Abstract

Kurang energi kronis (KEK) merupakan suatu keadaan atau kondisi dimana ibu hamil mengalami kekurangan makanan yang berlangsung lama atau menahun ( kronis) yang dimana dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan bagi ibu selama masa kehamilan,dimana kebutuhan zat gizi untuk ibu hamil pada masa kehamilan akan terus meningkat selama masa kehamilannya. Berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) Indonesia tahun 2018 prevalensi KEK pada wanita hamil di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) lebih tinggi dibandingkan prevalensi Indonesia yaitu sebesar 21,5% (Indonesia: 17,3%). Jumlah tersebut meningkat dibandingkan tahun 2012, yaitu sekitar 19,98%. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian Pra Eksperiment dengan rancangan one groupe test and post test design.Lokasi penelitian yaitu di wilayah kerja Puskemsas Kuripan Kabupaten Lombok Bara. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan januari tahun 2022 dengan sampel yang berjumlah 10 orang ibu hamil KEK. Karakteristik umur ibu hamil yang paling banyak berusia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 9 orang ( 90%), pendidikan mayoritas ibu berpendidikan sekolah menengah sebanyak 6 orang (60%) , pekerjaan sebagian besar ibu tidak bekerja (ibu rumah tangga) sebanyak 9 orang (90%) parparitas ibu hamil mayoritas paling banyak yaitu paritas ke-1 sebanyak 7 orang (70%) usia kehamilan ibu paling banyak pada trimeter 2 sebanyak 5 orang (50%) Rata-rata skor sebelum dilakukan edukasi gizi dalam pembuatan makanan gizi seimbang tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tergolong kedalam kategori sedang dan kategori keterampilan ibu hamil tegolong dalam kategori kurang terampil dan setelah dilakukan edukais gizi tingkat pengetahuan ibu meningkat menjadi kategori baik dan untuk keterampilan tergolong dalam kategori terampil dengan p value =004.

Abstract

Dibalik popularitas dan daya tarik yang dimiliki Paolo Fest Café, Batu, terdapat beberapa masalah yang menghalangi pelanggan untuk berkunjung kembali. Keluhan pelanggan tertarik pada Lokasi, Kualitas Produk, dan Kualitas Layanan kafe ini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lokasi, Kualitas Produk, dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Niat Berkunjung Kembali di Paolo Fest Cafe yang terletak di Kota Batu, Jawa Timur. Data primer untuk penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada sejumlah responden, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari artikel, jurnal, dan buku. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan respon yang kurang baik dari responden mengenai Lokasi, Kualitas Produk, dan Kualitas Layanan kafe sehingga mempengaruhi niat mereka untuk berkunjung kembali. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap niat berkunjung kembali di Paolo Fest Cafe, Batu. Hasil ini menyarankan bahwa perluasan jalan masuk dan arah petunjuk yang lebih besar, pemeriksaan kualitas produk, serta peningkatan kualitas layanan dapat meningkatkan niat pelanggan untuk mengunjungi kembali ke Paolo Fest Café, Batu, yang kemudian dapat menjadi dasar untuk strategi pemasaran dan pengembangan layanan di masa depan. Kata Kunci: Lokasi, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan, Niat Berkunjung Kembali, Paolo Fest Cafe.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are very important for operational success because they are responsible for carrying out company activities. Human resource management (HRM) specifically focuses on acquiring the right talent tailored to the company's specific needs. The segmented service industry is currently the main driver of economic growth, and workers play an important role as its main supporters. This research uses quantitative research methods. The source of research data is through distributing questionnaires. The research population is front-line employees of five-star hotels. The number of samples used was 120 respondents. This research uses SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis to analyze variable relationships. The results of the analysis show that service culture and career commitment have a effect on employee performance, except that the influence of workload on career commitment and employee performance are not significant. This highlights the importance of service culture and career commitment in improving performance in the hospitality industry. Overall, this research shows that career commitment and service culture play an important role in improving employee performance. Meanwhile, workload must be managed carefully to ensure that it supports career commitments and employee performance without burdening employees to the point of reducing their performance. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to strengthen their service culture and support employee career commitment to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

Akses terhadap air bersih menjadi tantangan signifikan di Kelurahan Lembang, Kecamatan Banggae Timur, Kabupaten Majene, terutama karena tingginya kadar kesadahan dan salinitas air tanah akibat intrusi air laut serta minimnya infrastruktur distribusi air bersih. Permasalahan ini diperparah oleh rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap teknik pengolahan air sederhana. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan air bersih melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif, presentasi, dan diskusi interaktif. Sosialisasi difokuskan pada pengenalan teknologi sederhana, seperti sistem saringan pasir lambat dan metode filtrasi praktis lainnya. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya air bersih, kesadaran terhadap dampak buruk air berkapur, dan minat tinggi dalam mengaplikasikan solusi praktis yang diajarkan. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal untuk menciptakan keberlanjutan pengelolaan air bersih di wilayah tersebut

