Abstract

This study aims to find out how the planning of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at MIS Al-Ikhlas Kampung Dalam District of Bilah Hulu, Labuhanbatu Regency. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive. Where this descriptive data is carried out by describing, using and describing events that researchers get in the field related to Islamic Religious Education Curriculum Planning. The findings of this study are: first, planning the Islamic Religious Education curriculum begins with an evaluation of the curriculum used in the previous year. The results of the evaluation will be used as consideration for the preparation of the next curriculum. Second, Some of the supporting and inhibiting factors in planning the Islamic Religious Education curriculum, Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in planning the Islamic education curriculum are educators who have less experience, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and low costs. Third, The strategy in overcoming the Inhibiting Factors of Planning Islamic Religious Education Curriculum to overcome the problem of teachers who have difficulty developing curriculum planning, madrasas send these teachers to attend trainings, strategies to overcome the problem of facilities and infrastructure, madrasas carry out moving classes, classes are used as libraries, prayer rooms but not completely, while in overcoming funding problems for madrasah principals.

Abstract

The emergence of educational innovation in Indonesia is a creative and progressive response of leaders and experts and educators in implementing the national education system. The strategic role of planners, program implementers, and evaluators to respond to all internal and external changes requires a positive response to all events that shake managerial power, human resources, and organizational culture in schools, madrasas, and Islamic boarding schools to be able to carry out change or innovation. Because educational innovation necessitates a renewal in management, curriculum, learning technology with networks and modernization of educational facilities and infrastructure. This paper examines the idea of ​​the importance of Islamic education innovation in madrasas, pesantren and Islamic religious schools as a sub-system of national education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the implementation of the Education Quality Improvement Program at MAN 2 Padang Lawas, Barumun Tengah District; (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Padang Lawas, Barumun Tengah Subdistrict in October-November 2021. The research subjects were principals, vice principals, teachers, and students. Data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed interactively by the Miles and Hubberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested by triangulation. The results showed that (1) the implementation of the Education Quality Improvement Program at MAN 2 Padang Lawas, Barumun Tengah District had been carried out by a) routine internal and external communication through meetings, d) a good commitment from the implementor as well as a high concern and democratic climate from the leader during policy implementation, c) the school's vision and mission as the basis for development and development of school culture, d) good and innovative managerial activities; (2) supporting factors for implementing the policy are qualified, multitalented, and highly educated educators and education staff. On the other hand, the inhibiting factors are a) the low quality of the input (students) and b) the unfinished school construction program.

Abstract

Improvements to achieve quality education do not only fulfill the input and output aspects, but what is more important is the process aspect, which means decision making, program management, institutional management processes, teaching and learning processes and monitoring and evaluation processes with the note that The teaching and learning process has the highest level of importance compared to other processes. Apart from the problems above, the low quality of education covers the entire education system, especially the management system and work ethic, quality, quantity of teachers, curriculum and physical facilities and facilities. As a vicious circle where the position of the school is in a casual relationship, from inadequate funding, inadequate facilities, education as it is, low quality, lack of enthusiasm, low innovation, and lack of interest, and so on, it revolves like a vicious circle. What's even more ironic is that they always fight for positions, don't want to be led, and by nature they always want to lead, selfishly always want to win themselves, even though the reality is really wrong and not in accordance with the existing rules (statutes). And this is a fact that occurs in educational institutions, especially Islamic education.

