intentions. The implication of this research is that reducing employee job stress will increase job satisfaction and reduce employee turnover.

Abstract

Every organization desires an open leader but the openness of the leader cannot just happen there are many factors that can influence it among these factors are those revealed in this article such as the influence of trust in subordinates, intellectuality of the leader, and his leadership style. This research is a literature study with a type of descriptive qualitative research with library research that seeks to describe the factors that influence the openness of leaders. This study aims to provide an analysis of the factors that can affect the openness of leaders obtained from the results of literature review or literature study by comparing various written sources such as articles, journals and books that are relevant to the study in this study.

Abstract

Determination of the external potential of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 in Indonesia is a scientific article in the literature study within the scope of the management of education. This study aims to provide an analysis of the determination of the external potential of education in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. obtained from the results of a literature review or literature study by comparing various written sources such as articles, journals and books that are relevant to the studies in this study. The results of this study provide an analysis that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 and 5.0 made a major contribution to Indonesian education. by creating change and preparing superior and innovative graduates with pre-prepared skills through revitalizing the education system by strengthening the elements in it, both quality human resources, infrastructure that supports digitalization, and curriculum alignment that is integrated to five basic values, namely resilience, adaptability, integrity, competence, and continuous improvement.

Basically the purpose of education financing management is the implementation of an educational process that is in accordance with the expected learning needs of students. Abstract

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 39 of 2016 concerning Manpower Placement can be done with a manual system and online services, in the placement of workers with these two systems, Human Resource Management greatly influences directly or indirectly . The element of HRM is human, human resource management also involves the design and implementation of planning systems, preparation of needs of subordinates and employee development, career management, performance evaluation, employee competency and good employment relations, factors influencing employee placement based on Market Information Analysis Work at the Office of Cooperatives and Labor in Kerinci Regency. Many companies, labor users are connected to information on the labor market, special job fairs (BKK) and job fairs, to make it easier to place sufficient subordinates and understand the requirements, without having to pay high costs, to get employees, subordinate laborers who meets the standards of competence.