Abstract

Old songs (of 1980s) linger without limit of time. Seniors at their 50s, for sure, like such songs to bring back the past memories of various feelings, which, for some, have been made ‘Skeleton in the cupboard.’ Such a phenomenon does not occur without reasons. Old songs still maintain  tight principles of literary esthetics  through thematic structure and metaphoric uses. The current study investigated thematic-metaphoric esthetics in two song lyrics entitled  Kau Seputih Melati written by  Jockie Suryo Prayogo and sung by Dian Permana Poetra, and Tiada Nama Seindah Namau, written by Obbie Messakh and sung by Ratih Purwasih, two of the favorite singers of 1980s. In order to collect the data, the listening and taking note method were applied in this research. The song lyrics assumed to employ well-structured-themes and metaphors as esthetic devises were purposefully taken for descriptive, qualitative and interpretative analysis. UAMCT.6 Application of Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) was used in componential analysis on the use of metaphors as well as reffering to Systemic FunctionLinguistic by Halliday. The findings indicate that thematic-metaphoric esthetics are thematic structure and the use of metaphors which can arouse ‘human’s latent sense of beauty’ seen from the consistency and uniqueness of theme-rheme structure and the types, meanings and functions of the metaphors in words, phrases or sentences. The findings were thoroughly discussed to justify that old songs of 1980s maintained the values of literary esthetics apart from the social values to enhance the teaching of literature, especially Indonesian literature.This research concludes that the consistency of theme rheme found in both songs contribute to the  song  esthetic meanwhile the use of metaphors in forms of words, phrases, clauses  which are are aligned and balanced  also contribute to song aesthetic related to the  imagination both from the singer and  listeners

Abstract

Pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal yang kaya akan nutrisi adalah salah satu inovasi yang berkembang. Penelitian berfokus pada pembuatan creepes berbasis melinjo (Genetum gnemon). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses pembuatan crepes dengan bahan dasar melinjo, seta menilai kualitas sensori. Metode penelitian meliputi formulasi adonan crepes, dan uji organoleptik untuk menentukan tingkat penerimaan kosumen terhadap rasa, warna, aroma, tekstur, dan penampilan fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa crepes berbasis melinjo memiliki tektur lembut dan rasa yang unik, serta diterima dengan baik oleh penelis uji. Inovasi crepes berbasis melinjo hanya menghadirkan varian baru dalam dunia kuliner, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat kesehatan yang lebih baik. Produk ini berpotensi untuk dipasarkan sebagai pilihan makanan sehat dan inovatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was: 1) To explore the language choice of the students when interacting with the teachers in English classroom. 2) To explore the language choice of the students when interacting with peers during English class. 3) To investigate the language choice of the students outside the classroom. 4) To investigate the students’ language attitude towards English. This investigation was conducted at SMP AMI Denpasar. The methodology of this study was descriptive qualitative method with a case study research design. The participant consists of 77 students. The data were obtained by employed interview guide, questionnaire sheet, and observation sheet. The finding indicated that, 1) there was the highest score 71,4%. The students mostly used mixed Indonesian-English as a tool of communication when they interact with their teacher during English class. 2) there was 46,8%. the students who speak mixed Indonesian-English in the class. In the other hand, the students who still had lack to use English they will mix into Indonesian to avoid misunderstandings. 3) the highest score for language choice was Indonesian. One of the results was 76,6% for language use with the teacher outside the English class. 4) the highest score for students’ attitude towards English-Indonesian was 72%. It reflected that students have positive attitudes regarding to English and Indonesian languages. Participants want to demonstrate it all when taking part in English-language activities. In conclusion, these days local languages are barely spoken among the younger generation. Since English is the most used language in daily life. Therefore, they chose to obtain acceptance from people in their surroundings.

Abstract

This research examines the role of digitalization in sustainable tourism marketing in the Creative Tourism Village of Terong. The primary focus of this study is on how the use of digital technology enhances operational efficiency, expands market reach, and strengthens sustainable practices within the tourism context. The findings indicate that the adoption of digital technology, such as websites, mobile applications, and social media, plays a crucial role in promoting the Creative Tourism Village of Terong to a broader audience. Digitalization has enabled more effective communication with tourists, more efficient reservation management, and rapid and accurate information dissemination. Additionally, digital technology supports innovation in delivering engaging and interactive tourism content, thereby enhancing the tourist experience. In conclusion, the implementation of digital-based marketing strategies in the Creative Tourism Village of Terong has significantly contributed to achieving sustainable tourism development goals by leveraging technology to support economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Ongoing collaboration among all stakeholders and adaptation to technological changes are key to successfully marketing tourist destinations in the digital era.

Abstract

This resserch disccsses the development of the traditional snack getuk as an attractive and innovative contemporary mousse dessert. This study is motivated by the growing culinary gastronomy in Indonesia. Generally, getuk is consumed only with grated coconut, which does not provide a special impression when enjoying this snack. However, getuk has the potential to be processed and developed into a modern snack variation that can be accepted by various groups. The aim of this research is to apply the existing culinary gastronomy in Indonesia by elevating traditional snacks into contemporary mousse desserts. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method on food products to explore flavor, texture, and appearance. The development process includes selecting quality raw materials, testing recipes, and conducting organoleptic assessments by panelists. The formulation of modern mousse desserts is combined with the traditional snack getuk. The results of the study indicate that traditional foods can be combined with soft mousse, creating a balanced combination of sweet and savory flavors, thus providing a new impression for consumers. This research is expected to contribute to the preservation of traditional Indonesian cuisine and introduce getuk as a relevant dessert in the modern market without losing its traditional values.
