Abstract

This study aims to measure the flexibility of the arms and shoulders. The research method is surveys and test implementation techniques which are then measured. The research location is at SMK Negeri 1 Cikalong, Tasikmalaya Regency. The samples involved were students who took part in volleyball as many as 25 students. Sampling by means of total sampling. The measurement tools used are the static flexibility test-shoulder and wrist. Processing and analysis of statistical data is SPSS series 24 and percentages. The result is 1 person with a percentage value of 4% (less). 11 people the percentage value is 44% (moderate). 8 people with a percentage score of 32% (good). 4 people with a percentage score of 16% (very good). 1 person percentage value 4% (perfect). The overall average is 8.61. Conclusion: Male students at SMK Negeri 1 Cikalong, Tasikmalaya Regency, after going through a test measuring the flexibility of their arms and shoulders, are included in the average or good category.Penelitian ini bertujuanpengukuran fleksibilitas lengan dan bahu. Metode penelitian yaitu surveidan teknik pelaksanaan tes yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran. Lokasi penelitian di SMK Negeri 1 Cikalong Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Sampel yang terlibat yaitu siswa yang mengikuti olahraga bolavoli sebanyak 25 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling.Alat ukur yang diterapkan adalah static flexibility test-shoulder and wrist. Pengolahan dan analisis data statistika adalah SPSS serie 24 dan persentase. Hasilnya 1 orang nilai persentase 4 % (kurang).11 orang nilai persentase 44 % (sedang).8 orang nilai persentase 32 % (baik).4 orang nilai persentase 16 % (baik sekali).1 orang nilai persentase 4 % (sempurna). Rata-ratakeseluruhan yaitu 8,61. Kesimpulan: Siswa putra SMK Negeri 1 Cikalong Kabupaten Tasikmalaya setelah melalui tes pengukuran fleksibilitas lengan dan bahu termasuk pada kategori average atau baik

Abstract

The arm muscle strength that is focused on for expanded changes comes from the impact of precious stone push-ups and seat push-ups. The location of the research is Cilacap Regency's Komputama Majenang Vocational School. Understudies who were utilized as exploration objects were 20 individuals. Free experimental design was used as the research method. The estimation instrument utilized is push-ups. The obtained outcomes: 1. The precious stone push-up practice fundamentally affects positive changes in the arm muscle strength of understudies at SMK Komputama Majenang, Cilacap Rule. 2. Students at SMK Komputama Majenang, Cilacap Regency, experience significant improvements in arm muscle strength as a result of performing the chair push-up exercise. 3. At SMK Komputama Majenang, Cilacap Regency, students' increases in chair push-ups and diamond push-ups are significantly different. Conclusion: There is a positive change in the impact of precious stone push-ups and seat push-ups on arm muscle strength.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the independent variable, namely arm and shoulder flexibility, and the dependent variable, namely bottom serve. The research method uses correlational. The research location is at SMK YPS 1 Ciamis Regency. The research sample consisted of 20 male students. The sampling technique uses total sampling technique. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 26, the results of data processing are that there is a relationship or correlation of 0.001 < 0.05. The degree of relationship of 0.663 is in the strong correlation category. Because the nature of the relationship is positive, the higher the flexibility of the arms and shoulders, the higher the results from the bottom serve. Conclusion: There is a relationship between arm and shoulder flexibility and lower serve.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas yaitu fleksibilitas lengan dan bahu dengan variabel terikat yaitu servis bawah bawah. Metode penelitian menggunakan korelasional. Lokasi penelitian di SMK YPS 1 Kabupaten Ciamis. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 orang siswa putra. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 26, hasil pengolahan data yaitu adanya hubungan atau kolerasi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Derajat hubungannya sebesar 0,663 masuk pada kategori korelasi kuat. Karena sifat hubungannya positif jadi semakin tinggi fleksibilitas lengan dan bahu maka semakin tinggi pula hasil dari servis bawah. Kesimpulan: Adanya hubungan antara fleksibilitas lengan dan bahu dengan servis bawah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there are positive changes in body agility as a result of the five dot drill treatment. The research method used is pre-experimental design. The research location is at SMK YPS 1 Ciamis Regency. The research subjects were 20 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 24, the results of data processing were, "The five dot drill exercise had a significant influence on increasing agility in male students at YPS Vocational School, Ciamis Regency." Conclusion: Five dot drill training has a significant effect on increasing agility. Suggestion: It is hoped that similar research will be carried out so that the repertoire of physical condition elements of agility will further develop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan seara positif pada kelincahan tubuh dari hasil perlakuan five dot drill. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design. Lokasi penelitian di SMK YPS 1 Kabupaten Ciamis. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 24, hasil pengolahan data adalah, “Latihan five dot drill memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada siswa putra SMK YPS Kabupaten Ciamis.” Kesimpulan: Latihan five dot drill berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Saran: Diharapkan adanya penelitian yang sejenis agar khasanah unsur kondisi fisik kelincahan semakin berkembang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the impact of forward squat jumps training with short run-up triple jump training on increasing leg power. The research method used is pre-experimental design. The research location is SD Negeri 2 Bojongmengger, Ciamis Regency. The research sample consisted of 26 girls who were members of extracurricular volleyball. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 26, the results are: 1. Forward squat jumps training has a significant influence on increasing leg power in female students at SD Negeri 2 Bojongmengger, Ciamis Regency. 2. The short run-up triple jump exercise had a significant influence on increasing leg power in female students at SD Negeri 2 Bojongmengger, Ciamis Regency. 3. There is a significant difference between forward squat jumps and short run-up triple jumps on increasing leg power in female students at SD Negeri 2 Bojongmengger, Ciamis Regency. The conclusion is that forward squat jumps training with short run-up triple jumps has a significant effect on increasing leg muscle explosive power. Suggestion: It is hoped that there will be research involving male students because it can be seen that when carrying out research in the field, male students also tend to have a sense of interest and are inspired to try to carry out movements on both variables and the test instrument.

