Abstract

The Two Stay Two Stray learning model is one of the cooperative learning models. This model can be used during the covid-19 pandemic in the form of group collaboration. This article aims to describe how the Two Stay Two Stray learning model is in the Qur'an Hadith subjects, how the steps of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah along with its advantages and disadvantages. The two stay two stray (TSTS) learning model requires students to be more active and students are led to work together in solving problems. When using this strategy, educators can also add additional methods as support to make it more varied.

Abstract

The results of this study reveal three findings, namely: First, the learning management plan during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 4 Sibolga, it can be concluded: PAI learning management about learning models, sorting out the basic competencies that are taught, the time and the system used. Second, the management of Islamic Education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 4 Sibolga was carried out by means of an online network for students who have devices, internet data packages or slumber, and offline learning for students who do not have devices, internet data packages or pulses. Online is done by utilizing the WhatsApp application, zoom, youtube, google classroom and learning web pages. While offline is carried out through the provision of books, modules, and worksheets which are picked up and delivered directly by students to school. There are also limited face-to-face meetings at mosques or locations deemed appropriate. Third, evaluation of implementation. Distance learning with online and offline models is considered less optimal in the delivery of material because educators cannot ensure the condition of students in following learning, and students' interest in learning is low and decreasing and learning outcomes are not objective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the efforts of the Head of Madrasah in Improving Madrasah-Based Management at MTs Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utar in improving the quality of learning. (2) the form of monitoring and evaluation carried out by the head of madrasah in improving madrasah-based management at MTs Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utara. The research method used is qualitative research. The approach used is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis used was the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. To test the validity of the data, a credibility test was carried out using triangulation techniques, transferability tests, dependability tests and conformity tests. Based on the results of the discussion of the research data, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) the efforts of the head of madrasah in improving madarsah-based management at MTs Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utara, namely: As an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, motivator. The leadership role of the head of madrasah in improving MBM: a) Describing the vision into a mission to achieve quality targets, b) The head of madrasah formulates the objectives and quality targets to be achieved, (c) Involves the teacher council and administration in making important madrasah decisions, f) Provide and increase work motivation. This aims to determine the extent to which things have been achieved from the predetermined plan. can come up with creative ideas and be able to encourage change for the better, the evaluation that is carried out does not only focus on teaching and learning activities, there are also some things that must be touched by the evaluation function, including human resources (educators and education staff), input (students), facilities, finance and relations with the community. This can and has a very important role in improving the image and quality of the institution. (3) Supporting factors for improving the MBM at MTs Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utara. (a). MTs Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utara is located on the main route of the village, so that access to education for teachers or students is quite good, (b). Have adequate facilities and infrastructure, starting from the field and quite large land ownership, (c). There is cohesiveness between teachers in supporting all policies made by the madrasah. 4) Inhibiting factors to increase the MBM in MTs Negeri 2 Padang Lawas Utara. Lack of funding, and human resources that are not in accordance with the wishes of the institution.

Abstract

The management and leadership of the principal is an important factor that determines the improvement of the quality of education in every school. All program design and implementation, as well as mobilizing people to work both educators and education staff within the framework of quality improvement. Improving services that provide satisfaction to students, teachers and employees must be the focus of the principal. So that the interaction between internal and external components is expected to give birth to performance and achievements that have an impact on graduates as school outputs that provide customer satisfaction. This paper aims to explain how important the role of the principal and the improvement of the quality of education in every school is.

