School is an institution that is self-sufficient as a place to obtain knowledge. When you hear the word school mentioned, spontaneity comes to mind about devices that support the personal realization of smart, intelligent and wise people such as teachers, students, study buildings, friendly environments and so on. If the elements of school completeness have been met, then further attention will be paid to the quality and quality of the school. This matter will be assessed through the discipline, example, and scientific expertise of the teachers as well as school management by the Principal. One thing that is believed to be very important in improving the quality and quality of schools is to pay attention to teacher performance, and teacher performance is closely related to the role model played by the principal.

The basic problem in this research is the teacher's ability to teach fiqh at MTs Muhammadiyah Mandiangin, Banjar Regency. The data was obtained from the results of preliminary studies, such as the large number of passive students in class, students who are less able to think critically, and from the teacher's point of view additional knowledge is needed regarding the latest learning models, especially in implementing the 2013 curriculum. Based on these conditions, this study aims to determine the ability of teachers to apply HOTS-based fiqh learning at MTs Muhammadiyah Mandiangin. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the fiqh teachers at MTs Muhammadiyah Mandiangin and the objects in this study were the nature of the state of the fiqh learning process. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data processing techniques include editing, description, and interpretation of data. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that MTs Muhammadiyah Mandiangin teachers have a fairly good ability to use the HOTS learning model so that the learning process is more active. Indicators of this ability can also be seen from the teacher's ability to prepare lesson plans, and the teacher's skills in choosing, using media, varying methods and learning resources to achieve HOTS-based learning objectives.

The Alawiyah Tarekat is one of the tarekat that has received attention from various elements of society, characterized by the absence of allegiance in practicing its teachings, so that the Alawiyah Order has a tremendous influence on religious life, especially in Indonesia. This type of research uses a literature study or what is known as Library Research, where the references used are sourced from the treasures of the library in the form of scientific journals, books and so on. The current form of the Alawiyah tarekat teaching is a major contribution from Habib Abdullah Alawi al-Haddad, he formulated a merger of two tarekat teachings, namely Imam al-Ghazali's akhlaqi Sufism and Sunni Sufism from the Syadziliyyah tarekat. This change was because Habib Abdullah Alawi al-Haddad considered that the people at his time did not have the ability to practice the teachings of falsafi Sufism, because according to him the teachings of falsafi Sufism were only intended for those who had dived into the ocean of Sufism.

Godly children are the ultimate hope of parents for their children, but this achievement must go through a process, namely ideal parenting. The purpose of this research is to find the ideal parenting method to realize pious children. To achieve this goal, this research is qualitative, using a literature study approach by means of descriptive analysis. Islamic parenting is an ideal parenting pattern compared to other parenting patterns, namely authoritarian parenting, democratic parenting, and Laissez Prifer parenting. The specificity of Islamic Parenting is to include Allah SWT in every decision making of parents on children and emphasize the value of patience in carrying out the parenting process that other parenting patterns do not have.

This study aims to analyze the motivation to learn in the view of the Qur'an. This research uses the literature study method by searching for written sources in books, journals and interpretations. The results showed that Motivation is a force or impulse from within a person that moves individuals to do or do something both positive and negative in nature. In the context of learning a person clearly needs motivation that will determine his success in acquiring knowledge. Modern theory says that such motivation comes from within a person because of the high spirit of achievement. Meanwhile, the motivation that comes from outside is as self-actualization. The Qur'an states that the motivation to learn is done by a person because he wants to improve thinking skills, become an enlightened person and get a high degree.

This article aims to further describe how Islamic educational institutions are able to develop good spiritual values, so that graduates of Islamic educational institutions have not only intellectual intelligence but also balanced spiritual intelligence. This paper uses the liberary research method by browsing various authoritative books and journals. The results showed that spirituality in Islamic education is very important because the highest goal of Islamic education is how to produce human beings who have moral perfection (kamil people). Strengthening the spirituality of Islamic education can be done by equating perceptions of the objectives of Islamic education that lead to spirituality. Likewise, on the aspect of educators and learners also have a character of spirituality that is consistently displayed in everyday life.