Abstract

Increasing the explosive power movement performance of both leg muscles is the aim of training with two independent variables, namely box shuffle step and double box shuffle step. This study was implemented namely pre-experiment. The research design used was a two group pretest-posttest design. The research location is the Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. The subjects included consisted of 10 boys and 10 girls. Each group has 5 male participants and 5 female participants. So it consists of two groups. The measuring tool used is jumping straight up. The statistical process uses SPSS 25. The results of the study are: 1. There is a positive influence for the box shuffle step on changes in leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. 2. There is a positive influence for the double box shuffle step on changes in leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. 3. There is no difference between the box shuffle step group and the double box shuffle step group for changes in leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. Conclusion: Box shuffle step training with double box shuffle steps to change leg power in students at Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Pencak Silat College, Ciamis Regency. Suggestion: Box shuffle step training with double box shuffle steps can be used as an alternative leg power exercise.Penambahan performa pergerakan daya ledak ke-dua otot tungkai sebagai tujuan dari latihan dua variabel bebas yaitu box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step. Studi ini diterapkan yaitu pre-eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang dipakai yaitu two group pretest-postest design. Tempat penelitian yaitu di Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Subjek yang diikutsertakan terdiri dari 10 orang putra dan 10 orang putri. Setiap kelompok memiliki peserta laki-laki 5 orang dan perempuan 5 orang. Sehingga terdiri dari dua kelompok. Alat ukur yang dipakai yaitu loncat tegak ke atas. Proses statistik memakai SPSS 25. Hasil studi yaitu: 1. Adanya pengaruh yang positif untuk box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. 2. Adanya pengaruh yang positif untuk double box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. 3. Tidak ada perbedaan antara kelompok box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Kesimpulan: Latihan box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step untuk perubahan power tungkai pada siswa Perguruan Pencak Silat Itsbatul Husna Panumbangan Kabupaten Ciamis. Saran: Latihan box shuffle step dengan double box shuffle step dapat dijadikan alternatif latihan power tungkai.

Abstract

Eye and hand coordination accompanied by arm power is looking for a relationship with overhead passing which is the aim of the research. Correlational design was used as a method for this research. SMK Negeri 1 Rancah is the place for data collection. The author took 20 volleyball extracurricular students. The method for recruiting students is total sampling. The author uses measuring tools, namely eye and coordination tests, press-ups, and overhead passes. The results of the data in the field were analyzed using SPSS series 26. The author's hypothesis was successful, namely: 1. Arm power has a significant relationship with passing technique in volleyball. 2. Eye and hand coordination has a significant relationship with top passing technique in volleyball. 3. Arm power and hand-eye coordination have a greater relationship with overhead passing. Conclusion: Arm power and hand-eye coordination have a greater relationship with top passing in volleyball. Suggestion: It is hoped that as one of the recommendations, the three tests in this study can be used as a test of the physical condition of the sport of volleyball.Koordinasi mata dan tangan disertai dengan power lengan adalah mencari keterkaitan dengan passing atas merupakan tujuan dari penelitian. Corelational design dijadikan cara penelitian ini. SMK Negeri 1 Rancah adalah tempat untuk pengambilan data. Penulis mengambil siswa ekstrakurikuler bolavoli sebanyak 20 siswa. Cara perekrutan siswa yaitu total sampling. Penulis menggunakan alat ukur yakni tes koordinasi dan mata, press-up, dan passing atas. Hasil data di lapangan dianalisis dengan SPSS seri 26. Hipotesis penulis berhasil yaitu: 1. Power lengan memiliki hubungan dengan teknik passing cukup besar pada olahraga bolavoli. 2. Koordinasi mata dan tangan memiliki hubungan dengan teknik passing atas cukup besar pada olahraga bolavoli. 3. Power lengan dan koordinasi mata dan tangan memiliki hubungan yang lebih besar dengan passing atas. Kesimpulan: Power lengan dan koordinasi mata dan tangan memiliki hubungan lebih besar dengan passing atas pada olahraga bolavoli. Saran: Diharapkan sebagai salah satu rekomendasi ke-tiga tes pada penelitian ini dapat dijadikan tes kondisi fisik cabang olahraga bolavoli.