Abstract

Educational leadership has a strategic role in improving the quality of education. Therefore, the quality of educational leadership needs to be improved in realizing the achievement of educational goals effectively and efficiently. The higher the quality of leadership in schools, it is expected that the process of influencing the resources of educators and education personnel to produce higher performance is also expected. In this way, the increase in the achievement of educational customer expectations is also increasing within the framework of satisfaction of parties related to education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: How to improve teacher discipline in teaching in the classroom through the provision of personal guidance services to UPT SD Negeri 060875, Medan Perjuangan sub-district. This research was conducted using classroom action research by applying trials in two cycles. Cycle I personal social guidance services that have not reached the amount of 55%. In other words, personal social guidance services in improving teacher discipline in teaching attendance in class have increased 100%. In this second cycle, personal guidance services that have not achieved teacher discipline in class teaching attendance are 55%. In other words, personal social guidance services achieve 100% success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes by using the demonstration method with stick stick media for Class 1 Semester 2 students at SD Negeri 068344 Medan Tuntungan in 2019/2020. This research uses Kurt Lewin's classroom action research method. The main concept of Kurt Luwin's classroom action research includes four components, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were first grade students of SD Negeri 068344 Medan Tuntungan, Medan City, for the 2019/2020 academic year, consisting of 14 students consisting of 07 male students and 07 female students whose abilities in learning were heterogeneous. The research instruments used to collect data in this classroom action research are observation sheets conducted during learning activities and learning outcomes tests to measure student learning outcomes in cognitive aspects or the level of mastery of the subject matter. Giving the demonstration method with cutting stick media to grade 1 students can improve learning outcomes in mathematics. This can be seen from the results of observations during learning activities by students, the results obtained from cycle I and cycle II are: 66% and 82%. The results of filling out the learning outcomes instrument on the subject of arithmetic operations, addition and subtraction of numbers obtained from 14 students, then 02 students completed while 12 people did not complete in the first cycle and in the second cycle 14 students all completed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the initial numeracy skills of UPT SPF SD Negeri 060868 Medan Timur, especially grades I-A, so that through the development of early numeracy skills in Indonesian lessons using a quantitative approach using the PAIKEM method. The results of this study are (1) Improving the ability to count beginning in Mathematics Lessons. By using the PAIKEM method in Class I-A UPT SPF SD Negeri 060868 East Medan for the 2019/2020 academic year, this can be seen from the results of observations of the students' initial arithmetic ability to solve math problems, the results obtained from cycle I and cycle II are: 42% and 76% (2) The use of the PAIKEM method in class IA at UPT SPF SD Negeri 060868 Medan Timur for the 2019/2020 lesson can improve early numeracy skills in Mathematics lessons. The increase is evidenced by the results achieved from the activities of doing (answering) the exercises well, based on the observation data of researchers, the results of filling out the initial numeracy indicator instrument. Obtained from 20 students, 2 students completed while 18 students did not complete in cycle I and cycle II of 20 students all completed.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are: To find out whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes using the demonstration method in class VII-5 UPT SPF SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal, Deli Serdang Regency, for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research applies classroom action research methods using tests, observations, interviews, documentation and field notes. The research subjects were 32 students of class VII-5 UPT SPF SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal Deli Serdang Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year consisting of 16 male students and 16 female students. Giving demonstration methods to class VII-5 students at UPT SPF SMP Negeri 1 Sunggal for the 2019/2020 academic year can improve learning outcomes in Integrated Science subjects. This can be seen from the results of observations during learning activities by students, the results obtained from cycle I and cycle II are: 71% and 94%. In addition, the demo method can improve learning outcomes in Integrated Science subjects. The increase is evidenced by the results achieved from solving these questions well, based on the data and results of researchers, the results of filling out learning outcomes instruments on the subject of microscope and safety were obtained from 32 students, 7 completed while 25 people did not complete in cycle I and in cycle II, all 32 students completed.

Abstract

The development of science, technology, family and social life has brought changes and problems in human life that always require adjustments in living the wheel of life. In responding to this condition, all matters relating to human needs, interactions and lifestyles must be adapted to the conditions prevailing at that time. Phenomena in various issues that arise in BK include individual, social and career issues that are continuously developing in reality. This has also brought changes to the world of guidance and counseling. Guidance and counseling must be ready and willing to meet current human needs in the form of efforts to help solve problems that often occur. Therefore, the existence of guidance and counseling must continue to be updated on the development of science and all individuals at that time.
