Abstract

Emotional intelligence is an ability that every student needs to have in participating in the learning process. This research was conducted on class XII students of SMAN 1 Rancah to determine their emotional intelligence mastery category. This research does not look at gender as a comparison material for categories of mastery of emotional intelligence. The research instrument used a questionnaire from Goleman with a Likert scale. There are five indicators of emotional intelligence, namely recognizing one's emotions, managing emotions, motivating oneself, recognizing other people's emotions and building relationships. The study results show that students in each indicator are in the medium category. It is rare to find students in the low category, as well as those in the high category.

Abstract

The study was conducted to examine agility as a dependent variable. The method uses pre-experimentation. Pretest-posttest two group design is the design used. The research location is SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja, Tasikmalaya Regency. The number of subjects was 30 people. Subject selection applied total sampling method. Data analysis applies SPSS 24. The measuring tool is the zig zag run test. The results of the study are: 1. The zig-zag cross-over shuffle exercise has an effective role in positive changes in the agility of students at SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja, Tasikmalaya Regency. Bag weaves training has an effective role in positive changes in the agility of students at SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja, Tasikmalaya Regency. 3. It can be seen that there is a difference between the zig-zag cross-over shuffle exercise and bag weaves which are effective for positive changes in the agility of students at SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja, Tasikmalaya Regency. Conclusion: Data shows that group A (zig-zag cross-over shuffle) and group B (bag weaves) play an effective role in positive changes in student agility at SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja, Tasikmalaya Regency.Studi yang dilakukan untuk meneliti kelincahan sebagai variabel terikat. Metode menggunakan pre-eksperimen. Pretest-postest two group design merupakan desain yg dipakai. Lokasi penelitian di SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Jumlah subjek yaitu 30 orang. Pemilihan subjek menerapkan cara total sampling. Analisis  data menerapkan SPSS 24. Alat ukurnya adalah zig zag run test. Hasil studi yaitu: 1. Latihan zig-zag cross-over shuffle  memiliki peran yang efektif untuk perubahan positif kelincahan siswa SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Latihan bag weaves memiliki peran yang efektif untuk perubahan positif kelincahan siswa SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. 3. Terlihat adanya ketidaksamaan antara latihan zig-zag cross-over shuffle  dengan bag weaves yang efektif untuk perubahan positif kelincahan siswa SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Kesimpulan: Kelompok A (zig-zag cross-over shuffle ) dan kelompok B (bag weaves) secara data adanya peran yang efektif untuk perubahan positif kelincahan siswa SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Antopometric characteristics in the somatotype section are studies that are researched using the ex post facto method applying survey techniques, namely administering tests and measurements. The subjects involved were 15 soccer players from the YPAI Cimanggu Vocational School team, Cilacap Regency. The total sampling was used this research. Data analysis uses percentages. The measuring tool used is the somatotype test. The results prove that 15 students fall into the category of mesomorph and ectomomorph (M.Ec.) 6.67%, balanced ectomorph (B.M.) 40%, mesomorph endomorph (M.En.) 6.67%, endomorph ectomorph (En.Ec .) 20%, ectomorph mesomorph (Ec.M.) 20%, ectomorph mesomorph (M.Ec.) 6.67%. Conclusion. The difference in somatotype index as a benchmark for adjusting mobility based on sport, in this case is the position of a football player.Karakteristik antopometrik pada bagian somatotype adalah studi yang diteliti dengan menggunakan metode expost facto menerapkan teknik survei yaitu pemberian tes dan pengukuran. Subjek yang terlibat adalah pemain sepakbola tim SMK YPAI Cimanggu Kabupaten Cilacap 15 orang. Penerapan teknik sampel yaitu total sampling. Analisis data memakai persentase. Alat ukur yang dipaki yaitu tes somatotype. Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa siswa yang berjumlah 15 orang masuk pada kategori mesomorf dan ectomomorf  (M.Ec.) 6.67 %, balanced ectomorp (B.M.) 40%, mesomorp endomorp (M.En.) 6,67%, endomorp ectomorp (En.Ec.) 20%, ectomorp mesomorp (Ec.M.) 20%, mesomorp ectomorp (M.Ec.) 6,67%. Kesimpulan. Perbedaan indeks somatotype sebagai tolak ukur untuk menyesuaikan mobilitas berdasarkan olahraga dalam hal ini adalah posisi pemain sepakbola