Ball standing throw training has a significant influence on increasing arm power. 2. 3 straide rhythm and throw ball training has a significant influence on increasing arm power. 3. There is a significant difference between ball standing throw training and ball 3 straide rhythm and throw training in increasing arm power. Terdapat  perbedaan  yang   signifikan  antara  latihan ball standing throw dengan latihan ball 3 straide rhytem and throw terhadap peningkatan power lengan. Kesimpulan: Latihan ball standing throw dengan latihan ball 3 straide rhytem and throw terhadap peningkatan power lengan

Abstract

The aim of the research was to prove the overhead throw exercise for arm power output. Pre-experimental design is a method of this research by providing treatment in 18 meetings with only one group (one group pretest-posttest design). PSGC Ciamis Regency is the author's place to carry out research. The number of football players included in the research was 28 players. Providing a measuring tool to football players, namely the throw in. Data analysis was processed using SPSS series 26. The results of the study showed that there was a better change in the impact of overhead throw training on the arm power results of PSGC football players in Ciamis Regency. The conclusion is that the results of overhead throw training can change to become better throw-ins with an increase in the power performance of both arms.Tujuan penelitian untuk membukikan latihan oerhead throw untuk hasil kerja power lengan. Pre-experimental design adalah cara penelitian ini dengan memberikan perlakuan sebanyak 18 kali pertemuan dengan hanya satu kelompok (one group pretest-postest design). PSGC Kabupaten Ciamis adalah tempat penulis untuk melaksanakan penelitian. Jumlah pemain sepakbola yang diikutsertakan pada penelitian yaitu 28 pemain. Pemberian alat ukur pada pemain sepakbola yaitu throw in. Pengolahan analisis data menggunakan SPSS seri 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perubahan yang lebih baik dari dampak pelatihan overhead throw untuk hasil power lengan pemain sepakbola PSGC Kabupaten Ciamis. Kesimpulannya yaitu Hasil pelatihan overhead throw mampu merubah menjadi lebih baik pada lemparan ke dalam (throw in) dengan adanya peningkatan penampilan power  ke-dua lengan.

Abstract

Obesitas telah menjadi masalah global yang dihadapi oleh berbagai negara di seluruh dunia. Aktivitas fisik dan perilaku sedentari dianggap sebagai faktor kunci yang berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya obesitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara aktivitas fisik dan perilaku sedentari dengan indeks massa tubuh (BMI) menggunakan pendekatan algoritma machine learning. Sebanyak 280 mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia dari berbagai program studi berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, terdiri atas 101 laki-laki dan 179 perempuan berusia 17–23 tahun. Aktivitas fisik diukur menggunakan accelerometer Actigraph GT3X. Penelitian ini menggunakan tujuh algoritma machine learning, yaitu k-nearest neighbours (KNN), decision tree, random forest, dan Classification via Regression (CVR) untuk analisis risiko obesitas. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak RapidMiner. Berdasarkan variabel aktivitas fisik, perilaku sedentari, dan status demografi, algoritma random forest menunjukkan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 71,09% dibanding algoritma lainnya. Demikian juga dengan sensitivitas,  algoritma random forest paling tinggi dari algoritma lainnya sebesar 37,50%. Sementara untuk spesifisitas, algoritma decision tree paling tinggi dengan 77,5%. Aktivitas fisik, total Metabolic Equivalent of Task (MET), dan durasi perilaku sedentari merupakan faktor penting dalam memprediksi risiko obesitas. Oleh karena itu, promosi aktivitas fisik dan kebijakan kampus memiliki peran krusial dalam mengurangi prevalensi obesitas di kalangan mahasiswa
