The background of the implementation of this classroom action research is the failure of students to achieve the KKM that has been determined in the addition of fractions in Mathematics learning. The purpose of this study was to improve students' ability in the addition of fractions in Mathematics learning in class VI SD Negeri Tanjungsari. This research was conducted in two cycles. in Class VI Tanjungsari State Elementary School, UPTD PAUD, PNFI, Kindergarten and Elementary School in Blanakan District, Subang Regency, with 24 students. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative research approach. Research data collection was carried out through documentation studies of student learning outcomes from each cycle. The results showed an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes in the addition of fractions. This can be seen from the initial conditions before the action, the average value of student learning outcomes of 56.25%, after the first cycle of action an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes became 62.91%. Likewise, after the second cycle of action there was an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes to 73.75%.

Abstract: This research aims to improve students' creative thinking skills and student learning outcomes of class VI Bakalan Elementary School in science learning through a project-based learning model. The research subjects were 15 students consisting of 10 male students and 5 female students. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. This type of research used is Classroom Action Research. The data were collected by means of interviews, observations, and tests. The data analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the project-based learning model can improve students' creative thinking skills and science learning outcomes in science learning content in class VI A of Bakalan Elementary School. Based on the results of data analysis, there was an increase in students' creative thinking skills starting from the pre-cycle stage to cycle 2, which initially the average creative thinking ability of students was 26% to 78%. The average creative thinking skills of students in one class increased 52%. Student learning outcomes also increased, based on preliminary data from pre-cycle to cycle 2.The average completeness of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle stage was 13% to 73% in cycle 2. Average of science learning outcomes of class VI A students increased 60%. Keywords: Creative Thinking, Learning Outcomes, Project Based Learning

Based on field observations, the use of text sourced from textbooks as a learning medium on the subject matter of the main ideas and supporting paragraph ideas as well as the application of learning methods that are less attractive by the teacher, has not been able to attract reading interest and activate students. This has an impact on the low level of student understanding and mastery of the learning material. The method used in this study is an integrative literature review that combines various studies of relevant books and journals. This study aims to provide insight to teachers about the use of short stories in learning. Based on the results of the discussion, the use of short stories in learning based on various sources can increase reading interest and activate students. so as to improve understanding and student learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that short stories can be used as a medium of learning in the subject matter of the main ideas and ideas supporting paragraphs.

Abstract This research aims to develop IPS (Social Sciences) LKPD (Student worksheet) based on a scientific approach in order to improve student learning outcomes and creative thinking skills. Data were obtained from class VI SDN 1 Soko and class VI SDN Tunggulrejo, Rengel District, Tuban Regency, East Java. This research method uses research and development methods. This method is carried out in the 4-D cycle of Thiagarajan and Semmel (1974), namely Define, Design, Develop, and Deseminate. The results of this research-development are 1.) LKPD developed is declared very feasible by the validator both in terms of material with 87.5% and media with 88.2%. 2.) The level of effectiveness of the LKPD developed based on the results of the percentage of completeness of the experimental class of 93.1% was declared very effective. Meanwhile, the effectiveness level with the N-gain value is 71.35%. Thus, the LKPD IPS based on a scientific approach with the theme of economic activity in the surrounding environment is declared effective in increasing students’ creativity and cognitive. Self-evaluation aims to determine the results of education in the form of transition fromthe world of higher education to the world of business and industry, educational output in the form ofself-assessment of the mastery and acquisition of competencies, the educational process in the formof evaluation of the learning process and the contribution of higher education to competencyacquisition and educational input in the form of further exploration of graduate information. Inaddition, through this self-evaluation education providers can find out how the program is organizedand the quality of service through the assessment of alumni and / or alumni users. Through this,education providers are able to improve and improve the quality of their services. The methodcontains the type of method or type of approach used, descriptions of qualitative and / or quantitativedata, data collection procedures, and analysis technique procedures. The type of research used in theimplementation of this research activity is a mixed descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach.Alumni users (Principals) assess that the competence of Primary School Teacher Education graduatesis very good. This shows that the alumni of the Elementary School Teacher Education study programcan apply the competencies obtained during college. There are aspects that are considered stilllacking and need to be improved, namely self-development.

The purpose of this article is to describe the integrity character of grade 3 elementary school students in terms of intrapersonal intelligence. The value of the character of a student's integrity can be seen from being steadfast and reflected in obeying the rules as if, wearing uniforms, planning tasks on time. Meanwhile, intrapersonal intelligence is related to internal aspects in a person, such as feelings of life, emotional range, the ability to distinguish emotions, mark them, and use them to understand and guide one's own behavior. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The technique of collecting data by in-depth interviews with each of these students is to determine the integrity character that they show and in triangulation with observations to determine the validity of the integrity character values of these students. The test results on students who have intrapersonal intelligence are in line with the results of the integrity character values which are observed that the integrity character values taken by students in intrapersonal intelligence show less good results such as not using uniforms when the web meeting does not collect assignments on time. So it can be concluded that students who have intrapersonal intelligence show low integrity character values.

Assessment, authentic can be used with the application of the Free Learning Curriculum. This article describes the readiness of teachers to implement authentic assessment in the Free Learning Curriculum which includes preparation, implementation, and analysis and reporting of assessment results. The purpose of writing is to present a factual picture of the readiness of teachers in implementing the Merdeka Learning curriculum related to authentic assessment. Writing articles is done using descriptive methods through literature study. The article was made based on problems experienced by teachers as revealed through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) conducted during the Teacher Group Work which involved 50 teachers in Gondang Mojokerto, East Java. The results of the FGD indicated that teachers experienced various problems related to the implementation of authentic assessments, including (1) the assumption that authentic assessment was too complicated because they had to make rubrics and then convert them before inputting into the list of scores; (2) difficulty in sorting and distributing scores if one rubric includes several lessons; (3) there has been no training specifically carried out for making authentic assessment plans. The results of the study carried out accompanied by short interviews with several teachers showed that theoretically the teacher was quite ready and sufficiently understood the nature of authentic assessment. However, in practice, teachers still need a lot to learn so that they are more skilled and easier to apply. So it can be said that the teacher is not ready to apply authentic assessments, because the assessments carried out still seem improper in accordance with the rubrics available in the teacher's book. There has not been any development of an assessment rubric that may be needed to assess other skills students need.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa melalui efektivitas penggunaan media video animasi Jawadwipa mata pelajaran IPS materi keberagaman kebudayaan siswa kelas IV SD Siti Aminah Surabaya. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan research and development (R&D) model DDD-E yaitu decide, design, develop, and evaluate dengan uji kelayakan menggunakan model eksperimen one shot case study. Sampel pada penelitian ini 30 siswa dari kelas IV. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi dengan nilai rata-rata ketuntasan belajar melebihi KKM yaitu 81 dan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 83%. Penelitian menggunakan video animasi Jawadwipa dinyatakan layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai alternative belajar siswa.