Abstract

The independent variables consist of the Colorado experiment and burn out. The aim of this study is to change the appearance of chest muscle volume. The research uses a pre-experimental method. Pretest-posttest two group design as the research design. The location of this study is Diamond Fitness. The total research subjects were 14 men divided into two research groups. The measuring tool used is circumference measurements only on the chest circumference. The statistical data processing process applies the SPSS 25 application. The results of this study are 1. Exercise using the Colorado Experiment system has a significant effect on increasing chest muscle volume. 2. Training using the burnout system has a significant effect on increasing chest muscle volume. 3. There is no significant difference between training using the Colorado Experiment system and burn out on increasing chest muscle volume. Conclusion: The independent variables consisting of the Colorado experiment and burnout showed better changes in chest muscle volume in Diamond Fitness members. Suggestion: A variety of exercise variations must be used so that the right training method can be found for each individual Diamond Fitness member.Variabel bebas terdiri dari colorado experiment dan burn out adalah tujuan dari studi ini untuk merubah penampilan pada volume otot dada. Penelitian menggunakan metode pre-experimen. Pretest-postest two group design sebagai desain penelitian. Lokasi studi ini adalah di Diamond Fitness. Subjek penelitian keseluruhan berjumlah 14 orang putra dibagi menjadi dua kelompok penelitian. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu circumference measurements hanya pada bagian lingkar dada. Proses pengolahan data statistik menerapkan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil studi ini adalah 1. Latihan menggunakan sistem colorado experiment memperlihatkan hasil yang lebih baik pada volume otot dada. 2. Menggunakan sistem burnout memperlihatkan hasil yang lebih baik pada massa otot dada. 3. Ke-dua metode tersebut tidak terlihat keunggulan atau sebaliknya ke-dua variabel bebas tersebut mempunyai perubahan positif yang lebih baik pada volume otot dada. Kesimpulan: Variabel bebas yang terdiri dari colorado experiment dan burnout adanya perubahan yang lebih baik untuk volume otot dada pada anggota Diamond Fitness. Saran: Berbagai variasi latihan harus digunakan agar dapat ditemukan metode latihan yang tepat bagi setiap masing-masing individu anggota Diamond Fitness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in agility. The research method uses a pre-experimental design. The population used was the male students of MTs Negeri 1 Pangandaran who took part in volleyball extracurricular activities, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique used was the total sampling technique. The test instrument or measuring tool used is the shuttle run test. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 24, the results of data processing consist of 1. Ladder-in-out exercises have a significant effect on increasing body agility in students of MTs Negeri Pangandaran. The 40-yard lateral shuffle exercise has a significant effect on increasing body agility in MTs Negeri Pangandaran students. 3. There is no significant difference in the effect of the ladder in out exercise and the 40-yard lateral shuffle exercise on increasing body agility in students of MTs Negeri Pangandaran. Conclusion: Ladder in-out exercise with 40-yard lateral shuffel exercise to increase body agility in students of MTs Negeri Pangandaran.

Abstract

Arm power is the discussion and also the dependent variable that will be revealed here. The method used is pre-experimental pretest-posttest group design. The location used for research is SMK Komputama Majenang, Cilacap Regency. The subjects used were a group of 30 men, meaning that all students as volleyball players were involved in this research. Two hand medicine ball put is used as a measuring tool. The analysis used was the SPSS series 24 application. Research results: The single-arm push pass exercise had a very good effect on improving eye and hand coordination in students at Komputama Majenang Vocational School, Cilacap Regency. The single-leg standing push pass exercise has a very good effect on improving eye and hand coordination in students at Komputama Majenang Vocational School, Cilacap Regency. There is a good difference between the single-arm push pass exercise and the single-leg standing push pass in positive changes for eye and hand coordination in students at Komputama Majenang Vocational School, Cilacap Regency. The recommendation from the research results is that carrying out exercises or doing arm power training at upper intermediate to advanced levels requires a variety of movements that lead to arm power because there are many other forms of exercise apart from the single-arm push pass and the single-leg standing push pass.Explosive otot lengan adalah pembahasan dan sekaligus variabel terikat yang akan diungkapkan di sini. Metode yang dipakai yaitu pre-experimental pretest-postest group design. Lokasi yang dijadikan penelitian yaitu SMK Komputama Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap. Subjek yang dipakai yaitu kelompok putra 30 orang, artinya seluruh siswa sebagai pemain bolavoli terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Tes melempar bola medicine dengan ke-dua lengan digunakan sebagai alat ukur. Analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS seri 24. Hasil penelitian: Latihan single-arm push pass berpengaruh sangat baik pada peningkatan koordinasi mata dan tangan pada siswa SMK Komputama Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap. Latihan single-leg standing push pass berpengaruh sangat baik pada peningkatan koordinasi mata dan tangan pada siswa SMK Komputama Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap. Terlihat perbedaan yang baik antara latihan single-arm push pass dengan single-leg standing push pass pada perubahan positif untuk koordinasi mata dan tangan pada siswa SMK Komputama Majenang Kabupaten Cilacap. Rekomendasi hasil penelitian bahwa melakukan latihan ataupun dalam melakukan pelatihan power lengan pada tingkat menengah atas sampai mahir diperlukan berbagai macam variasi gerakan yang mengarah kepada power lengan karena bentuk latihan masih banyak selain single-arm push pass dengan single-leg standing push pass.

