Jurnal Tunas Pendidikan merupakan jurnal di bawah naungan Prodi PGSD Universitas Muhammadiyah Muara Bungo, yang berisi tentang naskah artikel hasil kajian dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan dasar. Jurnal ini difokuskan untuk mewadahi publikasi ilmiah dari hasil penelitian dosen, mahasiswa dan guru baik pada jenjang SD, SMP, ataupun SMA. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali dalam satu tahun, yakni setiap bulan Maret dan Oktober.

Perguruan tinggi membawa dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, termasuk di bidang pendidikan jasmani. Dalam ranah pendidikan jasmani, globalisasi pendidikan tinggi membuka peluang bagi perguruan tinggi di Indonesia untuk merancang kurikulum yang lebih inklusif dan beragam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran globalisasi pendidikan tinggi dalam pengembangan pendidikan jasmani yang berkualitas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan pandangan para pemangku kepentingan dalam pengembangan pendidikan jasmani di Indonesia. Melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa beberapa perguruan tinggi telah mengimplementasikan program khusus untuk mendukung atlet dan mahasiswa berprestasi di bidang olahraga. Meskipun penelitian terkait dengan pengembangan pendidikan jasmani di Indonesia masih terbatas, tema-tema yang telah dijelajahi mencakup pengaruh olahraga terhadap kesehatan dan efektivitas program latihan fisik. Hasil penelitian ini membawa implikasi positif dengan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengembangan pendidikan jasmani yang berkualitas di Indonesia. Hal ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan jasmani secara keseluruhan, memberikan manfaat bagi kesehatan masyarakat, dan membuka peluang lebih luas bagi siswa yang berbakat dan berminat dalam bidang olahraga. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan untuk merumuskan kebijakan dan program yang lebih efektif dalam pengembangan pendidikan jasmani di Indonesia oleh pemerintah dan perguruan tinggi. This research aims to understand the analysis of students' difficulties in reading at the beginning level in Grade 1 of SDN 89 Palembang. Based on observation results, there are difficulties encountered by students in reading at the beginner level in Grade 1 of SD Negeri 89 Palembang. The research is descriptive and qualitative, utilizing data analysis techniques involving data reduction, data presentation, and data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that there are factors contributing to students' difficulties in reading at the beginner level in Grade 1 of SDN 89 Palembang. Students face challenges in initial reading, influenced by two main factors: the students themselves and their parents. The difficulties encountered in the beginner reading of Grade 1 students at SDN 89 Palembang include struggles in recognizing vowel and consonant letters, distinguishing words with the same initial letters, identifying words with the same initial syllables, and forming words from individual components.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran teknologi pendidikan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian, pendekatan studi literatur digunakan. Studi literatur melibatkan pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca, mencatat, dan mengelola materi penelitian. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui Google Scholar, dengan fokus pada hasil penelitian nasional dan internasional antara tahun 2013 hingga 2023, menggunakan kata kunci "teknologi pendidikan" dan "pendidikan jasmani." Artikel-artikel yang ditemukan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani perlu dikembangkan melalui langkah-langkah seperti meningkatkan keterampilan guru pendidikan jasmani, mengembangkan materi ajar, dan menciptakan sistem penilaian dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Langkah-langkah tersebut dianggap krusial untuk menghasilkan guru dan sumber daya manusia berkualitas, yang kompeten dan mampu bersaing seiring dengan kemajuan Kata kunci: Teknologi Pendidikan, Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Jasmani.

This research aims to find out how the implementation and impact of mutations at the Lolofitu Moisub-district office, employee career development and factors inhibiting employee career developmentat the Lolofitu Moi sub-district office. It was found that several employees had held the same positionfor a long time without any transfer or promotion in recent years. This could lead to boredom becausethey were stuck in the same routine and did not experience adequate career development. This research uses qualitative research methods, conducting in-depth interviews with employees at the Lolofitu Moi District Office. The results of the research show that the implementation of transfers at the Lolfitu Moi sub-district office is still not effective, where there are still several employees who have not been transferred in the last few years. The implementation of the transfer has had a positive impact on employees at the Lolofitu Moi sub-district office. Employee career development at the Lolfitu Moi sub-district office involves strategies, namely performance evaluation, training, transfers and promotions. However, there are several obstacles, namely limitations in training and promotion opportunities which depend on agency policies and quotas.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya proses dan hasil belajar IPA di kelas V SD Negeri 192/II Sungai Buluh. Tujuan penelti adalah meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 192/II Sungai Buluh. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik analisis data Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata 59% dan terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 75% yang telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan. Hal yang sama juga terlihat dari hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I belum maksimal. Hasil tes pada siklus I 53% siswa yang memenuhi KKM dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu 80% siswa yang memenuhi KKM, melihat hasil penelitian ini maka disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar matematika.