Fiqh learning at the elementary madrasah level has a strategic role in shaping students' basic understanding of Islamic law and in instilling religious values from an early age. However, in practice, many teachers experience obstacles in determining the right learning strategy so that fiqh material can be effectively accepted by students who are still at the concrete development stage. This study aims to describe and analyze learning strategies in fiqh subjects in introducing Islamic law at Bidayatul Hidayah Elementary Madrasah. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, with primary data sources being teachers and students, and secondary data in the form of learning documents. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model, and the validity of the data is tested through triangulation and member checks. The results of the study indicate that the learning strategies used by teachers include direct practice, discussion, demonstration, and contextual approaches that link fiqh material to students' daily lives. Learning planning has been well prepared, but its implementation still faces obstacles such as limited media, time, and differences in student abilities. This study also found the integration of local cultural values in fiqh learning that strengthens students' understanding of Islamic law. The implications of this study are the importance of strengthening teacher competence in implementing active and contextual learning strategies, as well as the need for support for facilities and curriculum that are responsive to the needs of students at the elementary madrasah level.

This study aims to describe how the Islamic history learning method is applied through the Tahfizhul Qur'an program at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatussalam. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of this study lies in the integration of historical materials with the verses of the Qur'an memorized by students, especially those related to Islamic historical events and figures. The results of the study indicate that the Tahfizhul Qur'an method not only strengthens students' memorization, but also becomes an effective medium in conveying Islamic historical values contextually. Teachers direct students to understand the meaning and background of the revelation of verses (asbabun nuzul) as part of history learning, so that learning becomes more meaningful. The obstacles faced include time constraints, differences in students' memorization abilities, and lack of supporting media. However, the integration of this method is able to improve students' understanding of historical events in Islam in a deeper and spiritual way. This study recommends the development of an integrative thematic curriculum between tahfizh and history to improve the quality of Islamic religious education learning at the elementary level.

The use of learning media at the elementary madrasah level has an important role in supporting the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. However, in practice, the use of learning media is often not adjusted to the psychological development stage of students, who are still in the concrete operational phase. This mismatch can have an impact on low absorption of material, lack of learning motivation, and limited active involvement of students in learning. This study aims to examine learning media in elementary madrasahs from the perspective of educational psychology, with a focus on the suitability between the type of media used and the stage of student development. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of library research. Data were collected through a review of various literature sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, and relevant official documents. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis method and source triangulation technique was used to ensure the validity of the data. The results of the study showed that the majority of teachers in elementary madrasahs still use conventional media and have not considered the psychological aspects of students in their selection. In addition, teachers' understanding of educational psychology is still limited, so that the media used is less than optimal in increasing the effectiveness of learning. This study suggests the need for the development of learning media based on educational psychology and teacher training to be able to design media that is in accordance with the developmental needs of students. The implications of this study can strengthen the direction of educational policies that are more oriented towards the psychological needs of children at the elementary level.

This study is motivated by the importance of strengthening Islamic religious education from an early age, particularly through the learning of Al-Qur'an Hadith in Islamic elementary schools (madrasah ibtidaiyah). One crucial aspect of this subject is the practice of Qur’anic memorization (tahfizh), which not only emphasizes memorizing verses but also fosters students’ religious character. However, the implementation of tahfizh methods within formal classroom settings still faces several challenges, including limited instructional time, varying memorization abilities among students, and low learning motivation. Therefore, this research aims to describe and analyze the memorization (tahfizh) methods applied in Al-Qur'an Hadith subject at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Furqon. This research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The research site was selected purposively due to MI Al-Furqon's integrated tahfizh program within its formal curriculum. The data sources consisted of primary data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, and secondary data from school archives. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, with data validity ensured through triangulation techniques. The results revealed that tahfizh teaching methods were implemented through a combination of talaqqi, sima’i, and murojaah techniques in a structured manner. The role of teachers and parental involvement were key factors in supporting the success of the program. This research contributes positively to the development of a structured and effective Qur’an memorization-based learning model in Islamic elementary education.