Abstract

The reliant variable in the title of this study is the principal objective, specifically arm power. Pre-trial configuration is the applied technique. The area and exploration subjects were Yos Sudarso Kawunganten Center School understudies and Cilacap Rule. The method for taking the exploration object was absolute examining so there were 30 male understudies. The test offered to these understudies is the chance put toss test. The aftereffects of the review are: 1. The twisted-around toss practice essentially affects positive changes in the dangerous force of the arm muscles. 2. Ball flip activities fundamentally affect positive changes for the unstable force of the arm muscles. 3. There is a huge distinction between the twisted-around toss and ball flip activities for positive changes in the dangerous force of the arm muscles. Conclusion: Twisted-around toss and ball flip activities essentially affect expanding arm power in understudies of SMP Yos Sudarso Kawunganten, Cilacap Regime.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a long pass test instrument product, namely using a 3x3 meter box in which 1x1 meter has varying values while comparing it with old test instruments. The research method used is R & D (Research and Development). The results obtained have a correlation value (r) of 0.4. based on the strength of the relationship it can be said to be "Enough." Implications: Based on the level of use, the new long pass kick test instrument is better used at the amateur player or Football School (SSB) level, while the old long pass kick test instrument is better given to the professional football player level.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk instrumen tes long pass yaitu menggunakan kotak 3x3 meter yang di dalamnya berukuran 1x1 meter memiliki nilai yang bervariasi sekaligus membandingkan dengan instrumen tes lama Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R & D (Research and Development). Hasil yang diperoleh nilai korelasi (r) 0.4. berdasarkan kekuatan hubungan dapat dikatakan “Cukup.” Implikasi : Berdasarkan pada tingkatan penggunaannya bahwa instrumen tes tendangan long pass baru lebih baik digunakan pada tingkatan pemain amatir atau tingkatan Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB), sedangkan untuk instrumen tes tendangan long pass lama lebih baik diberikan pada tingkatan pemain sepak bola professional.

Abstract

The perseverance of the arm muscles that are focused on changes in the increment that comes from the impact of hazardous push-ups and drop and catch push-ups. Balebat Volleyball Club, Kawali Locale, Ciamis Regime is the exploration area. There are 20 players who are utilized as exploration objects. The exploration strategy applied is the free trial plan. The estimation apparatus utilized is push-ups. The outcomes got are: 1. Unstable push-up preparation fundamentally affects positive changes in arm muscle perseverance of Balebat Volleyball Club understudies, Kawali Locale, Ciamis Regime. 2. The drop-and-catch push-up practice fundamentally affects positive changes to the arm muscle perseverance of understudies of the Balebat Volleyball Club, Kawali Locale, and Ciamis Regime. 3. There is a massive contrast between dangerous push-ups and drop-and-catch push-ups for positive changes in arm muscle perseverance. Conclusion. There are contrasts in certain progressions from the impact of hazardous push-ups and drop and catch push-ups on muscle perseverance information on the ITH segment.

Abstract

This activity was carried out to obtain data on changes in muscle endurance and abdominal circumference for Yos Sudarso Kawungaten Middle School students, Cilacap Regency. The number of students involved in the sample was 30 boys. The method was applied in this research was total sampling, with a pre-experimental design procedure. Plank is used as a test measuring tool. The results of SPSS series 24 can be interpreted as follows: 1. There are good changes in the results of standing rotation for the dependent variables, namely muscle endurance and waist circumference. 2. There are good changes in the results of seated rotation for the dependent variables, namely muscle endurance and waist circumference. 3. Likewise with the two variables, from standing rotation to the dependent variable, namely muscle endurance and waist circumference. Suggestion: The physical condition component of power is applied in the form of standing rotation and seated rotation exercises because there is leg movement by jumping, this is supported in sports that contain elements of jumping or jumping, such as in volleyball, football, several athletic events, and many more.Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data perubahan muscle endurance dan lingkar perut untuk siswa SMP Yos Sudarso Kawungaten Kabupaten Cilacap. Jumlah siswa yang terlibat sebagai sampel yaitu 30 orang putra. Metode total sampling diterapkan pada penelitian ini, dengan prosedur pre eksperimental design. Plank digunakan sebagai alat ukur tes. Hasil dari SPSS serie 24 dapat diinterpretasikan yaitu: 1. Adanya perubahan yang baik hasil dari standing rotation untuk variabel terikatnya yaitu muscle endurance dan lingkat pinggang. 2. Adanya perubahan yang baik hasil dari seated rotation untuk variabel terikatnya yaitu muscle endurance dan lingkat pinggang. 3. Begitu pula dengan kedua variabel, dari standing rotation untuk variabel terikatnya yaitu muscle endurance dan lingkat pinggang. Saran: Komponen kondisi fisik power merupakan penerapan pada bentuk latihan standing rotation  dan seated rotation   karena terdapat gerakan tungkai dengan cara melakukan lompatan, hal ini menunjang dalam olahraga yang mengandung unsur lompatan atau loncatan seperti pada olahraga bolavoli, sepakbola, beberapa nomor atletik, dan banyak lagi.