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the fact that learning in the field of personal and social guidance is always low, students have difficulty understanding learning. The main aim of this research is to help students to overcome that group services can improve students' learning achievements and to find out how to provide group services so that they can increasing student learning achievement. This research uses an action research design based on a naturalistic-qualitative approach. This approach views reality as having complete plural dimensions and forming one unit. The results of this research show that group tutoring services can increase learning achievement in the field of tutoring in the topic of dealing with student stress and depression. This can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes before and after classroom action research treatment. before the research the average student score was 59, in Cycle I after the group service the average student score was 76 and in Cycle II the average student score was 82.4. Key words: learning achievement, personal guidance, stress and depression.

Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) plays a key role in shaping prospective teachers' understanding of Social Sciences (IPS). The complexity of social studies material and its strategic role in basic education requires increased understanding of PGSD students. With diverse backgrounds, a learning approach is needed that integrates this diversity. A group approach is considered a potential solution to achieve these goals. The formation of groups, based on similar backgrounds or interests, is expected to create a focused and relevant discussion environment. This research explores the extent to which group formation and application of a group approach improves PGSD students' understanding of basic social studies concepts. Learning through groups stimulates the application of concepts in practical situations. Group discussions give students the opportunity to link theory with direct experience through collaborative projects. The use of various learning resources, such as books, articles, videos and online learning, is integral in supporting student understanding. This research also investigates meetings with social studies experts to improve PGSD students' understanding. Expert involvement is expected to provide additional insights and in-depth perspectives, helping students develop a comprehensive understanding of basic social studies concepts. Through individual and group reflection, this research observes the internalization of understanding of PGSD students. Individual coaching sessions help students overcome difficulties during learning. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide new insights and make a significant contribution to increasing PGSD students' understanding of basic social studies concepts through a group approach. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies, carried out at PGSD Jambi University for the 2022/2023 academic year. The increase in student understanding was seen to be significant after implementing the group approach, indicating that this method can be effective in improving the quality of teacher education and creating a deep and relevant understanding of basic social studies concepts.

History education in elementary schools plays a critical role in shaping students' understanding of the concepts of space and time. This research aims to analyze the extent of students' understanding of this concept. A good understanding of temporal and spatial dimensions not only creates the basis for in-depth historical knowledge, but also strengthens the links between historical events, geographic locations, and the development of civilization. Factors such as teachers' teaching methods, textbooks, and students' personal experiences influence their understanding. Interactive teaching methods and textbooks that support learning activities make a positive contribution, while the complexity of textbooks can be an obstacle. Personal experiences, such as visits to historical sites, also influence students' understanding. The research results contribute to the development of history curricula by emphasizing a variety of teaching methods, textbook selection, and the integration of students' personal experiences. The research implications can improve teaching methods and learning materials, utilizing interactive approaches and diverse resources. This research plays a role in developing more effective history learning strategies by understanding the factors that shape student understanding. Overall, the research results provide insight into improving the effectiveness of history learning at the elementary school level through a better understanding of the concepts of space and time.

ABSTRACT Nutrition for children's brains is a fundamental element for the process of children's brain growth and development. Each person's nutritional needs depend on age, gender and activity level. The nutrition needed by children is not the same as the nutritional needs of adults. Early childhood is in the growth stage so their nutritional needs will increase. The aim of this research is to provide good nutrition for the brain of early childhood. This research method is a literature study. Library research or literature review (literature review, literature research). The results of this research are that providing good nutrition plays a very important role in achieving optimal body growth, including the growth of the child's brain. Conclusion: Providing nutrition is very helpful for the growth and development of the child's brain, because nutrition and the nervous system are interconnected.

Critical thingking is one of the aspects contained in tne cognitive realm. The specific aim of early childhood education is for children to be able to thing critically, give reasons, solve problems and find cause and effect relationships. For this reason, critical thingking skills really need to be taught from an early age, children learn through playing, using puzzle media to traim children’s thingking abilities. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of puzzle games on the critical thinking abilities of children aged 5-6 years at the Pembina State Kindergarten, Sungai Penuh City. This research is a type of quantitative research that uses experimental methods. This research includes Pre-Experimental Design. The population of this study consisted of 16 children. The sample for this study consisted of 16 children from the entire population who were selected using saturated sampling. The data collection technique used in this research uses observation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the t-test. Based on the research results obtained, the t table value is 1.7531, while the t value obtained is 8.91942 so t > t, this means that there is an influence of puzzle games on the critical thinking abilities of children aged 5-6 years in Pembina State Kindergarten, Sungai penuh City.