Abstract

The development and management of Islamic educational institutions in achieving excellence is a matter that needs to be constantly updated and improved so that education continues to exist in responding to the challenges of the times and the needs of the wider community and the industrial world. Because education is believed to be the main foundation in building a nation's civilization, its quality must be maintained in order to produce superior, noble and competitive governance and graduates. This study aims to reveal the position and role of quality assurance of Islamic education in Islamic religious higher education institutions. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document studies at the Darul Qur’an Aceh Tenggara. The results of this study indicate that the Quality Assurance of Islamic Education at the Darul Qur'an College has not fully run well and the elements in quality assurance such as education personnel, educational facilities and infrastructure, curriculum and evaluation have also not run fully in order to produce professional governance. , quality and quality of graduates who are absorbed in the community, humanistic services to produce outcomes in accordance with the mandate of the Act. This is because the Darul Qur'an College is still relatively new even though the Foundation has previously implemented pesantren education at the MTs and MAS levels.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) Perumusan program Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di MAN 2 Padang Lawas; (2) pelaksanaan program peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MAN 2 Padang Lawas, (3) dukungan sumberdaya pelaksanaan program peningkatan mutu di MAN 2 Padang Lawas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapaun subjek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah, guru, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara interaktif dengan prosedur reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk mencapai keabsahan data diuji dengan triangulasi antar metode, yaitu data wawancara diperiksa silang dengan data observasi, dan dokumentasi serta sebaliknya. Sedangkan triangulasi antar sumber data dilakukan dengan memeriksa kebenaran data dari kepala madrasah dengan data dari wkil kepala madrasah, tatausaha, dan guru-guru madrasah berkenaan data program peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MAN 2 Padang Lawas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perumusan program Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan di MAN 2 Padang Lawas dilakukan dengan mengacu kepada visi, misi dan tujuan serta musyawarah partisipatif dengan melibatkan kepala madrasah, komite madrasah, para wakil kepala madrasah, para guru, tatausaha, dan musywarah guru mata pelajaran (MGMP), (2) pelaksanaan program peningkatan mutu MAN 2 Padang Lawas diawali dengan pembentukan panitia kegiatan, rapat panitia dengan semua unsur,melakukan pembagian tugas, dan penjadwalan kegiatan, (3) dukungan sumberdana personil staf pimpinan dan guru-guru dikategorikan aktif baik dalam persiapan, pelaksanaan, maupun pengevaluasian kegiatan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di MAN 2 Padang Lawas. Komunikasi rutin secara internal dan eksternal melalui rapat, sumber daya yang berkualitas, sumber dana yang berasal dari BOS, SPP, dan bantuan lain, serta adanya sarana prasarana yang cukup memadai.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is the spearhead in caring for diversity and the nation's next generation, therefore it is necessary to cultivate the character of students in line with national values, diversity, multiculturalism and pluralism. Thus, these values ​​are also inseparable from what is contained in religious teachings, especially in Islam, which has been explained by the Qur'an and Hadith. In writing this article aims to describe the application of multicultural-based and student-based educational learning, with a focus on Islamic views and learning methodologies carried out by teachers to students in the classroom. While the method in this study uses a literature review, where the author collects data from various sources according to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that the multicultural education method puts forward aspects of togetherness to create a sense of mutual respect for each other's differences, while character-based education of students in order to form a moral character, love for the homeland, discipline and responsibility.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is How are the steps in training fine motor skills and can using meronce train children's fine motor skills in Raudhatul Athfal Aceh Tengah? The purpose of this research is to find out the steps in practicing fine motor skills and to find out whether meronce can train fine motor skills for children in Raudhatul Athfal, Central Aceh. The research approach used is classroom action research (CAR). Classroom action research is a form of relative research conducted by the collaborators themselves, the results of which can be used as a tool for development. The research approach used in classroom action research is collaboration with the class teacher, Mrs. Khaira Ismi in Raudhatul Athfal, Central Aceh district. The results of classroom action research (CAR) in Raudhatul Athfal Aceh Tengah are: a) The steps used to train children's fine motor skills can use beading activities, namely by holding the needle correctly, inserting the thread into the needle carefully and carefully. Carefully then thread the bead into the thread through the needle. Furthermore, the beads are arranged according to the decorative objects desired by the child. b) from cycle I to cycle II, child development increased by 27%. Meanwhile, from pre-action to cycle II, there was an increase of 69%. The analysis above shows that the percentage of children's completeness from pre-action to cycle II has reached 90%. For this reason, the results of observations and evaluations have increased significantly.

Abstract

In detail, the formulation of this research consists of: (a) how is the communication between the leadership of the pesantren and the teachers of the Al-Bi'tsatil Islamiyah Islamic boarding school, (b) how is the communication between the teachers and the leadership of the Al-Bi'tsatil Islamiyah Islamic boarding school, and (c) how is the communication between teachers and teachers at the Al-Bi'tsatil Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School. To obtain the necessary data, interview, observation and document studies were used. Meanwhile, to analyze the data used data reduction procedures, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. Meanwhile, to ensure the validity of the data, triangulation was carried out between methods which included cross-checking between methods, namely the interview, observation and documentation methods in addition, triangulation of data sources, namely data from the heads of Islamic boarding schools and madrasas checked for correctness with data from the leadership staff, data from teachers/ustaz , and data from education personnel. There are three findings in this study, namely: Communication between pesantren leaders and teachers is carried out through deliberation activities in formal pesantren leadership meetings, and recitation/muzakkarah events at Islamic boarding schools, and at commemoration ceremonies for Islamic holidays; the birthday of the prophet Muhammad SAW, the isra 'mi'raj event, and the Hijriyah new year. Communication between teachers and leaders of pesantren and madrasas (communication from the bottom up) is carried out in conveying ideas, complaints, and reports on the implementation of teaching assignments, additional tasks, and social tasks that require solving problems faced 3. Communication between teachers and teachers (horizontally) is carried out in task coordination, activity committee meetings, and evaluations in the context of planning, evaluating, implementing tasks, and making learning guides and fostering students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the model of developing a quality culture in PAI learning at Nurul Ilmi Private Junior High School Padangsidimpuan. In detail, the objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the model program for developing a quality culture of Islamic Religious Education learning at the Nurul Ilmi Private Junior High School, 2) the implementation of the quality culture development model program in Islamic religious education learning at the Nurul Ilmu Padangsidimpuan Middle School, 3) the involvement of personnel resources. implementation of a quality culture development model program in Islamic religious education learning at SMP Nurul Ilmu Padangsidimpuan.To obtain the data needed in this study, interview, observation, and documentation techniques were used. Meanwhile, to analyze the data used data reduction procedures, data exposure and drawing conclusions. The process of analyzing research data is triangulation of data by cross-checking between interview, observation and documentation methods. In addition, cross-examination of data sources, from school principals, vice principals, administration, teachers of Islamic religious subjects, and students.
